Ordered through Postmates. Got the chicken breast and green beans, mixed veggies and 1/2 & 1/2 fried rice and chow mein. Green beans were so over cooked that they were all dried and wrinkled and shriveled. The chicken was also overcooked, and tough and dry. The fried rice was overcooked and mushy. I ordered the orange chicken with the mushroom chicken...white rice and chow main.I was sick all day,I couldnt hold nothing down so I decided to stop here.I get home and the food was like if they gave me what they were going to throw away...chow main was dry, in lil pieces..very crunchy# the mushroom chicken was soggy and disgusting! Was in here on January 14th at around 8pm Worst experience ever at a drive thru restaurant, they took for ever and I seen why there were cars in front of us having issues with there food also, the young girl was very unprofessional and snotty, when we finally got out of there we learned that are two double orders of Orange chicken we're not only cold but all mixed up with the rest of the food like it had been thrown around, I called back immediately and after about 4 times of being hung up on and and trying to pass there interrogation tactics to speak to a manager I was able to explain my Side of the story to a supervisor named Christian who apologized and took down all my information supposedly and then ask for the information on my receipt Christian then said he would be calling me back and never did, days later I tried calling him only to learn he's never there so they put there kitchen supervisor Rodolfo on the phone who begins to criticise me and basically says I made this all up in my head, in my opinion this place is Garbage and any one who decides to eat at this Place needs to think long and Hard about what there getting them selves into cause it seems like there is a serious lack of leadership at this establishment!! read more

I am in Indio, Visiting from Arizona & Originally from WA state. I have never had this happen before at any location: I ordered the broccoli beef and the entire entree was broccoli As well as my chow mien tasted like it was half a day old. The orange chicken tasted like fish... Which I'm trying to figure out when they don't serve fish. The "new" chicken entree they are selling tasted like someone ran it over with a truck in a pig pen. We stopped to eat here on Monday evening on our way home from Arizona. We were greeted immediately as we entered the restuarant and asked if we'd like to try a sample today - we declined because we already knew what we wanted and were on a time limit, busy busy.... They offered our favorite entree "string bean and chicken breast" to our surprise because the Panda's around where we live do not offer this entree anymore, so we were super excited to see the tag but the dish was almost completely empty, we look up and there's no Chef to be found, just the cashier (who at this time is cleaning the dining room) and the drive through attendant whom is helping us as well. So he yells to the back "we need string bean chicken breast, quickly please!" and nothing...you can tell the server is agitated and he excuses himself (very politely) and goes to the back, when he returns, about 1 minute later comes the Chef as well (whom appears to be in NO hurry at all....maybe we disturbed his lunch break or texting break or something who knows...) The server tells us it'll be about 6 minutes for the string bean chicken breast, we say no problem, pay, and proceed to eat what we do have, a little bit later the female cashier brings us our string bean chicken breast entree...the string beans were way over cooked and the onions were not cooked long enough, they were still so fresh (uncooked) that they burned the nostrils when you ate them. We're scoring this a 4 simply because of all of this. This review isn't about the food.......its ok. My complaint is the high prices for the little portions you get and their hidden price tactics on their menu board that left a bad taste in my mouth. Going thru their drive-thru on their menu it says to order a side and 3 entrees listed on the menu for $8.08. What I found appalling is if you order something with shrimp that is shown on their list they want an extra $1 and theres nothing on the menu saying so......which is to me a price tactic I can't stand. I feel if they are going to list 3 entrees and a side for $8.08 then they should honor it or take the extra price items off the list, pure and simple. I hate these type of tactics and will stop patronizing places that do it. All in all....what I can say about Panda Express is go elsewhere unless your starving to death and theres no place else to go. read more

I've been into this Panda Express a few times but last night was one of the best most positive experiences I've had at any Panda Express. We came in a little after 7:30pm and to my delightful surprise with the exception of the chow mein they had all the food in stock and freshly made. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile and asked if I would like to try any samples. I sampled the honey sesame chicken breast which was delicious! I then prompted to order half fried rice half chow mein, the honey sesame chicken breast, and teriyaki chicken. The employee who served us was really nice and let us know it would be a couple minutes for the chow mein but she would complete the rest of our order and charge us, I believe her name tag said Kathy. Well without us even complaining or asking for anything Kathy compensated us for having to wait for the chow mein. I thought that was pretty cool and she did it with a smile. So we took a seat on one if the dining tables to wait when the supervisor or manager on duty touched base with us and said she apologized for the wait but the chow mein is just about to be ready, we let her know it was totally fine and thanked her for letting us know. I must say this is pretty rare now a days for a manager to go out of their way to tell guests they are sorry for the delay so we appreciated this very much. Just went to the drive thru at panda ordered everything was fine but I get to the window and Victoria (her name tag said) had the nerve to snatch my credit card out of my boyfriends hand because he was in the driver and obviously passed her the card I found that was so shocking like why ? he asked her for and extra teriyaki sauce and she says sure she hands us the bag and says she gave us a extra sauce in the bag and there was only one.
