I came to this location on a Saturday afternoon and utilized the drive through during COVID-19. I will start by saying we both eat Panda Express regularly but have not been to this location before. When we pulled up, my boyfriend and I let the cashier know we had 2 orders. I read off the first order. They asked, is this on one check? I said yes, those items are on one check, and my second order is as follows. My boyfriend gave them his order. They asked again, is this on one check? He replied yes those items are on one check. We got to the window, and all items had been charged as one order. When we said the orders were meant to be separate, the woman at the window replied "OK well I asked you twice and my cashier has already tendered your cash." I work in restaurant service as well and at no point would this response have been OK with my superiors. A more appropriate response would have been apologizing for the miscommunication instead of blaming it squarely on us. I wouldn't have even bothered to write this review were it not for the subpar food. We each got a bowl and 1 order of egg rolls and 1 order of rangoons. There were very small servings of meat in our bowls. The fried rice was not cooked through and was underseasoned, and the sweet and sour tasted off. Overall the experience was bad enough to merit this review. I will not be returning to this particular Panda again. read more

Panda Express has been my go to comfort food for years. During the height of the pandamic we ordered from PE often. Lately though the delivery comes from the restaurant miles away on Broadway rather than one much close to us. The food now comes dry and cold. Last night the chow mein in addition to being cold had ZERO vegetables in it. It tasted like leftovers from the day before. The orange chicken was just ok as were the Beijing beef and the beef and broccoli. All in all a disappointment and we won't order from them again. read more

Me and my family went there after buying some things. We were in a rush to go home and we love Panda Express so we stopped there. We went in but then went back because we couldn't go all the way in because they had to call us in. After 4 min we went in and order some food. We asked this lady for some things we needed help with because we had question about it and she was just not very nice about it. She started to get frustrated and then instead of ordering in a calm voice she just started to yell at us while ordering our things. We overall didn't like this place a lot because of the service, and we will never go there in forever. read more

Ordered online, pu time given was at 2:52pm arrived at 2:50pm, I was asked if I had an order on line, yes and gave the name. No customers were in line. One man came in and odered his food, payed and left, while i still waited. The did not follow what was ordered, on the receipt. One plate 1/2 and half rice noodles. The other all fried rice. Nope came 1/2 and half. we ordered teriyaki chicken, no teriyaki sause. We ordered 2 cheese rangoon orders and no rangoon sauce. The order was fiallly ready at 3:01pm. after arriving home i contacted the manager on duty. The offered for me to come back for sause. She tried to explain if orders are on line sometimes they dont receive the orders rghtaway. the receipt is printed with the order time and the order pick up time as well as when the receipt was printed. SORRRY Bad enough our order was wrong and unable to be eaten. Wont be going back there, attention to detail surely failed. the fried rice needs work, needed to be cooked more. read more

You've been to Panda Express, so you know what the foods tastes like. This location is fine. The service is nice and friendly, but I have one complaint: the drive-thru. Expect to wait 5-7 minutes for your food, after ordering. My sister got a bowl with chow mein and the grilled chicken teriyaki, and it took them quite a while to get the food to us. I haven't been here in ages, and my boyfriend had never been. So we decided to give it a whirl and have a quick, easy and budget friendly lunch. Glad to see that the set up hasn't changed nor their quality of food. It's fake chinese but totally accessible and palate pleasing. They've added honey-walnut shrimp and their orange chicken is still very tasty. I was very happy see that their veggie side dish was full of broccoli and string beans- not your usual cabbage and roughage with just one broccoli branch or two. read more

Oh, Panda Express...I wish I could quit you in accordance with eating healthier. But there are you, with a convenient drive-thru and that orange chicken that isn't healthy at all, but oh so tasty. This panda is one of two panda's I want to go to. now there are mall ones where you're like "hmm they are giving me a free nugget on a stick so why not?" But this one always has the most fresh food. They are always busy so nothing sit around long enough to get gross. The staff has been working here for some time. I see the same people in every time I go in. Pretty standard for a Panda Express. We only like the Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Green Bean Chicken Breast, the potstickers and Fried Rice. Everything else on the menu is proceed at your own risk. The steamed rice is terrible by Asian standards; the rice itself is mediocre. However, the Kung Pao chicken tastes like the same dish as served in Beijing (I've lived in China). The drive-thru is atrociously slow. The staff are always extremely friendly. read more

