I love Jersey Mikes, they never skimp and time after time when I order a regular size and they cut the bread, I think to myself "that is so small why did I order that size...?" But once they make it and bag it up, it's MAGICALLY huge and filling!! Don't let your eyes deceive you! I love Jersey mikes, I always get the #13 mikes way add pickles. If you order it mikes way, try to eat it as soon as possible, because the juice (oil and vinegar I believe) make it pretty soggy after a while!!! read more

If their $'s were just a bit better I'd have to also pay rent here It would be nice if they would also get some viable sides do the salads, macaroni, potato, cole slaw... not really difficult. If it were not for these 2 deficiencies (better prices and better SIDE choices) this would totally be a go to 4x a week or more! This was my first visit here and I'm still not sure what to think so I think I need to try it again to be sure! First of all, there was a wide selection and variety of options! Love Jersey Mike's food! They do a great job. Only problem, imo, tho same issue w/ competitors, is they do not have great 'sides'.... just chips... that's ok... but can't do some coleslaw, macaroni salad, or potato salad? A pickle spear? Soups? Salads? Baked beans? (even if served cold) Grilled zucchini. Something, preferably a few somethings. For this reason, and this reason only, I wish I could do a 4.75 stars.... Tho the staff totally gets a 5, the Maysville location is on it, but then, I've only been to 4 or 5 locations in the Central Ohio area, and they all were, so not 100% sure if it's maybe just a Jersey Mike's (in general) attribute, or if I've just chosen well/gotten lucky. They could improve a lot here! I had to say multiple times for more toppings and still didn't meat my standards compared to other jersey mikes I've been to. The lady making the subs was rude and too busy talking to anyone but the people she was taking orders for. The tables were dirty and we had to clean our own table to sit and eat. Of all the sub chains, I prefer Jersey Mike's. Good bread, good meat, good toppings. I stopped in today for a snack. Got the "mini," which was just right, but if you're hungry at all go for a regular. It's a better value. Still, for a snack, or a kid, the mini was fine. I forget the name of the special, the carchero maybe? It had roast beef, provolone, and pepperoni. Not as great a combo as I expected, but fine, and plenty of meat. I piled on veggies. Staff wear dirty, stained uniforms and constantly wipe their knives on dirty aprons. I actually spoke to the manager about the appearance of teen employee's dirty shirt. She said, "it's the only shirt he has and it's stained from all the meat he handles." This indicates to me that food handling training is lacking and the shirt is not laundered. read more

Very good sub shop and is still doing quite well after a few months being here in Marysville. This place beats Subway very badly in quality but it also costs more. However, the Italian is well worth it as an occasional treat. My wife also recently got the Philly Cheesesteak there and it is awesome, we went back and got two more a week later. My only issue with it is it doesn't have mushrooms on it like a good Cheesesteak should. No need to ask for extra meat here, unlike Subway and many other sub shops Jersey Mikes always puts plenty of meat on. Their wraps are also outstanding. Tip: Don't forget to join the Shore Club, which is their version of Subways rewards. Each time you buy food here you will get points which can be redeemd for free sandwiches and salads. read more

When I realized you had gluten free bread I was very excited. Today I finally got my first sub - grilled pastrami Reuben. I made the assumption that a place offering gluten free bread would have experimented with the buns and learned how to properly use them. For instance all the sauce was placed directly on an untoasted bun. When this happens the bun soaks up all the sauce and then falls apart. Needless to say this was my first time eating one of your subs and it will be my last time. read more

The staff is quick, line always moves, they can remember an order, they are not shy with any ingredient and seem to do everything by the book. Have tried other sub shops and all of them have pluses and minuses. The standouts have great tasting breads. This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's and the bread has great flavor and the meat's were delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Worst customer service ever just spoke with the manager I had a giant sub and I'm allergic to tomato and my Philly cheesesteak had it in bettered in it. their manager told me she give me 10% off my next sub- are usually either there times a week because the best restaurant around my work probably never go back there again !! I kind of take some of the "fast food" places for granted and forget to review them, but I love Jersey Mike's. Can't go wrong with the Chipotle Cheese Steak. I friggin love it! If you haven't tried it, you will not be disappointed. The staff here at the Marysville location do a great job too. Friendly service however they need to work on their speed as this is a newer store. The meat for the sub is sliced when you place your order. The meat tasted better than anything I've ever gotten at Subway. They also have Tastykakes for dessert. I had the italian sub and it was one of the best subs I've had. I will for sure being going back again in the future. read more
