I would give it a 2.5 if I could 2 seems to low because it wasn't all bad. The place was clean and I appreciate that. One issue is they were cleaning vents during business hours by tables. Those particles then fly and into food. The chow mein was very good and more tender than usual which I appreciated. I ordered string bean but as you can see it's not on my plate. I was almost done eating by the time they brought it to me. Was told 7 min wait but it was 12 mins. The sesame chicken as flavorful but not hot. The rice as you can see in zoomed in pic had clumps of dough like balls where it wasn't cooked properly. The employees were friendly enough but nothing that felt genuine. It was obvious from my experience they take cleanliness, seriously inside and out. That would be the one bright spot, but definitely don't clean overhead vents in the dining room while people are eating.

This Panda Express sits near the intersection of Donelson Pike and Elim Hill Pike and for the most part is your standard Panda location. I was after a healthier option for dinner after dropping a friend off at nearby BNA and Panda Express is one of the best for a hearty and healthy-ish meal...as long as you get the teriyaki chicken and super greens, which is exactly what I did. The location was well kept and clean from the dining room to parking to the restroom. The drink station was a bit messy, but that is your standard self-serve station anywhere. They ran out of super greens right when I was arriving, so they had to make a fresh batch, which I was not upset about. The same with the orange chicken for my partner. So, we both got a portion of our meal fresh out the wok! Service was a bit slow and hectic behind the line, and there were several folks confused at where they were in the process. Outside of that, service was decent. Overall, solid Panda Express location that I would happily swing back through when in the area.

I got my Panda Express fix! I was at an event up the road and decided to DoorDash. It was around 12pm, and I have to say this is the freshest Panda Express I've ever had. The orange chicken was super fresh and the super greens were cooked perfectly! Very filling lunch ! I can't talk for customer service as I didn't go inside.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a 12-piece Large cream cheese Rangoon and received a 3-piece. I ordered a 4-piece apple pie roll and received 1. I didn't get any beef at all in my beef and broccoli. I separate them in the photo to see how little beef I really got. I'm beyond frustrated with panda. I'm never going to a location again because even after all that the food was freezing cold. Not just ehh kinda warm. Literally seemed like everything was put in the fridge.

    Chow Mein

Rather disappointed with my visit to this location today. Usually they're on par with their food but, for some reason today the bowl I ordered with chow mein was a huge let down. It was just mainly noodles, one piece of cabbage no other veggies. Not prepared like usual. I couldn't even eat the noodles.

Ordered the plate to go didn't know it came with a side of plastic..

Ordered the beef and broccoli and the kung po chicken with chow mein today went through drive. in there was plastic in my food.. they did refund my order.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The chicken was one big chunk of nerve and bones. Disgusting! Noodles were under cooked.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give this place less then 1 star I would, truly the worst restaurant I have been too, not only do they not understand what you telling them but they get upset for not understanding them, I had asked Merna for 2 plates and 1 bowl I then see her making 3 bowls I then ask her if it was two plates she says yes, I have been to many Panda Expresses and never have I seen a plate be served in bowls unless it's a side, she continues to serve my food on one of my "plates" I asked for teriyaki chicken she didn't even put teriyaki sauce on it, truly the worst Panda Express I paid 32.64 for 3 bowls this is ridiculous.

    Honey walnut shrimp bowl... sad.

The initial arrival was entirely seamless, as the venue boasts an impressively large, accommodating parking area. Upon crossing the threshold, my assistant and I were immediately received with a polite greeting from the front counter. The dining room possessed a lovely, comfortable energy with several discerning patrons already enjoying their evening meals. While the exterior layout doesn't appear to feature any specialized accommodations for motorbikes, the interior is perfectly pleasant. After reviewing the selections available for the evening, I requested the Sesame Chicken paired with a Sugar Bubble Tea for my refreshment. I must note, the establishment appears slightly understaffed for the evening rush merely a gentle observation for management. The gentleman assisting us, Mi Po Chow, was doing his absolute best to be accommodating, though he was understandably pulled in several directions due to the heavy volume, rendering the service slightly more modest than I had initially anticipated. I would rate the general service and pacing a conservative yet respectable three out of four stars. However, the kitchen executed the culinary portion of the evening beautifully. When the order arrived, both the Sugar Bubble Tea and the Sesame Chicken were presented with absolute completeness. The flavors were entirely satisfactory the chicken was beautifully prepared and the beverage was a total delight. While the staffing could benefit from a touch more support, the delicious fare left me thoroughly satisfied with my dining experience

To me, this is the perfect order for 2: 2 orders of peanut butter dumplings (yes, you need your own because they're that good, and for optimal sauce dipping for your other dumplings too!!) and an order of steamed half chicken coriander half spicy pork dumplings. Definitely don't skip the drinks! I got the lychee dragonfruit tea and added in lychee popping boba this last time. Delish. I haven't been super impressed with some of the items aside from the dumplings - I wouldn't get the hot and sour soup again and could take or leave the cucumber salad. But the dumplings and the drinks alone easily make this place a 5/5. Some of the best dumplings I've had in Nashville!

The inside goes beyond your typical neighborhood Chinese spot, with grand décor that sets the mood. The staff is always friendly and even brings out complimentary kimchi and peanuts to start. Their combo prices are incredibly fair (around $20), and each one comes loaded with fresh veggies, ramen noodles, and fish balls. The sauce bar is next level too, with fresh cilantro and green onion, sesame sauce, and chili oil, all ready to be mixed to your taste. I have eaten Thai from Washington state to Florida and everything in between. I always get chicken pad Thai as a barometer to compare between restaurants. I can't believe it but the very best Thai restaurant I have experienced is in Frankfort Ky. I'm spoiled so even a "good" experience isn't going to rank as high. This is a really cute restaurant and from the parking lot I knew it was a local favorite. Chicken and cabbage dumplings were excellent. Pad Thai was good, as mentioned. The sauce wasn't very flavorful and while I like onions, this dish had A LOT. Red and green onion and not consistently chopped. The green onions were very large, fibrous pieces that were difficult to eat. I also like the egg component but this dish had a lot of egg and seemed to be a large filler. We also had the pad see ew with chicken. Also good, but not outstanding. The service was top notch and the restrooms were very clean.

I'd definitely recommend dining in - we went in on a rainy Thursday around 6 and it was already packed, but a table for two opened within about five minutes. Service is great and food hits the table quickly. We started with the fresh rolls, chicken and cabbage dumplings, and the tom kha. We added a side of peanut sauce, which was a game changer for the fresh rolls. The tom kha was a little tart for my taste, but was loaded with veggies that were cooked perfectly. The dumplings were super tender, and the fresh rolls are my favorite in town! For entrees, we got the pad thai and pad see-ew with rice noodles. Both absolutely delish, and we loved how the pad see-ew was prepared simply and traditionally with Chinese broccoli. Those portions are not to be reckoned with... we ended up taking two boxes full of noodles home! Their sticky rice with mango was our favorite bite of the night. The rice was the PERFECT texture, in a not-too-sweet sauce, topped with toasted coconut, and the juiciest, sweetest mango. What a treat.
