My husband chose PF Changs to celebrate his birthday which is in two days. This was our first time at a PF Changs which is odd because we love all types of Asian food. There was plenty of free parking which is always a good start. Our son checked us in and on a Friday night at peak dinner hour the wait was only 5 minutes. The restaurant is really big and I loved the decor. Our server, Andy, greeted us right after we were seated. Our drinks were brought really fast. The place was very busy but we never noticed it because Andy was amazing! We ordered 2 appetizers which also arrived fast. They were delicious. Shortly after finishing our appetizers the meals arrived. Our son had the Mongolian beef and he loved the flavors. I ordered the chicken pad Thai which was street style. It looked absolutely amazing and was just as delicious. Unfortunately my husband didn't care for his sweet and sour dish and took most of it home. The portions are very generous and are presented lovely. Today I reheated some of the sweet and sour dish and didn't care for it either. We told our server, Andy, that it was our first experience with PF Changs and that we were celebrating the husband's big birthday (65)! At the end of our meal he brought my husband a dessert menu and told him to pick one that it was on the house. It was the best chocolate cake with ice cream and drizzle. I probably would have given one less star because of the sweet and sour dish but our server was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, on the ball and kind. We absolutely would go back. I'm giving one star because the customer service was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were told the wait would only be a few minutes, but we ended up waiting well over 30 minutes. While we understand that wait times can change, better communication would have been appreciated. What was most frustrating was watching the manager seat a party of seven that arrived after we did, while several guests--including us and others with reservations--were still waiting. Seeing a larger party moved ahead of everyone else made us feel like our time and business were not valued. It felt unfair and left a very poor impression. After waiting that long and seeing how the situation was handled, we decided not to stay. We left and went to China A Go Go instead, where we were welcomed and seated without the same issues. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we never had the opportunity to try the food. Our review is based solely on how we were treated before ever being seated. Love me a good solo Sunday outing. It's been a while since I've taken a trip to P.F. Chang's and they did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, Sizzling shrimp dumplings and both a blackberry & Lychee mocktail. Everything was soo good! The lettuce wraps were fresh and filling. The sizzling dumplings definitely were my fav part thanks to the presentation and spice from the sauce. The mocktails were such good flavors. Not too sweet and the lychee one even had boba which I called the fun drink. Overall great experience and I didn't break the bank! Thank you to my server Allison for the wonderful hospitality. Food is always okay, mostly. We tried their Featured Three course menu for two which starts at $19.99. Pretty good deal, but be aware many items are an upgrade/ up charge. Pretty good deal as you get appetizer to share, a soup or salad, and each person gets an entree. But read carefully. What looks like a $19.99 dinner turns out to be a lot more. The server Lena was great at the bar she was very busy and waiting for the night server to check in but took care of us fine. The specialty drinks to me seem to be really super sweet here. Went here for the lunch special and I thought it was very good for the price point...13.99... you get a small appetizer and a smaller lunch portion with rice. Hub loves Changs spicy rice and I thought I would try the Mongolian beef. For his appetizer he got the spring roll and I got the salad that had a marvelous peanut dressing. I haven't had good luck finding a Chinese restaurant in Henderson that I like, so I stick with this place! It's consistent but not as good as it was a few years ago. It tastes more like fast food Chinese now. My favorite dish is the Kung Pao Chicken. I also love the Mongolian Beef...so I like ordering both and sharing with who I'm with. The pork dumplings are pretty good but I'd recommend asking for a side of dipping sauce because they only drizzle a little on top. The banana spring roll dessert is my favorite restaurant dessert ever!! It's so good! It's friend bananas (picture an egg roll) with caramel sauce and yummy ice cream. It's amazing! The family decided on P.F Chang's to go and I couldn't complain because I wasn't buying. So I checked out the menu and decided to go with the Chang's spicy chicken dinner special with fried rice and two egg rolls. I got the food home and everybody dug in. Everybody seemed to enjoy their food but my meal was honestly one of the worst that I've had in a long time, and not just from P.F. Chang's, in general. I really don't even know how to describe it except just not being good. The egg rolls were probably the best part of the meal and they were very subpar and super oily. The fried rice had absolutely no flavor, like white rice would have had more flavor. The chicken itself actually had an okay amount of spice, nothing too crazy though. Other than that spice, there again wasn't really much flavor. It also wasn't crispy, which the description doesn't say it will be but for whatever reason, I thought it would be. That's on me though. I know what you're thinking. Why come here when Vegas boasts one of the best Chinatowns and all of the US. Well if you're like me and you've come from a small town that does not have the fortunate opportunity of having a Chinatown. P.F. Chang's is still very nice night out. Plus the fact I didn't feel like driving all the way across town... Lol. Unfortunately service was long and slow tonight. Our waitress Myah was very good and kept us up-to-date and gave us a free appetizer at one point while we were waiting for our entrees. I think they were probably just shorthanded in the kitchen, but they