It's great that I can come with meat eaters and we are not committed to the same experience as we each get our own pots. Some of my favorite add ins are tofu, cauliflower, mushrooms, water cress, sweet potato, taro, and fried tofu. There are also several good meat add ins, as other people I've been there with love it too. The restaurant is spacious and the staff is kind and helpful. You also get a QR code at your table so if you want more add ins you can request them without bothering anyone. You can also customize your experience by grabbing some things from the self service bar. I like to add scallions, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
