I do enjoy Panda from time to time at various locations. Two days ago I came in the afternoon, customer service was good, facility clean. When food was being dished out, I thought I saw small servings to my plate. When I received the plate, I looked inside and saw what I thought I saw was correct which was very disappointing. Panda Express servings for main entrees are usually from good to healthy portions. The servings on this visit was barely minimal, which is disheartening when you pay $10+ for your meal (Plate meal with Izze). I counted 6 pieces of Orange chicken (not that I normally count but it was too obvious), and 3 pieces of beef in my broccoli beef. Worst bang for your buck at this Panda as for Panda Express's go, ...very disappointed. read more

I came in tonight at 6:30, and they were out of Kung Pao chicken.They could not make more because it was all frozen! That is the only thing I like to eat from there. Someone dropped the ball big time tonight! So disappointed! read more

You know covid is more about control when there is no mask mandate yet they require you to wear a mask and if you don't you have to stand outside to order. But then again why would you be eating at a place like panda if you care about your health. Won't be back to this store nor another one. read more

This was a late night craving for Panda. They were "open" but with very limited items to choose from. If a place is open, they should operate at full capacity of their normal pickings. On the plus side, they did give extra servings because of their selection being so limited. Will give them another try during the day sometime. read more

We go to this Panda location because it's close to our house, BUT...I'd rather drive to a different location just so I can get better service and better food! Our order last night was TERRIBLE!! I ask for extra chow mein and it seems to be a big deal. Hey, more chow mein means less entree which I would think would be welcomed being the entrees cost more? I don't know. To add insult to injury, the teriyaki chicken was burnt and sweet fried chicken was old and tough. All in all, it was gross. And the spring rolls were soggy, which to me means they weren't cooked all the way through. Gonna have to pass this place from now on and get my Panda elsewhere! read more

Seriously Dumb and Dumber were clearly hired there. They complain they want 15$ an hour but Don't! Listen to the customer. This is the slowest Panda around. I ordered online and the order wasn't even started. They were out of chow mein and they didn't even start cooking more for another 10 min. This isn't the first time they're behind. This location seems to be surprised by the dinner rush all the time. Very frustrating. read more

It's Panda Express. Just what you'd expect. Minus one star for running out of teriyaki chicken on multiple visits. Four stars for being consistently friendly while I expressed my frustration about the chicken. If you go between 5-7:30PM expect to wait in line. read more

I was emailing him, he helped me out and I gave them another chance....again I went around 9:30 and the place looked normal...no one already putting everything away early because they close at 10...had a very normal experience. Ok I tried to be nice but this happens every single time I get food from here, so every time I order online because it's easier or at least should be. With online order they tie the bag and put a big sticker over it so you would have to rip the bag open, when I got my food today it was tied had the sticker so I rip it open inside of panda to make sure I got everything before I leave like every other time I go, but the thing is they "forget" stuff every time I go, this time I asked the lady for the stuff that I was missing and she looked at me and just walked away like a b*tch, it passed me off so much because I was trying to talk to her but anther lady came up to me and said I was missing anything and she said I was lying so I showed her my receipt and the bag but she didn't believe me, I said I was going to call there corporate and tell them about there staff and I did but before I left one of the lady's In the back that was watching this whole thing go down she was the one that helped me get all my stuff so she was the only nice one for get her name because they didn't have name tags on. I used to like coming to this locations to eat . But the quality of there food has gone down and what they serve. They don't always have the food out that you want and they are going skimpy on portion size . The food is not fresh anymore. I am so disappointed with this location. Had a problem with their Senior Discount being applied, if they do not apply even after asking twice, there is no getting it retroactive if you use a charge card. They (Manager) says it is company policy to not redo a charge card processing. Manager said they would make up for it by giving me a senior discount next time, I fail to see how that makes up for leaving it off this time. Started coming to this store instead of one of the others because of the great staff that works here. They are always friendly and the place is clean. We eat here about once a week and the food has been excellent every time and served quickly. My only complaint is on 9-17-19 around 5PM I had 4 orders and they were definitely not up to the normal serving size. The store was not busy so they shouldn't have been rushed and they were not out of anything.The family and myself were pretty disappointed in that. I'll go back again just to make sure someone didn't just mess up. If it happens again I'll go somewhere else. read more

I come in here all the time, usually with a decent experience. Yet with the dinner rush going on I figured this joint would have food being cranked out in a timely manner, not withstanding it has to be cooked. Anyways I stand in line for about 24+ minutes only to be told I'm going to have to wait for Twenty more minutes for white rice which is ridiculous considering the order I had for about 4 people all wanted white rice. Unbelievably BAD! Food okay; the service REDICULOUSE. I was charged $2.00 for an EMPTY cup. When I told the so-called-manager, he said because I took a cup I had to pay for it, even though it was empty. The service is always quick and friendly plus the food is fresh and delicious. We always order the orange chicken with steamed veggies and fried rice/chow mein. As soon as I walked in I see 2 employees cleaning the floor, 2 employees walking in from outside with the trash can and 1 employee in the back near what I assume is the office area. Not one of them acknowledged me, it then took several minutes for one of them to finally come over to me. She walked up and said "Hi, gimme a minute". Was a bit rude in tone but I thought maybe shes going to go wash her hands since she was just cleaning, at least I hope she was, and she did. The sink was right around the corner so I could hear it, it was on and then off again in about 30 seconds so did she wash her hands properly after working with chemicals and then taking my food order, no. She then came around the corner and asked "what do you want", she seemed in a rush to get rid of me and continued to have attitude through the entire transaction. Once I payed she walked maybe 2 steps to the side and started talking about some personal drama with another employee there so apparently me coming in must have been interrupting their conversation. I needed some sugar packets for my iced tea and had to interrupt their convo to ask for it which she gave me a dirty look for and then immediately turned back to her conversation and said "anywayyyysss". If you have to put up with the employee Selena L. I apologize. Shes rude and whatever you do don't interrupt her personal conversations. Management, I'd suggest a discussion with this employee shes very rude and obviously does not care about how she holds your company because she doesn't know the difference between personal time and work nor does she have very good customer service skills. I've been going to this location for over 10 years as it's the closest to where I live. It's always been pretty average and nothing to brag about. Tonight however, my husband and I were blown away with how much better the food tasted. I went in to pick up dinner for my family and was quickly helped and on my way in under 5 minutes! Every single dish looked freshly made and delicious, and when I sampled 2 of them they tasted as good as they looked. Usually when I go in, most of the dishes look old like they have been sitting there for a while and taste rubbery and gross by the time you get home to eat them. But like I said, tonight this was not the case! I wanted to eat every single dish they had out as it all looked amazing. They even put soy sauce in the bag without me having to ask, which is nice because sometimes i forget to ask and when I do ask, sometimes I would get a reaction that felt like I was inconveniencing them. When I got home and was eating with my kids and husband, he asked me which panda I went to and was shocked when I told him it was the one down the street. This location tends to have problems with the food. A lot of times I will have to wait for a new batch of food to be made because what they have kept under the heat lamps for who knows how long needs to be replaced. Typical Panda store.