said they had just started a promotion with free takeout, but I can't see that many people ordering takeout all of the same time. We started off with some cocktails from the menu that were not too bad and we shared pork, dumplings and eggrolls for an appetizer. So with all the delays we received our entrées just under the two hour mark for when we got there. Luckily we had shown up early enough, but still, it was getting a little longer in the tooth. Once again Myah kept coming by and giving us updates and we finally got our entrées and they were worth the wait. I once again I don't think P.F. Chang's is gonna outdo any restaurant in Chinatown but it's a very nice upscale comfortable clean restaurant.. unfortunately we hit it on a bad night when they were having some kind of issues. I would've generally given this four stars but the two hour delay basically on our entrées. I'm just gonna drop it down one star. So there you go and hope you all have a happy new year. read more

Went here for a birthday dessert but also because I just love this place. The crispy green beans were a surprise! I didn't know they were so addicting! It's my new favorite appetizer!!! They even had mocktails and I loved it, even more than the alcoholic ones. I ordered a new item, the KFC. It was okay, not great but glad I tried it. They seemed understaffed at this location. When we entered, the hostess was managing how to sit people and the takeout counter. When we were finally assisted to our seat, someone brought over a high chair for us, but just left it at our table without swapping it out with a chair that we didn't need. My husband and I had both of our hands full with our two little children in our arms. Our waiter seemed busy also having to manage many tables, but was very nice and attentive. Overall, the food was terrible thus I'm giving this review a one star. We ordered the classic lettuce wraps, dynamite shrimp, mongolian beef, wonton soup and brown rice. My brown rice was drier than the Mojave desert and I couldn't eat it. The strawberry cucumber limeade I ordered had an artificial strawberry taste to it. The meat pieces were noticeably fewer and thinner, which made it feel uneven and not worth the price. The teriyaki beef looked much more generous in comparison. We expected both dishes to have similar portions, especially since they're part of the same dinner combo. Unfortunately, the Mongolian beef did not meet our expectations. We ordered takeout from P.F. Chang's last night and unfortunately both of us have been sick ever since. Within four hours we were dealing with stomach pain, nausea, and feeling awful all day today. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this was bad enough that it felt important to share. The food also seemed off compared to past experiences -- not as fresh and definitely not worth the price this time. Really disappointing because we've had decent experiences before. Okay first of all the "pint" glasses are NOT 16 ounces. Tops they could be 14 ounces. We complained after our friend poured his 12 ounce beer into one of the same glasses and it left only a half inch of empty glass at the top. They are making a lot of money off of two extra ounces per pour per customer daily! In addition the salmon was terrible (salmon salad). But mostly the fact that the manager did nothing for us when we complained about the beers. Very strange. The hostess only gave us the drinks menu and the promo menu -- not the actual dinner menu. When we asked our server for the regular menu, she acted confused and told us we had to "request" it. Since when do you have to request the actual menu at a restaurant? To make it worse, they had a photographer walking around interrupting people during dinner trying to sell photos. This isn't a casino on the Strip -- it's a local restaurant where people are just trying to enjoy dinner after work. It felt tacky, outdated, and disruptive. I've been to this location a few times over the years but this review is specific to last night. Service was fast, restaurant was clean and nice. Coconut mojito is my go to, but last night it was less creamy and stronger than usual. Which wasn't a total fail, but just not as good. Mongolian beef was a major let down. I've given this location and the chain too many chances, but this last visit was definitely the last. The quality has just gone downhill. The fried rice, for example, was basically just rice with tiny bits of carrot--no oil, no flavor, no garlic or onion like Chinese fried rice should have. The dynamite shrimp were a huge disappointment, just tiny bay shrimp over fried and burnt, not their classic sauce at all. Over our last few visits we've just seen these shrimp getting smaller and smaller and they put less and less on your plate. The orange chicken was also over fried and tiny. Plus, their spring menu drinks were overly sweet, I couldn't even drink one. Overall, it felt like everything was causing diabetes, so we're done with this location and the whole chain. Excellent customer service by the to-go service person. Two star knocks however. #1is for the price and time it took to produce a broccoli tofu entree and cheese cake. Well over 30 minutes and $35 with grat. It was late afternoon so not during a dinner rush. #2 is for the diced chicken chunks in my vegetarian tofu. Generally vegetarians don't eat chicken flesh, otherwise we'd all go to Pollo Loco. Thankfully there were no errant chicken pieces in my cheesecake. I have been going to PF Changs at the district for years. This past year I have slowly watched the establishment crumble. The restraunt itself is dirty with even the front door broken. No staff is trained from the receptionist to the wait staff to the bar tender to the kitchen. It's not what PF Changs is known for in other cities ( great management involvement) Food is cold and blah! Dirty dishes everywhere with wait staff just continually walking by them. Wow! Me and my friends walked in to grab a drink and an appetizer after our yoga class at Green Valley. It was 8:25pm. We sat down at the bar and the bartender, a woman, very rudely told us that they close soon. "We close in 30 minutes but the kitchen already started shutting down. You have 10 minutes to order.
