We bought 3 Whopper King combos $30) for lunch. OMG! We live less than 5 minutes away and yet every burger was COLD! We phoned and spoke to the manager about our COLD BURGERS. She said I was the only one that complained of a COLD BURGER. For real?! My husband quickly went to see the Manager and show her proof of the COLD burgers. After she checked each burger, she agreed ......then apologized. She said next time we order to say we want it GRILLED so it's hot. So remember that! They falsely advertise Grilled Burgers so you cannot expect a hot burger unless you say "please grill it." Two of us who ate less than half of our burgers got upset stomach. Grand nephew really wanted to try the Mandalorian meal, this day was a horrible weather day, heavy rain, etc. Long line for drive thru because they were having trouble with their computer because of the weather, Fort Weavers traffic lights were down from Queen West, so I was pretty prepared for the possibility Burger King may not be serving but the employees persevered, so kudos to them! Service was bad. Wasted 30 minutes here waiting because the manager told us to take a seat and she will call us when our food was ready. We waited patiently and watched maybe 7 cars go through the drive thru order. We were seated inside with no one around. A person came in arguing about a bad order and not giving him enough. It seems they blamed the customer even after this person produced a receipt which showed his order and that this person was charged for it. After that, I got fed up as we were ignored in the empty building and asked about the order. Then the same manager who told us to wait entered our order. My mother in law and I decided to come here for a late lunch to meet her friends. As we entered, there was someone in front of me. The service here was kind of slow but we eventually got our food. The ladies working here were nice and she apologized for the wait. The food is descent and tastes like how I remembered it. I do enjoy the whoppers. I ended up eating quite a bit and it was okay. There's no refills for drinks. You have to buy another drink if you want another drink. The inside was filled with tables and the restrooms were near the entrance of the place. Did not appreciate the lack of customer service in the drive thru. Went around 6:10pm tonight and there was no greeting or thank you. I usually let things slide since I work in the food industry and understand it gets frustrating and you take it out on customers that don't deserve it. To top it off, after handing us our bags, we asked if that was all and he walked away from the window without saying anything or double checking. We got home, check the bags and missed an item. Arrived there at around 3:00pm, and got my food at 3:25. Upon arrival, I saw there was only one person in front of me, so I originally thought I wouldn't have to wait long, but I was WRONG, as i ended up waiting in line for a solid 10 minutes before finally ordering. The cause of this was slow workers, obviously standing around in the kitchen majority of the time. Went through the drive thru at 8:46 ordered a large whopper combo with 12 piece mozzarella sticks and 3 hershey pies. My drink wasn't given to me (no biggie) but I come home and check the food. This recent time we had one of those coupons that come in the mail, so I swung by and made the order directly as it was on the coupon. Usually the worker asks if you have the coupon for it, but this time he didn't. There is a female employee that works the evening/night shift and she is beyond RUDE! I'm assuming she's the manager, but she needs to go back to training in customer service. She almost ALWAYS has a stank attitude. I've gone to this BK location maybe 5 times and I always end up with her taking my order, but she is never friendly. She never says "hi" or any kind of greeting. If you ask her a question, she just gives you a sassy or rude answer back. For example, tonight I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and when I got to the window another employee asked me, but I couldn't understand what she was trying to ask. I asked her to repeat the question and instead she went and got this certain female I'm referring to. This restaurant is hit and miss with the quality. Having grown up on Burger King whoppers, I keep giving them a chance. However, I had a situation recently where I got a double whopper meal with a ten piece nuggets and fries. The burger bun was stale and almost rock solid. The fries were also stale and cold. The nuggets were cold as well. I threw away the food since I didn't want to get food poisoning. After a long day of work, I just wanted to have a decent meal before going to bed. This ruined my whole night. I think I am going to stop going to this Burger King in Kapolei for when I need some fast food on the go. Not to sure why a lot of people rated this Burger King low... but i love Burger King and like someone else said i have never had a problem with the company or the food. I ordered a small afternoon snack (French fries for my daughter and onion rings for me). There was no line in the drive tru. Also when you look inside there was no line inside as well. There were a few students studying but that's about it. I went through the drive tru really quick and was able to pay a get my food quickly. Thank you Burger King for having the best French fries! When it comes to fast food cheap burgers, this is my choice. For our area, there's not much to choose from but they are well represented here. I like the whoppers and mainly go for that, mostly double whoppers. The lettuce and tomato is what makes it stand out for me with the sauce. The fries are good too. Crunchy on the outside, soft and hot on the inside. I try to order it without the salt when I can rembember. Hardly ever. Dip it into the ketchup to for an extra kick. I can taste the potato so I believe its real. Mom will get a small size drink because they are refillable. The shakes are made thick the way I like them. My favorite is the Oreo Cookie Shake. The service is spot on. When there is a line it does move quickly including the few times it has been long. Staffers are friendly, maybe a little robotic, but I can feel the smile and genuinely feel happy. Place is clean, including the floors, soda fountain area and condiment station. Doesn't get too much of the after school crowd keeping the noise level bearable. It does have a indoor play area for the keikis. Doesn't get used too much but that could be good for some parents. read more

This place is the closest to home. Always stop here whenever my grandma or our family wants to eat or craves for whopper sandwiches. There are many discounts we can find around places, and sometimes are super awesome deals! Friendly staff and the drive through, always move in a good paste. Never had a bad experience with Ewa Beach Burger King. I recognize there's a lot of things people don't like in general about fast food, but overall, the Whopper and Jr version are two of my favorite burgers. Also being that Burger King will make it to order, I can tolerate when their fries are slightly below the McDonald's standard. I've always gotten good, accurate service at the Ewa Beach location, and being that it's so close to my workplace, it's a little dangerous. Each time we come here, our food is fresh and hot. We are constantly greeted with smiles, and I like how they don't charge for extra sauce. We usually order a whopper or whopper jr, fries or onion rings, and chicken fries with either coke or strawberry icee float (which is the main reason why we choose BK over other fast food restaurants). There were a handful of times, however, when the icee machine isn't working and the occasional times when our fries or onion rings are a bit burnt. Other than those minor mishaps, I'd choose BK over McDonald's any day. read more

Wow...I've never seen any burger this thin. I could hardly taste any meat. I just had to measure the meat. You won't believe that on the same Whopper Jr. I measured 2/16" and 3/16". What is going on?
