I ordered a bowl with chicken and super greens. HALF my bowl consisted of two giant clumps of cabbage. They were inedible and so big they couldn't even be cut. Also, I had a very skimpy portion of chicken. This is the second time in a row I've had huge clumps of vegetables (last time, it was giant broccoli) and a tiny portion of chicken. Hmm I was unable to Check-in for some reason. Being in the mood for Chinese, and my other place was greyed out on the KNG Delivery App, I ended up having them go to Panda Express. For the first time ever, I ordered a 1 side (half fried rice, and half Chow Mein) and 3 Entrees (Mushroom Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken and SweetFire Chicken). Also, for the first time (at least that I can recall), the Chow Mein was the worse that I've ever had. While edible, it was dry, stuck together, and a bit tough. So, it's impossible for me to give any better rating. And, while I remember my rating, I don't remember my previous review on the Chow Mein The Fried Rice was very good. All 3 entrees were delicious. And, even though I ate all of the side, there was enough of the entrees, to ensure leftovers. read more

I didn't want to dine in tonight and I saw Panda Express drive through open and thought, why not? I like the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken combo. The workers were quick, friendly, and efficient. The sauce was provided in the bag and not in the takeout container. The line was long but it moved well while I stayed in the lane during the duration. When I checked the quality of the food, the orange chicken was overcooked while the teriyaki chicken was tender and not dry. Overall, it was fine for the price and amount of food provided. read more

I waited in the drive thru for thirty minutes and then for another additional twenty in the parking lot for an order I was picking up through a food delivery service. Someone used my credit card number to purchase a dinner at this restaurant. My bank said to contact the Panda Express to request a refund and delete my credit card information. The Manager, Michelle Kim, was not interested, refused to discuss it, and would not even research my claim. Be VERY careful providing this company your credit card info. As long as they get their money, they do not care about anyone else. They are a California based company with a history of tolerating fraud. First of all, I'm so happy they decided to put a Panda location in Milledgeville! Secondly, every time I've been to this location, the staff has been very friendly and courteous. Although the site of the lengthy drive-thru line may be discouraging, they really provide fast service. Their food is always hot and fresh and the inside of the store has always been clean! Ever since opening, they have had a 100/A score! **ADDED NOTE/REVIEW** I removed one star from my original review. I am currently sitting in the parking lot. I ordered honey walnut shrimp in the drive thru. They told me they had to cook more and the wait would be 7 minutes. I told them it was fine and proceeded to pull up into a parking spot. I waited for a total of 30 MINUTES before my husband went inside. When he asked why it took so long, the employee replied "I got backed up". Restaurants have drive thrus for a reason. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I love the Wok fried shrimp combo. Was told that they are no longer serving it to make way for new items. So I decided on beef and broccoli and split fired chicken breast. Food was delicious as usual and I am hoping that the owners bring back the Wok fried shrimp very soon. read more

This was my fourth horrible order that I received in 2 months. I keep giving them a chance but not any more. One time I thankfully checked the bag before I left the restaurant grounds and both "entrees" were missing the entree. Only rice in the container. They forgot the main meal. Another time had a main ingredient missing from the entree. Third time they left out both side orders and sauces. Tonight my mushroom chicken had peanuts and something else (from another dish) in it (ick) and was gooey/mushy and chow mein was all cabbage, greasy and almost no noodles. Not edible. And no, we aren't super picky. Panda has been my FAVORITE 'go to' take out for years. It has just gone downhill here in Milledgeville since COVID. Not sure why.... read more

So 1st of all we walked in and there was nothing but one kind of chicken and rice. They told us that they were going to have more food ready so we waited. When they got done about 20 min later, the noodles were undercooked and I couldn't eat them. The costumer service wasn't good. One lady was very rude to us and thought we were stupid. Food was good and I will start with that. Eddie was serving me and if he was an animal, he would be a sloth. Slow is not even the word to describe him. I wanted spring rolls and they were out so he said it would be 5 min. No problem I checked out and got my drink. 6 people walked in and you would've thought it was a flash mob in eddies world. He was walking back and forth and completely lost. The cook was great and I hear order up. It was spring rolls and I was standing right by the register so he could see me. He went ahead and helped someone else and cash them out and started to work on something else. I was still standing there so I actually jumped in line and he was just in a daze. Finally I called his name 3 times and he looked at me and asked if he could help me. I said spring rolls and he said oh yah. That was 14 min after I cashed out. The Panda Express in Milledgeville, Ga tried to charge me $2.30 for a Cup of Water after telling me they didn't have any bottled water to sell me about two weeks ago when I stopped by for lunch in the drive through. I'm not going to pay for water coming out of the tap, that is ridiculous. I was very upset when the lady running the drive through that day told me such and it caught me off guard. To charge someone for asking for a cup of water after telling me they don't have any bottled water for sale was inexcusable. I would hope management there reads this and educates their team better. I'm ok paying $.25 cent for the cup to cover costs of the cup like a few other fast food style restaurants do, but to charge me the price of a complete soft drink isn't ok. The food was fine, but some of it didn't taste fresh. The thing with eating at Panda is if the food is fresh it is really good, but if it isn't it is just ok or tolerable. I really enjoy eating at other Panda Express locations across the Southeast as I travel a lot for work, but the one in Milledgeville is one of my least favorite locations and my last trip there may have put the final nail in the coffin if they don't make some changes. read more
