Take the "Express" out of Panda Express! We had to endure watching out food get cold after the first one employee did the first entree out of three, left the to-go-box open, then waited for a second employee to continue with our order. The hole process (three entrees, two appetizers, no drinks, no special requests) took painful 12 minutes. Needless to say the first entree was completely cold, the others at best lukewarm. We cannot really say if the food is good. The service is more than terrible. As a - former- fan of Panda Express I was utterly disappointed. I've been there twice. Ordered beef and broccoli bowls and my husband got sesame chicken bowl I believe. The sodas were flat and the broccoli was not really green anymore because it had been waaaayyy over cooked. Drive thru was quick. Prices were reasonable. Wish I could go lower. Worst experience in Hinesville, no wonder the parking lot is always empty. I walked in, NO other customers in the building. About 7 employees in the building, no greeting at all, 2 employees in Drive Thru on their phones, other employees chatting it up. Stood there for about 4 minutes before I asked to speak to the Manager which was one of those chatters. She had no explanation, just didn't have a clue. Definitely need to work on the fast in the fast food. Ordered in 1 minute waited at the window for at least 20 minutes. I simply ordered teriyaki chicken at a fast food Chinese joint. What Chinese joint does not have teriyaki chicken on hand? This one of course and I got attitude at the window like I was holding things up. Service was amazing food was delicous. I prefer the bowl due to how much they serve and service was less then 10 mins. But the downfall with me was how filthy the tables where. Me and my wife wanted a booth but with her being a chemo patient i needed her at a clean place. Overall if cleaniness was a priority i may come back. read more

The rice is uncooked. Hard and mushy. The food is cold and crunchy. Pretty mush don't have what you ask for.

I went around noon and the black pepper chicken was burnt. Tried calling the restaurant and it went to voicemail.

Decided to go eat in here for dinner with my friend, and we will definitely be back! Great food and great customer service, especially from Tara. I live in Richmond Hill, and I will definitely make the drive to eat there again. Great staff and great chefs!! Thanks you guys. read more

Since my summer visit in Hinesville, I've been here two times and can't understand why the wait is so long inside or out. I've been to other locations (including new) and didn't have issues with long wait times. I've gotten the honey walnut chicken with chow mein bowl. It was good but 20 mins just to get to the menu and then 10 mins to pickup was not worth it. I'll be going back to my typical Chinese takeout next time I'm in town. read more

So we decided to try Panda Express and we are extremely disappointed. I wasn't expecting a five star meal from a fast food place, but I ordered the beef and broccoli which had three small pieces of beef. Plus We were missing 4 items. My husband should have checked the bag before he left the drive thru. We also had a long black hair in the fried rice. Worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Some of the workers are rude as hell. Food that I get handed to me is always old and dry, always out of something or don't have it and they always leave something out. Like if I order cream cheese rangoons I never get them always have to go back in and ask for them. read more

Okay so I just went through the drive-thru for lunch. Ordered the honey walnut shrimp bowl, steamed brown rice with mixed vegetables and a bottle of water. I'm notified they are out of brown rice so I opt for just the mixed vegetables...I get to the window and I'm told they are out of bottle water also so I get a small cup of water no issue...my issue is I paid 9 dollars for a bowl with 5 shrimp, no walnuts, and straight broccoli..nothing mixed about that lol. Now don't get me wrong it wasn't nasty, but I definitely wouldn't have spent more than 7 dollars for that puny thing. Yeah I'll stick to Asia Chinese restaurant. Based on my overall experience I'll give it 2 stars because it was edible but being out of things like brown rice, water bottles, walnuts for the honey walnut shrimp and obviously the other vegetables for your "mixed vegetables" on a Monday during lunch hour..I won't give it another chance to break my heart like that. read more

My family comes here a lot and normally the food is on point. Last night we showed up right at shift change. There was hardly any food ready. My wife and I picked what was out. She ordered the mushroom chicken and chow mein. I got the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Mine was fine for the most part but the sauce was almost gone and tasted a little burnt. My wife's mushroom chicken looked like sludge and was cold ish not hot not warm just slightly warm. She couldn't eat it and took it back to the counter. They told her it would be 6 minutes till they got a new batch ready. My wife walked away from the counter after getting a hard time from the line workers. I watched as they stuck their fingers in her food to check what she told them. Then I listened to them complaining about my wife who hardly ever returns food. Needless to say this was the worst panda outing we have ever had. I wish a manager would have been on duty so at least they could have a talk with the rude ladies working the line who made my wife feel like crap for returning crappy food. #badpanda Derek I would love to contact you but the app won't let me message you. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. It is atrocious. My beef and broccoli was inedible because of how over cooked/burned and soggy it is. My noodles are crunchy in parts. I waited 10 minutes after ordering in the drive thru for my food. It was not busy. It was me and one other person. And the cashier did not give me the sauce I asked for. I didn't think it was possible for it to be as bad as the first time I had it, but they decided to prove me wrong. It was worse. Disgusting and overpriced. read more

I've been to this location twice. First time was when they first opened. Food was ridiculously gross. Waited a couple months to go back, after new operating in kinks were worked out. Big mistake. Cold food, more than 1/2 of my meal was rice and in had 4 pieces of chicken in my orange chicken bowl. Rice was old and crunchy. Will not be going back. read more

UPDATE: I have downgraded my rating to 1 star based on a few recent visits. First the wait time is HORRIBLE!! 20 plus min. In the drive thru line! They are always sold out of something. Lately it's been brown rice and the newly released honey sesame chicken. Apparently they are also always out of Sierra mist because they only ever offer me Mountain Dew. Going in the evening on weekends will never happens again after we received a burnt entree and grey colored, dry and overly old pork. My most recent visit I ordered 3 bowls. I was told "we are out of honey sesame" so after ordering something else I was told " we are out of containers". Ok?! So I was handed 3 extremely small sized carry out containers. Upon opening my order my fears were confirmed. The itty bitty containers held what was suppose to be my entree. So my sweet fire chicken bowl was 2 pieces of chicken and some peppers and pineapple! My beef and broccoli was the same! 3 large pieces of broccoli and a piece of beef!! REALLY!! After unloading my kids to go into the store during a thunderstorm mind you not one person had an explanation or offered a solution. Not even the manager. She took my order promptly tossed it and refunded my money. So after a call to corporate on Monday I still haven't heard anything back. Sorry Panda Express I will not be back. Food is good, not great. They don't cook the vegetables very well. It's almost raw. Also, the service is horrible! Not to mention the drive thru can be worse! I went there one time at lunch (11 AM) when they first opened. I had 2 children in car seats and did not want to get out the car with the both so I went through the drive thru. I was the 3rd or 4th one in line. I ordered and noticed that the food wasn't being handed out and the line wasn't moving. After 30 minutes in the drive thru, I find out that there is only one cook? I don't know how many cooks there are suppose to be, but 40 minutes in the drive thru was unacceptable. I wasn't expecting much, but at that point, they should've considered accommodating those who waited.. but the server was completely rude about it. Expecting us to understand. They should've never opened. Considering that a once in a lifetime mistake, the food is not worth the money. They need serious training on cooking the food and servicing the customers to one standard. read more