My husband and I put in a to go order, they had twenty minutes on the order for pick up time, he was 5 minutes late, when he gets there he ends up waiting another ten to fifteen minutes, he had a better chance at getting his order quicker through the drive through considering the store was empty and he had three different people ask the name on his order and still no one moved to get it together. Finally after asking for a manager they started get our order, another gentlemen comes in for a to go order as well and the same thing happened with him. For Asian food which we love this food is barely tolerable. It taste like the main ingredient is salt oh I had the mushroom chicken the sauce is the consistency of old Oil the it destroys the flavor of the mushrooms in the chicken if you want gross bad tasting Asian food it is fast and it's reasonably priced and it feels very good as long as I don't have acid ingestion or reflux disease it's a great place to eat good luck with the. !!!!!!!!! read more

Rice was still stiff. The black pepper chicken had about three or four pieces of chicken and an insurmountable number of vegetables. The Beijing beef was stellar though. This place is consistently inconsistent with the service and the quality. At times I get fast and freshly made food bit at other times the food has been sitting for awhile and looks a bit sad. The orange chicken is my favorite but it is disappointing when it is not freshly made and crispy. The team is sometimes helpful but typically on a laid back pace. Had an out of town guest who had never tried Panda Express. We've been to this location several times and never had a problem, until now. Went through the drive through and the order taker got everything right on the screen, 4 different bowls. Got to the window and they were out of fried rice (at a chinese restaurant?!) and didn't have enough for a full order of another main but offered to top it off with something else, okay - thank you. Got home: topped it off with about 1 bite of something else. My personal order was wrong (ordered mushroom chicken and got orange chicken - no thank you). Not a single soy sauce or fortune cookie in the bags. Is this just covid issues? Also, the lady at the window had her nose hanging out of her mask - I saw inside the other workers had them on correctly. Won't be back for a loooong time to this location. I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but place is terrible. I ordered online, I was 2 minutes early. They said it's not ready yet and I should drive back through the drive through in five minutes, most places would walk it out to you, but whatever. THEN they said both of the sides my bf ordered were "discontinued" (then why are they on the menu still?) so I asked for two other ones. She obviously didn't even listen to what I said because they were both wrong. They got my order wrong as well even though it was clearly typed on the receipt. THE WORST PART though, the food was old. The shrimp and beef were spoiled, and the rice and ragoons were stale. Nothing in my order was edible. read more

I love Panda express. It's the only place I'll get Asian food from. I hope they just had a bad day today. Walked in, the couple in front of me got immediate service. The young girl who was very helpful and clearly frustrated started to help me. I started placing my order and someone else grabbed her to help with drive thru orders. Stood there for a good 10 minutes before anyone gave me any service. I start giving my order and they don't have shanghai beef which is what my best friend wanted. They start putting the order together and we wait, and wait, and wait. The girl who should have been taking care of in house customers was now running food out to people who were waiting in their cars waiting from the drive thru. I'm sorry, I actually took the time to park my car and talk to you face to face and you pay no attention to me? The girl finally comes around and asks, "who was next?" I said "not me" and left. I went through the drive-thru late when there was only one other customer who was ordering inside. In the middle of when I was placing me order, they interrupted and told me to hold on, only to have them completely forget that I was waiting. Then, once I get to the window to pay, they don't even acknowledge me, and have me wait for much longer than anyone should. Then when I got home and opened the box, the amount of shrimp and chicken they gave me was at a bare minimum. They hardly gave me any. I will never be returning to this incompetently staffed location ever again! read more

I came here at 1:00 today, not much after lunch time, and they have no rice! How does that happen? You are an Asian food restaurant, people expect rice! They say they close at 10pm...HA! I went to the drive thru tonight at 9:30pm and I "tried" to order a meal with some veggie spring rolls. The lady informed me that they didn't have any ready, and I told her I could wait. She told me it would be about 20 minutes...and I again, agreed to wait. At this time, she began explaining that she needed to clean and change the oil and then heat it up and it would be more like 30 minutes. Finding this almost comical, I stated again that I would have no problem waiting. She then asked me if I could leave and come back in 30 minutes when they were ready (at 10pm when you're closed?). I told her I wouldn't be able to do that and I could just come inside to wait, but she informed me her dining room closed at 9pm....hmmm. At this point, there was someone behind me and she finally asked me if I could just "leave" because I was holding up the line. I was appalled. I have never felt so unwanted as a customer in my life.
