We just picked up an order and noticed the green beans weren't even cooked. And then noticed the original label was still on the yellow pepper! Very disappointing. Shows the food isn't been properly prepared and/or washed.

I took it apart to look at the pieces...

Super cheap with their pepper steak. You pay $1.25 upcharge and then they give you 5 tiny pieces of streak with a very small amount of veggies. What is this price gouging?! I even asked about the small serving and the girl at the window said "it's not me, sorry". What?! Who fixes it then. I was my $1.25 back! Rude, excessive, taking advantage of customers due to corona virus season? I won't be back.

For my…read morehusband and I, we are in retirement mode and while we have been here for only a short amount of time, the vibe works just fine for us. Ok onward. I'm extending my love of visiting food places (and other places also but you know food is it) to another state. FYI, Washington state, you were so legit with food places. Ok, I've been hearing about this place called Freddy's since we got here. It's been around for awhile and is extremely welcome known and popular. They serve a variety of goods, including great choices for burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, chili cheese, chicken tenders and steakburgers. There's too many other things to list but one of the main items that is super popular is the frozen custard. The hamburgers are smashed down and thinned out, so to speak, which is exactly how I like my burgers. You order at the counter, pay then you're given a number like most places. At the counter are packets of sauces for your fries or for whatever you want to put this stuff on. There are so many varieties, it's nice to have options. I ordered the California style double combo. I am an aficionado of the double double from In 'n Out, so I am always skeptical when I see something sort along the line of this burger. Other's in my party had the same burger, the chicken sandwich and a hotdog for my granddaughter. You can choose fries, tots, cheese curds, onion rings or applesauce as your side. We didn't have to wait long and our number was called. Now I've eaten my share of burgers, it's one of my favorite foods. This burger didn't disappoint. Smashed patty, onion, thousand lettuce, tomato and cheese. So good. I mean honestly just a good burger. I'm half and half on the fries. Now you've heard of shoestring fries right? These are seriously thin shoestring fries, I mean like you can gather a huge handful at one time, dip them and just go to town. And I did...Are shoestrings my favorite, no but these were good. My granddaughter had the custard. I don't know the difference between custard and regular ice cream and well, it doesn't matter. She had the chocolate custard and it was really good, I snuck a taste. Kids get this in their meals, how great is that? So would I come back here again. Yes indeed, there are so many other things to try and I look forward to that. To me, the inside is kind of old school vibe. You know like the whole red and white theme Grease (you know the movie?) hangout kind of place. I like it. So if you haven't tried this place, please do so. It's just good food.

And maybe I just picked the wrong sandwich, cuz the flavors truly didn't do it for me. But also the white bread they put the fixings into really detracted from the overall flavor. Blehhh. Still though, high rating from me because the establishment was really swanky on the inside, lots of clean spacious seating. A patio as well to eat outside. Soda fountain had some flavor shot options. The employees were all friendly and attentive. Clean restrooms (though they were individual stalls and gender segregated for no reason...). Also the pricing was a little steep but not horrid by today's exorbitant standards. Paid $11 for a 6"er.

The potatoes were COLD, DRY, and had a weird seasoning, which they shouldn't have been cold or dry because I requested them as a side. The gluten free bread WAS good, and I will say it would have been a decent deli sandwich, maybe like an Italian sub or BLT, but that bread as a breakfast sandwich...holy bread! I should have bought a baguette at Walmart and saved my $10+ on a piece of bread with a limp piece of bacon, enough egg to feed a family of 10, and a piece of cheddar cheese that wasn't even melted. This place was SO disappointing and I left starving - didn't event finish my food and should have asked for a refund. Sandwich and potatoes were absolutely disgusting - dry, cold, flavorless. I know this isn't the east coast where deli sandwiches are superiors, but cmon. there's better quality found at McDonald's. I'm not a particular person and I cannot just emphasize enough how gross and disappointing this was. Service was fine, they were nice and as expected. Ambiance was like that of a subway, not a mom and pop type of restaurant.

My other favorites: Rocket Burrito (Billings, MT), Mondo Burrito (Seattle, WA - CLOSED) and Lucha Libre (San Diego, CA). I think Sweeto may be trying to rip Lucha Libre off in terms of ambience (both have a Mexican wrestling theme, and I think Lucha Libre was around before Sweeto), but imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and Sweeto can hold its own in the burrito department. I got the All American, which is "A MONSTER CHEESEBURGER BURRITO WITH SMOKED BACON, CRISPY FRENCH FRIES, FRY SAUCE AND AMERICAN CHEESE IN A MASSIVE TORTILLA." Often times, when I get a burrito at Chipotle it seems like it is about 3/4 rice. This burrito seemed like it was 3/4 meat. The fry sauce really turned the flavor up a notch. Sweeto started in Fargo, but appears to be in rapid expansion mode. Saw something on the Internet that there are about 250 franchises in the works across the country. Hope to get at least one in the TC Metro. Alas, Sweeto is a minus one star. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Rules are rules when it comes to ratings.

The burritos come in a variety of options with some crazy concoctions, so calling this place Mexican is a stretch. You need to check out their menu on line to see them. I've probably tried 4-5 types so far and have enjoyed them. The tacos I had at a get together were what I believe they advertise as their street tacos at the restaurant. They were very good and I liked how strong the onions were. I recently used Sweeto Burrito to cater an event, where I basically wanted a bunch of burritos and chips & salsa/queso. The employee Louie was great to work with. I gave him a dollar amount and he built a good mix of food. Our order was large enough to warrant a delivery and it was delivery on time and included a bunch of napkins and plastic silverware. Louie delivered it personally and was nice enough to arrange all the food before leaving. For strictly dining in, I would give them a 4 star review. However, due to the great service I received with catering, I will bump this to a 5 star.
