I like to go to Moe's once in a while and always get burrito and side the Queso , but it's my birthday and I have a reward for a free cup of queso and also I got a text today 03/05/2026 "message" "burrito bowl free drink on us " when I i got at the register they manager told me I can't get both , he said loud "you can't get everything" I said to him :excuse me? I'm paying for the burrito and the drink but the cup of queso is free because is my birthday.. he said you can't get both and then he rings my burrito first and then when the part of tips he told me read , I said I don't want to .. again he said to me read the screen ma'am and I said back to him is tips I don't want to , he said as angry and sarcastic and moved his head he pushed the red bottom ( the skip tips ) so hard and he never give me my free cup of queso and he offered the cup of queso to the next customer. What a wonderful experience today! My wife and I dropped into Moe's today for a quick bite and we were incredibly impressed with the service! We had quite going there a while back because of the service, but decided to give it a try again. We love the food! They must have changed management because the new staff was completely different. They were all so friendly and Javon, who waited on me, could not have been nicer! He was incredibly attentive to my order, very friendly while he was preparing it and could not have done more to make sure we had everything we needed! This location has always been bad, but I took a gamble and stopped here today hoping that through a miracle it had improved because I didn't feel like driving to Tucker or Snellville. My gamble did not pay off. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for 48 hours. The rice was not fully cooked as every single grain had a solid hard center. The workers were rude and seemed to be cognitively challenged. The overflowing trash cans in the back of the store were causing the entire restaurant to smell. By far worst moes I have ever been to. We arrived 2 hours before closing and the woman that took our order was rude right from the start. The booth tables were already flipped over as well. Just ate here 1st time. Food was usual Moe's fare except chips were a tad different tasting. Not sure if older oil or not. They weren't bad, just different. Employees were very nice. July 25 I don't know why I do this, but I went back. The same rude ignorant manager at the place. She puts literally nothing on your food. If I were in her shoes: an ignorant person with no skills other than sandwich making, I'd be just as loyal. But she drives away customers as per all of the other reviews. So by being stingy, ignorant, and rude, she does a disservice to the moes brand. I won't be going back. Today I went to get dinner for the family and much to my surprise the gentlemen behind the counter informs me that they are out of cheese. No more shredded cheese. None. How do you run a faux Tex Mex restaurant without shredded cheese? Literally almost every dish requires this ingredient. It's the glue that holds the food together. Needless to say I didn't get dinner from Moe's tonight. Ended up at Chili's and let's say that experience was even worse. I went into the Lilburn Moe's location listed yesterday in order to redeem the free burrito offer that I received from downloading the Rockin Rewards app. As I pulled up the offer on my phone, the gentleman preparing the food began to tell my friend and I that you had to purchase one burrito in order to redeem the offer from the app. I went on to read the fine print on the app and it did not state this anywhere. My friend and I proceeded to purchase one burrito in order to redeem this offer and I still did not understand why we were basically being forced to purchase in order to receive a "free burrito". Originally, my friend was only going to order a quesadilla and ended up having to order an additional burrito just so I could receive this offer. When I arrived at Moe's, I was not greeted very enthusiastically by their employees. It was like the employee grunted at me to get my order. I ordered a "Wrong Doug" with chicken. It is a soft taco shell with two hard taco shells with cheese in between. The customer can order rice, lettuce, beans, onions and other condiment items to put in their "Wrong Doug." I ordered a side of queso, but there weren't many chips in the basket. The combo cost $15.50. I was hoping the "Wrong Doug" would taste similar to the Quesalupa at Taco Bell since they compose similar ingredients. Unfortunately, the food at Moe's fell short. The food is decent, but I don't think it's worth the money. After that visit, I had regretted my decision to eat at Moe's I would have rather eaten at Taco Bell and saved $10. read more

This burrito joint is one of the friendliest spots you'll ever dine. The proprietor, Ray, treats us like we're long-time friends. The food is uniformly fresh, and they custom make your dinner right in front of you so you always get it exactly the way you like. The atmosphere is friendly too. Expect a rousing "Welcome to Moe's" when you walk in. They play classic rock on the PA at a low level, so it's easy to hold a conversation as well. The food is "just burritos" and such, but you'll be hard pressed to find it presented so engagingly anywhere else. The location is at the NW intersection of Killian/Bethany Church and Hwy 78 in Lilburn. Hwy 78 is a boulevard now, so If you're approaching from the West, make a u-turn at the intersection, or go N. on Killian and then left into the shopping center by the Chili's. I have been coming to this Moe's for years and lately the quality of food and service had gotten worse. Usually have to have tortillas cooked again due to being burnt, meat is dry, and the drink and sauce counter is dirty. Gnats are constantly flying around the drink machine and in the dispenser. The class shield is dirty over the sauce. The staff is friendly but friendly because they just make and serve the food. Not much conversation. I've loved Moe's for years, but this location has always been iffy, both in cleanliness and in personality. Last Friday (2/17/17) around 5:30 pm was the worst time, ever. When we entered, it was like a morgue, even though there were several diners. No shouts of "Welcome to Moe's!" greeted us. The first server was sullen, and the second one (her name tag said Destiny) along the line was downright chilly. She even rolled her eyes when I asked for a particular ingredient. Destiny acted like she personally owned each ingredient and resented having to give any of it to someone else. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Literally EVERY table was dirty, there were only 2 families in the restaurant, so busy was not an excuse. The drink and salsa stations were filthy. The staff was not friendly, not completely rude but definitely not friendly or welcoming. To top it off, the women's bathroom was dirty, broken toilet paper dispenser and, not to my surprise...no paper towels. I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. I will never return to this place. On our way out, an employee walked out in front of us to enjoy a cigarette out front. We love Moe's, but not this one. Okay so Moe'sand Chipotle offer pretty much the same type of mexican food. Chipotle offers a delicious vegetarian option called sofritas - so good that I learned to make it at home. Moe's "answer" to that is to offer cubed tofu - and it is horrible. It taste like tofu -which has no flavor and relies on the spices you add for flavor. Whoever came up with had no idea what they are doing; and obviously did not ask a vegetarian for their opinion. Moe's: it's nasty! You are not offering a comparable product. Just take it off the menu. I got a sample -yuck!So I elected mushrooms and onions in place of the meat. Not only does Moes charge me as though I got a regular bowl with meat, they added the mushrooms and onions as extra. As I tried to explain it should be the same or less as a regular bowl - not more. This is the worst Moe's I have ever been to. It always looks dirty, never has all the toppings available and what food is ready looks old. Went there again on a Sunday night at 5:30 and there were new faces and an A rating posted on the wall; however, once again it looked dirty, there were no mushrooms, peppers or tofu ready and the salad section looked thin and old.
