This Panda Express is the worst one I've ever been to. Wish I could give it no stars. Staff is always rude, and when you try to tell them they got your order wrong they give serious attitude. Tonight I went through the drive thru, total was $6.25 so I gave the cashier $11.25 so I would get a $5 back. She took the cash and handed me my receipt. I told her there was a $10 in there so she said oh ok and tried to hand me $4. When I had to correct her the second time telling her that I'd actually handed her $11.25 she rolled her eyes and got me a $5. I worked at McDonalds years ago and was trained to never put cash away until you count it so you put in cash register correctly. This woman has worked there for a long time..she may even be a shift manager..she should know better. The only reason I go there once or twice a month is because it's close to my house. This place is awful! We had take out this evening and found a hair embedded in the sauce on my sweet fire chicken. So gross!!!! They also were so rude in the drive-thru we had to go in and order. They kept cutting us off and not allowing us to complete the order. I'm disgusted with the experience and food! If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Don't even waste your time eating at this location. My chicken was burnt and my rice was clumped into golfball sized hard chunks. I felt extremely ill after eating a few bites. A complete waste of $10. Take your business to a place where the management and employees can function. read more

Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes at the window to order I was greeted by a very rude employee "IVY" when I picked up my food. Once my food (which was thrown in a bag) was given to me, I took the time to check to make sure everything was there. It wasn't. I waited for the employee to come back and I told her I was missing something she rolled her eyes and closed the window. When she came back I asked her was the manager on duty. She said No have a nice night. I will be following up with my complaint. Rude service will ruin a nice place. Do better. read more

I love Panda Express to get my chinese food fix. My faves are the orange chicken, string bean chicken, and the sweet fire chicken or shrimp. I always get the 2 entree combo specials with steamed rice and veggie/chicken egg rolls. My only gripe here is that they should keep their trays full. I sometimes have to wait a while for entrees to be cooked but hey I guess I can't complain about hot off the wok yummy food. Also get the mandarin sauce on the side... it is delish. read more

This was our first time back after a long while. The manager was exceptionally pleasant and professional. She took our orders for 4 people and was so patient with us. The previous staff seemed to not actually care very much about the service they gave or knew anything about customer relations. read more

This Panda Express needs to be either closed down or needs new management and workers. I've been to this location about five times. Every time I go inside of this restaurant there's no help. Their slow as hell, never mind their nasty attitude. Tonight I walked in and they were out of teriyaki chicken. They never have brown rice and the restaurant was nasty. I eat at other locations and have never complained. For me to take time out to write this review, trust me it's terrible here. read more

My family have been going to this location for many years. I am sad to say tonight will be our last time. The food is no longer up to standard and the service was very disappointing. Management seems very disorganized and ill-equipped to handle situations that involve over charging for food or not knowing how to re-print a receipt because the printer ran out of paper. read more

The store manager Suhey always has this store clean and the food is always full, fresh and great tasting. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating from greeting upon entry to the service at the counter with how I like my food. I eat here frequently and most know what my choices might be when I come in and that is to me one sign of good employees, showing enough interest in their customers to remember them and ask if they want their regular meal or would like to try something different. I started doing Weight Watchers and Suhey and staff were very helpful in going over the nutritional guide to make better choices for calories and tastes I might like. Great experience always! My husband and I have been patrons of this establishment for many years. We have always had wonderful customer service and excellent food. Tonight however was a whole new experience. Let me preface this by saying that Janet and another young man were extremely pleasant, the epitome of good service. They did not have sweet tea or root beer in the customer area or the drive thru. After waiting and asking a couple of times I asked for my money back since I was done with my meal by then. They were very reluctant to do so. The manager, Michael Mijoinic (sp?), very rudely said "I am going to check all the soda right now." As I was getting my money back he came up and roughly put a soda on the counter. I said I do not want it because I am getting my money back. I then asked where he had been since is employees were struggling to keep up with the traffic coming in and their service was not as good as usual. I further commented it would be nice if he was out helping then. He condescending said "I am sorry your experience was not as it should be." Long story short it got ugly. While we were in the parking lot he began to take pictures of our car and began writing down what I can only imagine was our license plate numbers. I then took a picture of him. His response was that picture taking was not allowed in the store. I was getting in my car again when he asked did I have a handicapped sticker for my car since I was parked in a handicapped space. Yes, I had one. It went from rude to harassing. Needless to say a call was made to the corporate office. Avoid this establishment if you want to be treated with respect by the manager Michael Mijoinic (sp?). read more

We went into this location last night at 8:50 pm and they had the doors locked to the inside and some young man inside cleaning pointed us to drive thru , we go to drive thru to order and they don't have what we were wanting and the lady tells us they close the grill at 8:30 pm .. ummm .. we call the store today and the manager tells us the door should not have been locked and they will cook what ever you want as long as your willing to wait as we were but they refused . This location has gone down hill from the dining room being nasty , doors locked before time and not a willingness to cook what we want ! Manager never once said sorry just ok thank you for calling . The Orange Chicken has mostly just Crumbs and Fried Bread (80%) and 20% has some chicken. This is NOT Good! Panda's customers are not stupid or dumb and feeling Panda is trying to cut costs and cut corners by having a lot less chicken and much more fried crumbs and bread. Customers feel totally cheated and feel Panda Express is not being honest with their Flagship item (Orange Chicken)! Need to put more "chicken meat" in the Orange "Chicken". Need to make this change ASAP! People can tell the quality and quantity of the food. read more

Awesome service. Amazing food. Our hostess Carina was nice and super amazing. The entrée that I wanted was almost finished in the big wok then she asked me if I would like to wait by then make some fresh one for me. I was very impressed by her looking into that special detail for me she quickly asked the chef to make some more and got to me with very less time. read more
