Hi I'm Joanne & this is my story. me and my lovely 3 children wanted Taco Bell, we went through the drive through and ordered some food specifically meats and my youngest (3) told me as I was pulling out that her food didn't taste right I tasted a bit to comfirm and her taco meat was infact raw. I am sickened and so are my children. I went in after discovering this and confronted the chef and boss, they told me to leave and the chef he had darker hair and was pretty tall i heard the boss say his name it was Devin I'm pretty sure he was overly disrespectful as I walked out he laughed and cursed me infront of my children. 0/10 I wouldn't go back if you payed me. read more

Let's just be honest... while Taco Bell may not be authentic mexican food, it's still pretty amazing! I love Taco Bell when I'm in a hurry and don't feel like paying a crap load of money for some Mexican food. My go to item is the chicken quesidilla, Beefy 5 layer burrito, chicken power bowl, or some soft faco superemes! FIRE the dude working the window! He sucks... He acts like he can't even extend his arm the entire way to hand you your money back or food. The face tattoos are one thing i will overlook as long as the service is proper... but there wasn't even a "Have a good day" as i drove away. It's Taco Bell. Not Mexican, kind of its own thing. I have been to other locations, and service varies a lot. The food doesn't change as much. Been going to this one for years, though not very often, and have always had friendly service, decent food, etc. It's usually clean (or being cleaned.) This time I went to try the smothered burrito. I had a steak one, and it tasted darn good. However, the only utensils are flimsy sporks. Definitely not the appropriate tool for a wet burrito. Can't pick it up in your hands, can barely cut it and scoop it with the spork. Next time I'll bring silverware... read more

It's ok, it's pretty clean, usually has enough people working and our orders are almost always right. They aren't the fastest here but not too slow. I use their app and have learned to submit that I am actually at the store about 5 minutes prior to actually being at the store in order to not have to wait to get my food. Most certainly check your food before you leave but it is usually correct from my experience. And be sure to use the app as you can save $2 on a $10 order. read more

If there was a way to drop it to zero stars, that's what they'd earn. I've lived here for 2 years and they've been hands down the absolute WORST Taco Bell I've lived next to. Extremely consistent at being jacked up too!! There isn't a time I go through without having at least 1 thing missing, the line is long as hell and overall the food is never made to the portion it should be. This is the slowest Taco Bell i have ever experienced, every time I go, not matter the time of day, they take absolutely forever to take your order and fulfill it. The drive thru always makes it hard to get in or get out if you dine inside, or do not have 20 min to wait in line. read more

By far the rudest night staff. I had ordered door dash and it was incorrect. I went to get what I ordered and pay for it again. The last kept cutting me off saying I needed to get ahold of door dash. Used the drive thru to get some food at 8pm on Sunday , pulled up to the window, the window attendant was texting ... they took my card and gave me my food or what should of been my food. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and two hard taco's , I received a burrito supreme a chalupa and a hard taco , stay the F&@$ off your phone you dumb fast food workers . Well Taco Bell is Taco Bell but I find this one to be particularly disgusting. The tables were dirty and when I politely asked the staff to wipe one down I was told "I can wipe one down but it's still gonna be sticky". Decided to leave. Come in Taco Bell ! I have used this location's drive-through for years. Service is fairly consistent, but the line moves very slow. BUY NACHOS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Over the last couple of months, the nachos have tasted so bad that I had to throw them away. An acrid smell that was matched in taste was immediately apparent - almost like burnt plastic or chemicals. On three separate occasions, I or a family member spit out and threw away a nacho supreme and four sides of nachos. The business not only closed before the posted time, but there was a DOG inside. While driving home, we decided to stop at Taco Bell for a late night snack. It was 2:45am. The drive thru menu was illuminated, but no one greeted us on the intercom. After waiting approximately 5 minutes, we proceeded to drive to the first window, where no one was present (or so we thought). The sticker on the window clearly showed the drive thru was to be open until 3:00am. After looking closer, we identified 2 staff members on their hands and knees attempting to hide behind the counter. As we moved the car forward to make sure we were really seeing this, they shifted to stay hidden. Thinking this was unacceptable, my husband exited the car, walked to the front windows to confirm we did indeed see the employees hiding from us, when he recognized a dog inside the dining area. He then got back into the car, and we drove out towards the exit. At this time, one of the persons inside came outside and screamed at our car "F*** off, we're closed!" Not only is this a customer service issue, but this is a huge health code violation. I will definitely not be back, and will also be reporting this to the Union County Health Department. read more
