As an Uber driver I will first say I went in for the first order and the staff was playing around I waited 20 minutes and cancelled the order. I got a second order and went back. The lady behind the counter accused me of taking the first order then proceeded to remove it from on the garbage and prepare it again for the customer so I again cancelled the order and left. The customer then called me asking for her order in a rude manor stating that the restaurant gave me the food. Over all this restaurant is disgusting and the employees were rude and didn't have on gloves and dig in the trash. I hope corporate reads this! That lady should not be working there. Stop sending the people in the drive-thru to the front to park and wait on their food. It defeats the purpose of the drive-thru, makes employees go way out of their way to get the food to the customer, and then, occasionally, when it's peak hours, the parking lot starts to fill up and cars begin parking in odd locations to wait for their food. It's a mess. The food is the same as every other panda, but this specific location loves to unnecessarily do what is described above. read more

I just got out of what seemed hells Panda Express.. Found a hair in my food and let them know only to be served again by the same food that they initially served me with. Took a while for my refund and I've been sitting here for a while and they still haven't changed out that bowl of food. Never again! read more

The orange chicken was very good and fresh. All items looked fresh. The employees were very friendly and helpful with the selections. They also gave me a sample of the Shanhai angus steak so I got it even though it was $1.50 extra, it was worth it. It was very tasty! read more

Life is already full of enough surprises. Unfortunately most surprises are negative. If you were looking for a positive surprise do not come to the Panda express on 1960. It's kind of funny how the pictures always show big chunks of meat. But when you order your food and you receive it it doesn't even come with one bite size piece. We got food here last night, for the last time. The food is not consistently good anymore. The take-out, two-entree box has gotten smaller at both locations we got to and not only have the boxes gotten smaller, the portions have gotten down to less than half what they were even a year ago. The orange chicken that I got was all tiny pieces, about a half of a cup, that looked like popcorn chicken. The mushroom chicken had 5 half pieces of zucchini, three mushrooms and 2 pieces of chicken. The flavor was bland. The amounts they serve, should come with a lower price, and taste like it used to, good. I will be giving my business to local, authentic Chinese food restaurants from now on. read more

This has got to be the worst Panda Express ever. Literally everything I ordered was old and cold. The rice was old, the sweet fire chicken was older than I am. The orange chicken was leftover from last night. I even ordered some cream cheese rangoons and those I swear were icicles. I will never return to this location again. read more

Overall, it's a great value and everything has a wonderful taste. I would change some of the entrees to make it more diverse without having to pay a premium. For instance, have a mongolian triple delight with beef, chicken and shrimp or simply more beef options without angus steak so that it doesn't cost as much. I try not to get 2 chicken entrees every time I order a 2-entree plate but I'm limited otherwise unless I pay a premium for shrimp or angus steak. The only 2 beef options seem to be beef with broccoli and Shanghai beef and those are good but leave one wanting beef desiring more from time to time. It also wouldn't hurt to have a shrimp option or at least some seafood option that wasn't considered a premium. read more

The Panda Express has inexperienced ppl working the window. I asked for 3 2 entree plates she got it wrong them took my order and scratched the one meat back into the serving area and scooped out the right one. She then brings me a bad with sauce all over the inside of the bag. I asked her to give me a clean bag and her reply it's only inside the bag. She rolled her eyes and got an attitude. This location closed 30 min early for dine-in today. The staff were chowing down & rudely pointed at the clock when the door sign said they should be open for 39 more minutes!!!!! We had just tried the store at Willowbrook but the place was a mess with no clean tables & no one interested in cleaning one for us. I am not going to clean their tables for them ! I visited this restaurant while running errands and ordered a 2 entree plate with chow mein. After eating about a third of the meal, I found a dead ROACH in the bottom of the tray! I was so sick I regurgitated all that I had just eaten. I then contacted the manager and she did not seem overly concerned telling me this never happened before. So was she placing blame on me? I didn't appreciate that at all. It would have been better to simply admit they did not meet up to company standards, apologize and refund my money. All I received was a refund... no apology. When I returned the food, she didn't even bother to look at it as if to hurry me out of there. She asked me to leave my name and number for the regional manager but 3 weeks later, I have yet to hear from any company representative. My experience has made me more cautious about where we eat. After being a long time customer of the establishment, our family will never visit Panda Express again. read more

I love the food in Panda Express. Pepper chicken, Khobari Beef etc. Fried rice is bland and dry though. Prices are reasonable. Service is the problem. No food trays available the last 2 times I have been there. It was with them inside the kitchen still unwashed. We just had to carry our plates with us as we moved to pay. Undermanned always. One person is the cook and another person mans the cash register and the take out window delaying ordering for the dine-in patrons. The server frowned when I asked her to clean the trays I GOT on top of the rubbish bin. It had some sauce and rice on it! Here's one more thing, their receipt always turns out blurred. They never fix that. Can hardly read anything on it. Something wrong with their POS system. It's thermal printout so I guess the manager doesn't care to spend a bit for customers to get a clear printed receipt. This place also has no spoons at all. This is true for all the Panda Express I have been to. It would make dining easier with spoons to scoop up the rice. read more

The food here is good, but the service is too slow. You stand around watching 2-3 people try to do the work of 4-5. I understand trying to keep overhead and payroll down, but the trade off in this case is lost business. They just can't keep up. It's a shame because the food is actually good for the price point. I'd rather pay more and not have to watch these people struggle to serve me. read more
