Most of times I come here to eat on my lunch break. They always have there food filled and hot and ready to go. No wait times here. But the customer is phenomenal. The person who stood out the most is Jessica. She is awesome with customer service. Friendly and always have a smile on when there's busy hours. Very poor customer service today!! Normally we don't have a problem but ordered online and was basically ignored for 10 minutes as I stood in the pick up line. The person working the register never acknowledged me and I was staring at our order which was ready. Pretty decent food, especially for fast food Chinese. I pretty much order the same and rarely get disappointed - Thin noodles with orange chicken, mushroom chicken, or string bean chicken. The hot & sour soup is pretty good too. They try to keep up with the demand and cook fresh food often. Although it happened to me a few times, when I ordered something and they would scrape up the last, old bits into my take-out container & THEN refill the bowl with a fresh batch, which is not cool. Great place to get some "chinese" fast food. People seem to go in groups because sometimes it'll be empty and the next thing you know, the line is out the door! Don't let that deter you though, it does move quickly. But that's good because it seems like the food is never sitting around too long. There's always a guy cooking fresh batches and you always see them replenishing. I love how the fried rice is made with brown rice now! This past time it was really burnt and flavorless but it's always been consistently good before that so i'll take that as a fluke. I can't think of a way to make here a better experience. I understand that depending on how customers order, you may need to wait for popular entrees. Sometimes the portion of an entree really varies by whomever is behind the counter. I think better training would help, but it isn't that much of a problem. I tend to dislike how some of the customers treat the employees. We had one experience where a man in front of us ordered 2 kids plates, didn't realize that he didn't order anything for himself and conveniently told the next employee that one of our plates was his. Another employee that did our starches couldn't believe he just took the plate, since she knew he didn't order it. Overall, the taste of the food is very good. But the guy dishing up the sides at 6:30 p.m. on 11/15/17 was so STINGY and very messy when he served our food. Worst panda on the island. I got the chowfun which was pretty good except they only gave half serving. Other pandas I've been to give a mound of noodles. Here the noodles didn't go past the divider in the styrofoam container. Second choice I got the beijing beef which is my all time favorite dish at panda. I literally got 20-25 pieces of dime size fried scraps. Third choice was beef broccoli, I counted exactly 3 pieces of beef and 5 pieces or broccoli. One star for the typical Panda food, and another for the decent service that I've received DURING THE DAY in the past. Tonight, however, it was a much different situation. I checked the hours online, as I was on my way home and needed to pick up a quick dinner for the family. Not sure which site it was, but it said 10:30-9:30. I arrived at 8:40 to a long line of patrons but barely any food-- NO RICE, NO NOODLES, NO VEGGIES. The only items left were eggplant tofu and some kind of spicy beef. Everyone was asking for things like orange chicken, to which the worker replied, "No, too late. We closing in 20 minutes." Seriously? Several people, including myself, walked out without purchasing the cold crusty leftovers. I don't know what time they stop cooking, but it's well before closing. And it's Friday for crying out loud! Panda is good in a pinch. It's not the most fabulous "Chinese" food on Oahu but it'll do. My go to entree is the sweet fire chicken breast. The staff do a decent job of keeping the entrees hot and fresh. Sometimes service can be slow when there is only two people working but I don't mind being patient. Always clean and neat. Usually they offer a sample because of their standard service requirement. Fresh veggie and products they use. Orange chickens are frozen and sometimes I can taste chemical. So I prefer not to eat or feed it to my kids but they like it.... I like how they list calories on each item too. Fish items are added and it's pretty good. read more

This is my go to Panda Express location because it is convenient and usually has lots of parking spaces available. Sometimes the restaurant gets busy but the workers are fast enough while still keeping the restaurant clean. There have been a couple of times, where they do run out of certain food choices but they are quick to make more! The food at Panda Express never disappoints, and it is always hard to make a decision on you entrees. During my most recent trip to this restaurant. I chose Beef Brocoli, Orange Chicken and Fried Rice for my entrees. For the main portion of my plate I ordered the Chow Mein. The size of the portions are more then enough! I always end up with leftovers and this is perfect for lunch the following day. The atmosphere of this Panda Express location is always nice and never disappoints! The restaurant is well lit, the floors are always being swept clean and the counters are wiped down.
