I would rate this store a zero star if I could. We order from Panda Express quite often but won't be returning there after today's very disappointing experience at this Panda Express drive-thru. From the beginning of my order, I felt that my requests were not being accommodated, which was frustrating. When I got to the window to pick up my food, I reached out and took the bag from the employee (Her name is Sunshine), she immediately said "Wow, you are rude". then closed the drive-thru window. I motioned for her to reopen the window because I wanted to address the situation but instead I was told to "move it along" because there was another customer waiting behind me. As a paying customer, I felt dismissed and very dissatisfied. I don't believe speaking to a customer that way or ending the interaction by shutting the window is appropriate. Do better with your employees' training and work ethic, Panda Express. read more

We generally eat at Panda Express periodically because it is quick, somewhat tasty. However, our experience was very disappointing. We placed two orders of the orange chicken, the green beans with chicken breast; and fried rice. It appears that they sold us food left over from yesterday, or a day or so earlier. The rice was so hard that it remained hard after heating it with additional water for 5 minutes in the microwave. The chicken was very tough. So, this location may have saved money by selling yesterday's food. But, you have permanently lost a customer! We will not return to this location. read more

We ordered food for pickup on the app. My son loves Panda Express and they delivered well once again. We got the estimated time the food would be ready and it was waiting when we got there. Went through the drive thru and they did a great job of verifying the order and the phone number before handing the food. We got the orange chicken and had a coupon for bogo, my son would eat both plates. Great job panda! read more

I am highly upset!! I don't get upset that often. I get to the window after ordering 3 entrées and asked to add on a drink because I forgot to say it on the speaker. The girl said I can't add anything to your order. I said "whatttt". "You can't add anything to my order. That im going to pay for". She said, no. I said, I dont understand. So she go get some other lady. I told her the samething, "i want to add a drink". She said we cant add anything at the window. You can't or you dont know how??? I said well then clear my order and re-enter it. She said you want me to cancel it and you're going to go back in the line . That is one of the WORST things you can ask a PAYING CUSTOMER to do! I've been in customer service for a long time and never have I ever been told something so dumb! I was so mad I told her just cancel the whole order and I left. The moral of this is to focus your attention on your CUSTOMER SERVICE even more now than ever. Because people are choosing loyalty based on service given and looking really hard. Encountered a racist employee on Sunday 2/19/23 at 1:00pm. The employees name is ThuHuong L per my receipt. While placing my ordered inside (not the driver thru), I asked the employee to add two egg rolls to my order. She responded back by saying "I don't speak Spanish". Confused, I repeated my self and said "can I have two egg rolls please". She again responded by saying "I don't speak Spanish" while giving me a nasty look. What's aggravating about the situation is that I was speaking English the entire time and was humiliated by being called out because of my hardly noticeable Latin accent. Panda Express, do better with hiring competent people that aren't racist and have manners to communicate with customers. I'm a regular customer of Panda Express, in general their food is fine, but this particular location stinks. Basically you have hired employees that don't want to work. I've had two poor experiences with them and I won't be giving them another opportunity for a third. Poor experience no. 1 - I came into the restaurant about a half an hour or so before close and was told they would be making another tray of this one dish I'm fond of. I was asked if I could wait around 15 or so minutes and I was like "sure", I waited and waited, and turns out I was misled and they had no intention of making the dish. Before I knew it, the restaurant was basically closing around me, and I was offered nothing for my time. 2nd poor experience - I came to the restaurant about 20 or so minutes before close and tried the door, they were cleaning the restaurant and this lady pointed toward the other door. I walk to the other door and then she mimes the drive-thru, this was well before the restaurant should have closed. As I was entering store before I got my mask on the guy yells me to put my mask on. Kinda rude. Went back to return the food and they wouldn't do anything without a receipt which was apparently not in the bag. I usually go through the drive through here when I'm exhausted and need something other than a burger for dinner. I never go here expecting quality authentic Chinese food, but in general, there fire chicken with fried rice is better than going home and making toast. Lol. That being said, each time I go here, it is hit or miss on how recently cooked or recooked the rice or the chicken has been. When you get 'first round' rice and chicken it is good. When you get the stuff that has been around too long it is tough, dry and just not worth the price. I've eaten at other Panda Expresses here and in other cities and not had this problem. I won't be coming here in the future unless I'm really REALLY desperate-because I've had more misses than hits. Too expensive to waste money on a 'crap' shoot. If I read they are under new management and start receiving amazing reviews, I'll reconsider trying them again. read more

Went to panda today with my family after work, and had a very hard time ordering due to the order taker, and was told to pull to the window. Once there I ordered after the payment was taken I was instructed to pull to the front and wait on egg rolls. After sitting there for about 20 minutes this guy named Heui came out and apologized and gave us are food. I had terrible service up until the end thank you Heui for the great customer service can someone please give this man a promotion. Ate here Saturday night, seemed like a quick option before popping into the Target. First waited 10+ minutes to be served, some ridiculously picky people ahead of me who apparently couldn't read the dish descriptions and just took forever, but as many employees as were present someone else should have assisted me, along with the gentleman behind me and that just didn't happen so I waited way too long, shows what a priority they place on being efficient and helping customers. Lo/Chow mein was pretty rocking as it normally is, though come on folks you could slice up the celery instead of giving me giant bits of stringy nasty celery, food seemed alright at the time.... Shopped at Target and went home, and was sick the rest of the night, complete indigestion, bloating, anything gross you can think of.. I don't know what that was about, but I was fine before eating here, maybe that orange chicken was off, or handled improperly, but it was enough impetus that I will not be returning to this location ever again. Kind of sad when a mall location of the same chain has better quality and service than that of a free standing location, and with the mall variant I have never gotten sick from that food. While I enjoy Panda Express, I feel that the service is hit or miss. One thing I dislike in a restaurant is inconsistency. My daughter and I eat here frequently as it is across the street from my neighborhood. Like 2 or 3 times weekly. Sometimes we will get decent portions, and sometimes we get meager portions. It should be uniform, but it is not. The last time I went will be my last for awhile. The service was not friendly and the portions I got were absolutely ridiculous for the price. I ordered white rice and Chili Pacific Shrimp. They charge you a $1.25 extra for the Chili Pacific Shrimp as they consider it a "Premium entree", however, the portion they give you does not justify charging you extra. read more

Okay I love great customer service as this place had it! I went through the drive thru and he took his time and explained everything! Very nice attitude! So I ordered a 2plate which came with no drink and added on the ribs. I was asked to move out the drive thru bc my ribs were still cooking! Still great customer service even when my items were brought to me! Now I'm so hungry I stop and eat in the car! Why was all my food cold but the ribs? The ribs were surprisingly good btw!
