I really enjoy the sandwiches here. They're creative and I absolutely love that you can get them skinny style to save on carbs and calories! My husband used to go here weekly for lunch at work but since they changed their rewards program which used to be awesome he doesn't go as much. Never can go wrong with Potbelly. This location is close to my office so my lunch breaks bring me here sometimes. While it gets packed, they have efficient operations and teamwork among the staff like a well-oiled machine. And of course the sandwiches are tasty. Made a catering order a week before it was needed. The day of the order pickup I was called early in the morning to be notified that they're short staff and it won't be ready until 20mins after pickup time. That wasn't an issue, what was is when I went in at 11:20 to pick up but then was told they DIDNT EVEN START IT YET. I was then told it wouldn't be ready until 11:45. This location gets pretty packed during peak lunch hour and the parking lot can fill up quickly. I find that if I come a little later around 1230p, the traffic is much lighter. I ordered Mediterranean and asked to make it veggie. I told her few things to add as toppings but did not mention OIL. I saw oil in her hand and did she add oil,she said no. She did mention there will be some oil from hot peppers and stuff. I went home and there was OIL all over the sandwich????? Why do u have to lie?? Excellent salads and sandwiches and milkshakes and cookies. I use the app to order and go through the drive-through to pick it up. You can have things the way you want them with the kind of bread you want and the orders are correct. They use Quality ingredients therefore the prices are a little bit above average, but you get what you pay for If you use the app, they have specials for members and you can earn free sandwiches. I gave Potbelly four stars because of the price and the salads are sometimes small and sometimes not therefore they need more quality control. This is my go to place for a sandwich. read more

I have mainly only taken out at this location versus eating in although the dining area is clean, staff is friendly the bread I found to be a little bit on the firmer side maybe just because I had it toasted but I just didn't have the same quality I've had in the past. Sometimes, there is nothing better than a well executed sandwich. Today, I had one of those days, and Potbelly hit the spot! I ordered the smoked ham and swiss and it was perfect - make sure to add the italian seasoning for an extra flavor punch! The sandwich was perfectly warm and melty and just the right portion for lunch (I ordered an original size). The staff was also very friendly and helpful! Parking here is obnoxious - there are spots, but there are also a ton of people trying to get those spots. Lately I've been so impressed with this Potbelly location. I've been ordering their salads. The PowerHouse salad is pretty amazing! It comes with spinach, hummus, grilled chicken, eggs, and cucumbers. I add roasted peppers and jalapeno peppers. It is delightful. I recommended with the Potbelly vinaigrette. The pizza melt and the cubano sandwiches were great (wish they had a honey bbq sauce; that's all it is missing). They were nice enough to substitute mayo over mustard and put items in a side cup for convenience. The sugar cookie is large and filling with rock sugar crystals coated on top. The soups were alright, garden veggie and pot pie were my favorites, but the macaroni side is also delicious if you want something more solid. After I was food poisoned by subway... this place has become my new sandwich shop, they have cheaper prices and the quality is better.
