First time trying the Loganville, GA Panda Express. It was a big disappointment and I won't go again. The Teriyaki Chicken I am accustomed to from other Pandas is nicely grilled and delicious. The chicken I got here was nasty looking, as if it had been steamed in sauce, not grilled. The current special item, Wok'd Steak and Shrimp had chewy, grisly steak pieces. The Chow Mein noodles were dry and there were several "clumped together" pieces, huge chunks of sticky noodles stuck together. I spent $16 on lunch, but they won't give a decent size cup of ice water? Rude teenagers at drive thru, didn't even offer sauces, handed me the bag and closed the window. I had to wave him back over to ask for some soy sauce packets. Manager/owner, if you are reading this.... seriously, it's time to step in and make some changes to the quality of the product you are serving, and teach those teenagers a thing or two about good customer service!! read more

This location is an absolute embarrassment, they have wasted my time over and over again, i spend almost an hour waiting in the drive thru time and time again and every time they almost are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING by the time I get to order, it's absolutely ridiculous, the Inventory manager needs to be fired immediately and i will be in contact because i dont deserve to have my time wasted THIS MUCH and not receive anything in return. read more

I am not one to complain, and I have never written a negative restaurant review...but this place is BAD. Tonight, I ordered a bowl or orange chicken and a large order of chow mien on the side (for my son). When I got the chow mien it was almost all onions and cabbage, but no biggie. I went back into the restaurant and tried to explain that it was for my son and that he does not like the veggies. I tried to give back the chow mien that they gave me but they refused to take it back because of Covid. No problem, I get it. But then she said she was going to give me a "medium" size of chow mien versus the large that I had originally ordered because she said, "you already have some noodles in your large box already". I mean really, are we all going to be this petty??? I wasnt trying to steal anything! I tried to give the original box of noodles back! Yet the manager still acted like I was trying to get free food or something. I like Panda Express, but avoid the Loganville, Ga location. read more

Consistently, the rice is hard, noodles are dry, and the chicken portions are either too large or too small. I gave two stars because after eating here three times since it has opened, I have never had a meal that didn't disappoint. I will travel to another restaurant for similar food. read more

I can tell the manager(s) at this Panda Express have been working on things for the better. I can tell some of the employees that would consistently screw things up aren't around anymore. Or at least not when I come through. Props to the manager for listening to the guests. And thanks for remembering the sweet and sour sauce like every time in the last month. :D read more

The food was not very good and I usually enjoy PANDA EXPRESS.

I am a huge fan of Panda Express. However do NOT go to this location within an hour or longer of closing. I am here tonight at 8:30 and they close at 9:30. The super greens and Kung pao chicken have only a very small amount left and you can see it has already been sitting way too long to eat it. They told me they will not cook any fresh food, since they are only open one more hour!! I asked for the manager and said you are closing in 55 minutes and look at the food you have to serve. It's not fit to serve now, and you are going to serve it for another 55 minutes? Her response was we have to start closing now because we are tired and need to be fresh to come back and work in the morning. Of course I walked out. I just feel sorry for people who order in 45 minutes. Only God knows what trash they will serve for food. Love Panda, but do not go to this location anytime within 60-90 minutes of closing. read more

Thought I'd give it a try. Didn't have to wait at all in the drive-thru. I ordered the kung-pao chicken with chow mein. The chicken was disgusting, full of big chunks of white fat and the chow mein was hard to chew, maybe under cooked. I was hoping this would be better, won't be back. read more

After ordering a single plate at 11:30, was told there was a less than 5 min wait on chow mein. After agreeing and paying, i was told to pull forward into a parking space.... 20 min later.... still no food... so i get back in the drive through line and finally recieve a cold plate of food around 11:55. read more

