...I'm gonna give this location a solid and do 3-stars. There's something undefinable I can't put my finger on why it wasn't 4-stars...maybe surrounding grime in the ordering area... BUT: the staff was fairly helpful (especially the cashier), they were not out of anything I wanted, and they gave reasonable portions -- in fact my mushroom chicken one got overloaded, the server said "I'm gonna have to take some out" and I joked and said "You could just let me eat the excess out of the box"...and they did. :) Which was cool; nothing's more of a turnoff than overloading a container and then deciding to scoop some back out. FINDING this place is the trickiest part if you've never visited this mall, I traveled in an inverted "7-shape" for 10 minutes trying to get here...only to find the entry/exit was 100 yards away from the one I went in at Burlington Coat Factory. We ordered food Togo: a plate as well as an à la cart side of chow mien. Once we got home and started eating, my husband found a long hair in his plate and then another one in his side of chow mien. We called the store immediately and spoke to a Meryl (I think that's what she said her name was). Anyway, she basically called us liars and said that all her employees wear hair nets and her cook is bald. Funny because one of the girls was definitely NOT wearing a hair net and, at the end of the day, I don't care. There was hair in our food and she took zero accountability. She did finally offer a refund, but then hung up on my husband as he was talking to make sure we get points added back to our account as we used points to get the à la cart side. I found a hair in my food yesterday and the manager did not really want to give me a refund. She said I almost was finished with my food. I still had 75% of food left and complained the moment I found the hair. She was not going to give me a refund because I could not find receipt at the moment. I ordered a dish that has never been very spicy in any other panda. The dish here was way too spicy and burning my lips and mouth. I went up and asked if I could have something else and they said no. It cost them a couple of dollars to make and they wouldn't even make sure one of their customers was satisfied. Very unhappy! I don't recommend this restaurant! read more

Constant long lines is one of the issues plaguing this Panda Express. Not the best Panda I've had to be honest, but it gets the job done.

Worst panda of all time. There is ALWAYS a wait for the teriyaki chicken, no matter how busy it is. Speaking of busy, service must always be extremely slow given that there is a constant line of people who look like they are lining up to get on a raft to cross the US-Mexico border. Most of their employees are some of the most incompetent, brain-dead people who are always rude. I don't mean to be racist but, among employees, I see a direct correlation between Hispanic heritage and lack of intelligence. Went here and first off, we were the ONLY customers for about five minutes, second they put noodles on my plate then took a scoop off. Then when they forgot my receipt and I went back and asked them to honor panda policy, if they forget your receipt the meal is on them, the guy gave me huge attitude and said ' oh so you wanna do it like that huh?!!' Then smiled and said since the signs weren't up they didn't have to honor it. When I asked for a manger he just smiled wider and said he was out of town, and then got more annoyed when I asked him to call his manager to doublecheck. When we figured out what exactly the verdict is in and came back and told me I had no to get a plate of food for free and that was my only option(never had an issue with a refund or gift card for a future use) even though I had just purchased food, told me to take it or leave it with his and once again proceeded to take noodles off of my plate after they were already on the plate. And the mall is so empty that while I'm writing my review I can hear the workers talking badly about what just happened(pretty much talking shit about a customer within in listening distance of the customer). And I didn't even get the right receipt. I don't understand what happened to good customer service, is it really that hard to be a little polite and not have a rude better that you attitude? Basically if the guy working hadn't had such a rude attitude I wouldn't have cared or bothered to write a bad review. read more

If I could give less than one star I would...Extremely over price...which is strange for this type if food..They add on to the price if you get shrimp in anything they add a dollar and twenty five cents....ridiculous. ..even if they have what you want...after you wait extra 6 min just to get the side you want you get to pay 18.64 for two bowls of cold chow main. ..and cream cheese wonton with no crabmeat oh and you only get 3!
