This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to! The customer service here SUCKS! The manager is a bitch! I ordered a family pack 5 days ago, came home to rock solid orange chicken, Called them to let them know the problem, they asked for my name and said I could come back anytime to get two large orders of the orange chicken. Went in today and they said where's my proof, I even have the damn order on my panda app and they took down my name. The manager knew about it but refused to give me the food without an argument, then only decided to give me one order of the chicken. This location has to be the worst location on the west side. After today, I rather go to the location across Kapolei Walmart. I should be checking my food more often before eating but half way through I noticed my cabbage in my chow mein black. At first, I thought it was just burnt from cooking but after taking a closer look, the cabbage was molded. I will never visit this location again. Also, do not order the black pepper steak. Probably the worse Pandas i've been too on the island. They literally had nothing made when I went ! I had to wait 20-25 mins for them when it was suppose to be 5-7mins they said smh. There are a lot of Panda Express locations on the island and in a hurry I'll stop at a location for a quick meal. It's just yummy, mall food and easy to order from. Out of all the locations, this Kapolei location is the best. The drive thru makes it so easy to grab and go. If there is a line there is plenty of parking and it makes a quick stop and go! The staff is always so friendly and they always have all the options even if you go near closing. The portions are always awesome and the food is always hot! We ordered a side dish but they didn't have enough for a large portion so they told us they could make more but it would take 10 min. We waited... while we were waiting they offered us two free kids cups so we could drink something while we waited. Then they offered us free samples of their new items. They repeatedly apologized as we stood there waiting which we didn't mind at all. And then when it was ready they packed more than we expected! Helping people without a mask, a customer ahead of me was helped without a mask her and her kid and coughed on the glass and everything. I left right after. The servers and workers could careless about their safety and other people's safety. Update: they just got back to me and told me that they will retrain their employees and are happy that this situation has come to there attention so they could address it rather then the CDC and etc. read more

Made my food PLAIN just as I asked and it turned it so good perfectly cooked I don't care for fish but it was perfect steam fish. The vegetables were perfect. I wish I remembered her name but she was so genuine. 5 stars to her. I rate 4 stars due to an incident . But she made my trip there worth it. Panda's Chinese Express is probably one of the best franchises. Regardless of the location, the taste and quality of the food is consistent compared to other franchises such as Tasty Korean BBQ or L&L. We decided to have dinner at the Ka Makana Alii food court because we could all eat where we wanted to without driving to different shopping centers. My daughter decided to have a keiki meal at Panda Express and we were assisted by Jamaica. She provides excellent customer service and gave us the chance to sample two of their items, she also helped us to get the most for our money by sharing about options to order an ala carte side which is a much portion compared to adding it to the plate. Excellent customer service is important and a major factor in terms of whether or not I will be a loyal and/or longtime customer. Out of the 3 Panda's locations in Kapolei I can definitely say we'll be returning to this one for sure! read more