The manager Sujhey is rude. Not only to the customers but the employees. And when she is there the workers are rude to the customers. I asked the workers when she's not there so I won't have to deal with her and now I only go there when she's not and they are a lot nicer. But honestly I only go there because its the closest. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. 2/5/2019 approximately 8:30 pm ordered two entrees, double teriyaki with super greens and orange chicken/beijing beef w/noodles. Arrived home with what I thought was our dinner and much to my dismay, there were two orders of chicken/beijing beef with noodles. Mind you, I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes for the teriyaki chicken to be prepared and now, it's not even here. I called the store to express my disappointment and let them know that they got my order wrong and that I would be coming back to get the correct order. A young man answered the phone, advised me that he would pass my message to the general manager. What?!?!?!? I explained to him that I expected to have the meal replaced and didn't want to wait to hear back from a general manager who would not be there until who knows when. The young man hung up on me. I called back and he apologized for hanging up stating that his finger mistakenly pressed the button...really?!?!? I advised him that I was on my way back up there to get the correct order because this was our dinner for the evening. 9:15 pm, I arrived back at the restaurant. Several employees were inside and when they saw me approaching the store, they went to the back as if hiding. They had locked the doors. Mind you, the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm. Why were the doors locked before closing? So much for serving customers during your published hours of operation. I knocked the first time and no one came to the door. Although they saw me approaching the store. There was a man cleaning the grill and he did not even acknowledge that I was there. I kept knocking and knocking until finally, a young lady enters from the back and motions for me to come through the drive through. I held up the receipt and bag with the incorrect meals and asked her if she would unlock the door so that I could get the meals I called and advised them that I was coming to get. At this point, I wanted to go inside and watch them fix the plates to make sure they were prepared accurately. She would not unlock the door and kept motioning for me to come to the drive through. I finally did as she requested. I was so upset by the time I arrived at the drive through window that I gave her the food and just asked for a refund. Needless to say, I had to find something else for my family for dinner. This was an avoidable inconvenience that I did not appreciate at the time. I will NEVER EVER EVER support this business again! The employees are clearly not well trained and customer service is non-existent. There was no offer of a solution, no empathy, no we're sorry, no nothing. I do not recommend this business if you want your order prepared correctly and if you want to be treated like you matter. read more

Food here is always great and well prepared for a Panda Express. Sometimes the wait is super long but besides that it meets expectations.

This place has very good food but every time we have been there, we have to clean our own table or booth. There is always old food on the floor under the tables too. That's the only reservation we have about going there. read more

Finally, a Panda Express has opened in my area. They just opened this week and I went there for the very first time today. The line was long but the wait was very well worth it. The food was hot and delicious. I can't wait to go back. read more

I'm a vegetarian so Panda didn't really have a lot of options,but my server was nice enough to help me find some dishes that were meat free.I enjoyed eating the chow mein and the eggplant tofu.The customer service here is fabulous and so as the food. read more

I was very disappointed with the food. The egg rolls were greasy and soggy and just didn't have a good taste. I ordered a side of chow mein and I guess I like the old fashioned chicken chow mein without noodles. It just wasn't good. Both myself and my son didn't care for it. You don't know until you try a new place but I will stick with our tried and true local Chinese. Also, the wait time was unbearable. The food wasn't gross but just not good. We went in, a few people in line in front of us, nice and easy looking evening. We ordered and were informed that it would be a moment in one of the item because it had to be made fresh. Awesome! Who doesn't like fresh food! But that's when it all went down hill. While waiting for my order to cook I stepped back and watched the kitchen staff as they worked. I was APPALLED at the kitchen staff cleanliness! I watched workers go from texting on their phones, to grabbing raw ingredients, to putting them in the wok. I watched as one employee who was cooking went to wash his one hand, while leaving the other in the dirty glove and only using soap with the one hand. As a former kitchen manager I can not believe he disregard for proper food handling!! We watched food orders get mixed up and our was completely forgotten about until we went back to ask what was taking so long. read more

this is right up the street and even though in past at other panda express i wasn't impressed i have to say we really like the food here. saying that we can order the same thing time after time and the cost is all over the place , we may go tomorrow and we'll order same thing to see how close it matches last weeks order. read more

If I could give less than a 1 star rating I most definitely would!! Now let me start off with something positive before I air this b***h out... when I walked into this establishment, I noticed how clean and well kept it was. The place is well lit, spacious, and has a "homey" atmosphere. On the other hand, I ordered a plate of Chow Mein and 2 sides of teriyaki chicken. I have visited many Panda Express restaurants before but this would be my first time eating here. Being that I was very hungry, I decided to stay and eat my meal at the restaurant. Before the noodles even touched my tongue, I noticed how dry and hard the noodles looked. After my first bite, I was LIVID! Not only did the noodles not have any flavor, they were dry and a bone and they were hard. Did I mention that they were cold too? Absolutely ridiculous!! Never have I ever been so disgusted and disappointed in a meal. And just to make things worse, they had no flavor. They tasted like they had been drenched in olive oil. HIGHLY disappointed.
