The serving sizes are a complete JOKE in my opinion. Tiny bowls with a tiny scoop of rice topped with a undersized portion of 3 or 4 shrimp that I was charged an extra $1.50! Really? If their portions were good sized and I then asked for extra shrimp I would expect to pay a little extra. But nearly $8 plus an extra $1.50 makes me feel like I got scammed. Have came in about 4 times with similar experiences. Food is almost always cold. Yesterday went on got the orange chicken and sweet fire chicken both where very cold and the rice wasn't good at all. Dropping quality and inadequate worker training, Ive been to this Panda express countless times and obviously from a fast food place i dont expect 4 star quality food but when i was ordering i looked at the string bean chicken and it looked absolutely horrid, i used to love the string bean chicken from there but one look at it today it looked so soggy and poor quality i couldnt bring myself to order it, and when i was at the end ordering trying to get the rest of my order completed the workers tries to rush me to the cash register to pay so i finished my order and mentioned they didnt put any sauces in my order (ordered egg rolls and teriyaki chicken) i point this out but the worker is telling me to pay and they would put it in later, when everything was said and done i had to remind them cause they forgot to put the sauces in there, please Panda Express youre dropping your standards and it shows read more

If I could give 0 I would but I guess the 1 star is for the fact that it tasted ok. I go to panda about 2 times a month mainly the one in riverbank. This time I went here in Lodi. What's got me pissed is the portion size. It's about a 1/3 of what every place else give you. 5 little chuck of orange chicken and about 7 of the tiniest pieces of sweet fire chicken. The rice didn't even fill the side it goes on. This was one order and the other order was full and had the amount it should. Come on people it's not that hard to scoop a equal portion of food. We spend our hard earned money at your restaurant and expect to get what we pay for. read more

They honestly don't even deserve one star. If you like being ignored and having your food thrown in a bag with out finishing your order and have the employees say snide twitty little things about you like you can't hear, then coming to this panda is for you! I get that the fast food business needs to be done quick, but you also should listen to customers so you don't get reviews like this one. I'm honestly super disappointed. As a pregnant woman who craves the orange chicken on a daily basis, I will gladly drive to Trinity parkway for better service. Such a shame. read more

Went there on a pretty slow night and right off the bat the employee was extremely rude and made me feel very rushed. Then, after placing my order they told me they'd call me when it was ready. After 20 minutes of sitting there watching people enter and leave with their bags and listening to everyone's names get called BUT mine, I walked up to the register and explained I hadn't gotten my food yet and asked when it would be ready. The food was literally just SITTING there getting cold while they were elsewhere doing other stuff. Not impressed at all and will not be coming back. VERY poor service read more

I understand they have only been open a couple of weeks. That would explain how slow they are getting people through the line. But having all the table dirty is a management issue. What really got to me was they ran out of forks and paper towels, really how is that even possible. They have some bugs to work out for sure. The food was as you would expect, good. It's the organization and management that has to get it together, running out of basic supplies is unexplainable. Terrible!!! Went in at 9:05pm they closed at 9:30pm. There was very little choices of food, the employee to the customer in front of me said they wouldn't be making anymore food and he would have to chose from what was there. He left as so did I. If they close at 930 then you should be able to go in and order food. She was not nice about it. I won't go back here. I order food for my employees monthly and spend at least $150.00 minimum. The time before that I went in they were busy and had to make food. Which is understandable however I had to ask for them to finish my order as they went on to serve everyone else after me and forgot I was still standing there. read more

I've been to a lot of panda express but this has been the worst run panda I have seen. At the height of dinner hour on a Friday there was a six minute wait in line and when you finally got to order 3/4 of the pans of food were empty. While I was waiting in line I was watching the server and when a tray became empty then they would say they were out and the whole process of cooking the food would start. They did not have the forethought or foresight to see halfway through that you better get another tray of food going. People in front and behind me had a 12 minute wait for teriyaki chicken. I ordered the three main and one side. They had barely enough steak to fill the scooper to fill my first main course. The Kung pow chicken was still cooking so they left the chow mein and steak in my container on the counter.It quickly got pushed aside. The clerk serving food opened the container three times to look at it. Meanwhile the Kung pao is in the tray on the counter behind them it was soon put in the serving position and my container still sat,the lack of organization is the main problem with this location. The staff and to no fault of their own is overwhelmed. There is no managerial skills here and they seem like they are flying by the seat of their pants.I guess my advice is to order online ahead of time read more

One of the worst food at panda now, used to eat once a week before now no anymore, no taste won't go back again

We usually order online. Much better than waiting in line. Unfortunately, they forget something on my order about half of the time. We like the food, but now I always double check the bag before I leave. It would be nice if they had a register specifically for online orders because we often get the look from people in line like we're cutting in front of them or something when we go in to pick up our order. read more

The food is fast fresh and the people are friendly it's gotten better since it's open I think they've worked out the Kinks certainly the most healthy fast food that you can probably find in the City of Lodi. read more

First time at Lodi location last night. Normally, enjoy Panda Express, but Lodi needs improving! Wait to order is ridiculous. Guy manning the counter was so slow that we got our food and finished before some customers that were behind us got to order. My daughter commented that it reminded her of the scene in Zootopia with the sloths at DMV! We considered leaving before ordering, and wished we had, since food was barely edible. First time I have ever had orange chicken with a brown sauce. Looked unappetizing and did not taste like it should. Chow mein was cold and dry. Beef was very chewy. If I ever feel like Panda again, which may be a LONG time, i definitely will not be going to Lodi! read more

Very disappointed with the customer service myself and my family experienced tonight. First, there was no white rice. Now I understand sometimes they can't help this and it's not their fault. But what followed made my experience very unenjoyable. The employee helping us skipped the person in front of us and didn't realize until she was halfway through our order. I had thought he was with the party ahead of me, and expected him to have already been helped. He clearly was not happy with how he was being treated, and we were placed in an extremely uncomfortable situation. Next, we had to wait for orange chicken. We patiently waited while the orange chicken was made and placed into the on the counter. The employee then proceeded to go help the next people in line, giving them orange chicken. She had forgot we were STILL waiting. The cashier then asks her coworker if the plates were still waiting on orange chicken. She then gets the orange chicken, places our order in the bag when we realize she forgot orange chicken in 3 of our plates, only putting it in the first one. I'm a patient person, but I work in customer service/retail food service and I was not happy with my experience tonight. On top of that, the female employees were "gossiping" about another employee in front of customers as they prepared food. I find that extremely inappropriate and rude. read more
