I dined here on the way to have my health card renewed. As a regular fast food customer, I rate Panda Express highly. My three plate dinner including chow mein, kobari beef topped off with hot mustard, and fried rice was the bomb. And the portions of food was decent. At the crossroads of Boulder Highway and Lake Mead Parkway (I-215 east of US 95) and near a Walmart Super Center, it was jumping. The abundant seating and pleasant environment did a good job of making me relaxed in a busy restaurant. This visit to Panda Expressed got the job done. The best Panda Express location i have ever visited. The one thing that really stands out about this location is their commitment to customer service. Their staff is always super friendly and hard working, this includes the cooks in the back. I'd like to recognize all the staff and management at this location for doing a great job. My family and I will continue to visit and recommend this store. As far as the food is concerned, the food has always tasted good, but unfortunately, not always fresh. There are times that if i visit during slow hours, the food will not taste as fresh. This is a problem with ALL Panda Express locations. Tip: Panda Express will always taste the best "fresh" during the busy hours. I hope Panda Express as a whole finds a solution to keeping food tasting fresh even during the slow hours. It's never busy but they have a steady flow. food is as good as any other panda. Its freshly cooked and taste like it should. I love wontons. It's really clean and inviting. The workers are fast and friendly. Great when you don't want to cook but don't want a burger. read more

Always good for a last minute dinner on the go. This location sees a fair amount of traffic and can be a little short on parking. They often need to make new batches such as the orange chicken or cream cheese wontons but the short wait is worth it to ensure hot, fresh food. We just each ordered the "Big Three" where you order three entrees for $9.30. When we got to the register the girl said it will be $22.87. We mentioned it should be $9.30 each. I'm a Wounded Warrior that got Medical Discharge/Retired from the Army due to injuries I sustained twice in Iraq. If your wondering why Im saying this is because i was a Staff Sergeant (E-6) Promotable to Sergeant First Class (E-7) which is similar to a Supervisor promotable to Manager (In Charge of 16-18 soldiers) but not only do we train our soldiers (Employee) on there job but to also prepare them for the worst (War) and my job was to look for explosive or anything that deals with explosive and due to being injured twice at war (October 22, 2006 & January 20, 2007) and to assist Infantry or Military Police on there mission by raiding into houses and much more. Even getting wounded from a 500 pound explosive land mine and getting medivac back to the U.S (Washington State, Fort Lewis) I still volunteer to return back to Iraq a few months before everyone return back. I now also still working for Washington Traffic Patrol which is a Security company but we work close with Washington Police. So about 3-5 years later my injuries slowly got worse to where I can't perform my job 110% effective (Combat Engineer Deals with Explosives) especially after waking up from a 3 week Coma which caused me to have severe TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) in 2011 to where I depend a lot on my wheelchair now. As we all read reviews on any restaurant or else where, we look for the most recent and with that being said here is what I have to say about my recent visit. Every time before I enter a business I would always look at the reviews on Yelp and Google to be prepared on what to expect once I walk inside. I notice the latest reviews was like 9 months old and all other reviews are all written about a year ago. I haven't gone to any Panda Express for years from a really bad experience I've encountered but because of my injuries that it's almost time to eat even if I hardly ever know when to eat because of all my injuries, I can go for days not eating but I would be in a really bad mood later. So I'll have my phone alarm set for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner or I'll have friends, relatives, and my 4 year old and my 7 year old remind me to eat. With my Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) I would forget at times that I just finished eating a meal hours later and that's not even half of the things I have to go thru for the rest of my life with injuries I've sustained from Iraq and being on a Coma. The staff here is very friendly. Ther service is quick, without being too impersonal. I stop in from time to time on my lunch break and always find that the food is fresh and the service is done right. I am able to get good fresh food within minutes and enjoy my lunch hour. The only thing I would keep an eye on is the volume of the music within the dining area. There have been a couple of times where it was pretty loud, enough to where I wouldn't answer my phone while inside, and I also couldn't hear the music from my iPod with my headphones firmly inserted. The foodis pretty standard for a Panda Express, and I find this location does a better job at keeping the food fresh between rushes. There have been a couple of times I thought I could have used a little more meat portion in my order, but it's about average for anywhere you go. read more

Ugh. The food was horrible. I ordered the Orange Chicken, way overcooked which was the case with everything I ordered. Also got Lo-Mein (they said it's Chow Mein) - very greasy and tasteless. And last, the Cream Cheese wontons. I repeat, overcooked. Very disappointed with my meal and doubt I'll go there again. There's a Chinese restaurant in downtown Henderson, Rose Garden. I was a customer of Panda Express for years me and my whole family . I'm very upset that they discontinued the hot teriyaki sauce that was great for everything. Now they have this terrible teriyaki sauce in packets bring the home made teriyaki sauce back! they taste very bad . Today I cancel my order because they don't carry the home made teriyaki sauce so now they lost me and my whole family as a customer's till they bring the teriyaki hand made sauce again . I call corporate office and they didn't even care after expending thousands of dollars on Panda Express . I hope the executives bring the sauce back or they will loose a lot of money!!!! read more

They can't read the instructions in the order. That is why you have to watch them make your food every step of the way. I ordered online and they can't get it right. They are good at giving samples. My go to meal is the chow mein and orang chicken. Lunchtime is always busy- its better go get there at 11 fkr lunchm. I gave this location a 4 star because the Bathroom could be cleaner. read more

This Panda Express Is a decent location, the only thing I feel should be addressed is a small issue, yet it is an issue. My issue is I have been going to this location for 3 years, once to twice a month, on a couple occasions I noticed they closed early. What's the point of having hours of operation if you close 15 minutes early, and I understand they have a limited selection at night, but really how hard is it to whip up a quick portion of chowmein, and mushroom chicken? Aside from that they cook good food, have 3 out of 5 star service, depending on who you get. Well, generally, we kinda like Panda Express but at this location when we walked in at 8:45pm, the supervisor practically grimaced at us. They were already sweeping and mopping up although they are open til 10pm. A section of the restaurant was even sectioned of for cleaning limiting our viewing of food choices. OMG!! Now they are actually running a floor buffer and there are people in here dinivg! Always clean and courteous. Portions are plentiful. Price is right. Food is good. They stick to the basics instead of trying to please everyone with a million selections. The only downside is they never seem to have much of the mixed vegetable side available. I understand it wouldn't be fresh if they made too much ahead of time. Maybe my timing is always off. I found this place when I was in Vegas. A Realtor took me there and would hav kept going back for two meals a day. It's kinda like a cafeteria style where you go down the line with a tray and pay at the end. Seating is comfy and decent atmosphere for a chain Chinese joint. I stopped in for lunch and found the restaurant very clean and was greeted with a friendly welcome. I ordered the Beijing beef and angus steak with a side of egg flower soup. All was fresh and tasted great, especially the soup. It's my favorite. The manager, Sabrina, stopped by an asked how everything tasted and I told her all was great and expressed how much I liked the soup.
