Disappointing Customer Service Experience The food at Panda Express is generally good, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service during my recent visit was unacceptable. On December 12th at approximately 6:40 pm, I used the drive thru service with my daughter. While ordering, I politely asked the employee to bear with me for a couple of minutes while we decided. The young lady responded with "Don't worry, take all day - you need," delivered in a tone that felt sarcastic and dismissive rather than patient or professional. When I placed my order of one regular Original Orange Chicken and one kids sized portion, I was asked to repeat the entire order again with a surprised tone. I also overheard a comment in the background saying "Are you serious," which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. At no point did the employee ask if I needed anything else. I said thank you three times during the interaction and received no response. Instead, I was met with eye rolling and facial expressions that conveyed clear annoyance, as if my presence was a burden. I was also unable to obtain the location or store number, as no receipt was provided to me during this visit, which made it difficult to identify the specific location. But it's located right after chick fil-a at hypoluxo and Military Trl Florida. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but basic courtesy, acknowledgment, and professionalism should always be present, especially in customer facing roles. This experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated and did not reflect the level of service I would expect from Panda Express. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer interactions going forward. read more
