I absolutely love Panda Express!!! The food is always fresh and delicious! This Panda Express was clean and the service was excellent! No matter what location we have visited lately, airport in Mexico and in Maryland, the food is always so good!!! We wish we had one closer to where we live in New Oxford, Pennsylvania, but will always travel when we crave Panda

My sister ordered panda express for my younger siblings and they had found a worm in their food from what it looks like I think its a millipede. It was so disgusting no one wanted to eat any more of the food so I went back to go get my money back. The manager was very unprofessional yelling across the store and did not apologize once about it. He had the audacity to ask me "are you sure the worm was actually already in the food" like why would I want to come back here after already picking up the food for my younger siblings to eat. He finally gave the refund but the way he did it was not professional customer service at all he gave me an attitude for no reason I just wanted my money back since we didn't eat the rest of the food as soon as we saw that we went back. Never coming back to this establishment sad that I used to enjoy panda express and this is what it has come to.

Stopped by for a quick lunch...food was ok, shrimp was somewhat tasteless though. But this is what got me...... who puts this giant piece of celery in the mix?? I mean, look at it! I suggest they take some extra care in prepping their food. But the employees were really nice and their parking is good.

Jacob V assisted me with my order and was very customer service oriented, greeted me with a hello and also offered me a sample.

This location is still short staffed and opening another restaurant in Frederick, maybe on W. Patrick St, would be wonderful!

Served with plenty of rice - for some reason a rare thing these days. The ambiance is pleasant, if not warm. Outdoor seating was available, but we chose indoors. We marked down service for this reason: We came in about 7:45 in the evening. The restaurant closes at 8:30. One one think they'd be interested in serving us and getting us out by closing time. Not the Case. There were only three two tables inside occupied and 3 outside. for some reason, our waitress first directed us to a table right by the door to outside. I requested a booth. We were installed in one across the room. From that point, we had long waits for menus and water checks. I had to signal a waitress across the room to get our check. Disappointing, given that I had been really anticipating dining here.

Now that it's back I travel 1:30 from Pennsylvania to eat here and bring my family with me. The food, the service, and ambience are always great. You honestly cannot go wrong with the long time Frederick establishment.

My partner and I stopped here on a whim when looking for somewhere nice for dinner. We were a…read morelittle hesitant at first since the place was completely dead, but we were proven very wrong when we got our food. For appetizers, we ordered the dried dumplings ($7.50 for 6 pieces) and the sweet pork buns ($5 for 2). They were both delightful. The dumplings were pleasantly chewy, with the best crunch on the bottom. They were huge and seasoned very well. The buns were soft and pillowy, with a nice amount of meat in them. They could have been seasoned a little more, but some hot mustard really made them amazing. For our meals, we decided to order the dinner combo ($12.50). It comes with an egg roll, plain fried rice, and your entree of choice. I got orange chicken and they got Hunan chicken. Both meals were absolutely amazing, with fantastic portions. It was seasoned perfectly, and the orange chicken was crispy to the point of having an audible crunch. There were even real orange peels in the sauce! We both had leftovers to bring home and were completely full. The meal ended with fortune cookies, and a complimentary strawberry mousse. It was light, and perfectly sweet to end the meal. The service at the restaurant itself was lovely. No one was constantly over our shoulder, but our drinks stayed full and the food came out hot and quickly. The restaurant was quiet, and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend anyone in Frederick to try this place! (As you can see from some of the photos, I got a little too excited and dug in before taking photos!)

The pork was fried well and the breading wasn't overwhelming or too much. You can either eat the fried pork by itself, dip it in the sweet and sour sauce, or pour the sauce all over the fried pork. I liked to dip the pork in the sauce so the pork stays crispy. I was surprised that the onion and bell pepper were raw in the sauce. I would have enjoyed it more if they were cooked. There were also carrots and pineapple in the sauce.

About a 2-2.5: Delicious Chinese Restaurant - I really wanted to like you!…read more This vendor is one of the food court finds you'll find at H Mart - note that you have to go to another kiosk to place orders for any of the vendors that you'd like to order from; I guess it's a way to allow the eateries to focus on preparing the food, rather than lose the extra employee in dealing with the register. Masheeneun Joonggook Jip, aka 'Delicious Chinese Restaurant' offers your typical Korean-Chinese fare, such as jajangmyun, jjambbong, tang soo yook, ggangpoongi, etc. We came here for lunch, and we ordered: +jajangmyun - wasn't a fan of the black bean sauce, as there seemed to hardly be any flavor - it was super bland; also, the noodles were overcooked and were 'swollen' +hae mool jjambbong - the seafood jjambong's broth had a spicy kick to it; unfortunately, the broth was super thin, and while there were ample amount of mussels, the squid had a fishy smell to them and were not fresh; there were tons of noodles, however, but just like the jajangmyun, they was overcooked +soon sahl dak gganpoongi - these came boneless; this was actually not a bad dish, as the sauce wasn't too syrupy sweet as most Korean-Chinese places make them; they had a slight kick to them, had tons of veggies (bell peppers, peas, onions), and tons of sauce, which would be great eating with a bowl of rice I was a little surprised that the only banchan they gave you with the meal was the dakgwang (pickled yellow radish), but no kimchi or ggakdoogi (fermented radish cubes); I also thought that a bowl of rice would have been served with the entrees, like the gganpoongi. There was about a 40-minute wait (which we were quoted), as there were a lot of patrons ordering from this place - a recommendation would be to get there earlier before the lunch rush. This seems to be run by a husband-and-wife team, and they were really slinging everything; super kind. This may be a good option for those living in the Frederick area, but definitely not worth the trek for us. Glad we were able to try it, but we wouldn't return. Plenty of parking in the lot. +stick with the gganpoongi +overcooked noodles +order near the Sogongdong Tofu place for any eatery items +located inside H Mart +plenty of parking in lot
