This Panda Express sits near the intersection of Donelson Pike and Elim Hill Pike and for the most part is your standard Panda location. I was after a healthier option for dinner after dropping a friend off at nearby BNA and Panda Express is one of the best for a hearty and healthy-ish meal...as long as you get the teriyaki chicken and super greens, which is exactly what I did. The location was well kept and clean from the dining room to parking to the restroom. The drink station was a bit messy, but that is your standard self-serve station anywhere. They ran out of super greens right when I was arriving, so they had to make a fresh batch, which I was not upset about. The same with the orange chicken for my partner. So, we both got a portion of our meal fresh out the wok! Service was a bit slow and hectic behind the line, and there were several folks confused at where they were in the process. Outside of that, service was decent. Overall, solid Panda Express location that I would happily swing back through when in the area.

I got my Panda Express fix! I was at an event up the road and decided to DoorDash. It was around 12pm, and I have to say this is the freshest Panda Express I've ever had. The orange chicken was super fresh and the super greens were cooked perfectly! Very filling lunch ! I can't talk for customer service as I didn't go inside.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a 12-piece Large cream cheese Rangoon and received a 3-piece. I ordered a 4-piece apple pie roll and received 1. I didn't get any beef at all in my beef and broccoli. I separate them in the photo to see how little beef I really got. I'm beyond frustrated with panda. I'm never going to a location again because even after all that the food was freezing cold. Not just ehh kinda warm. Literally seemed like everything was put in the fridge.

    Chow Mein

Rather disappointed with my visit to this location today. Usually they're on par with their food but, for some reason today the bowl I ordered with chow mein was a huge let down. It was just mainly noodles, one piece of cabbage no other veggies. Not prepared like usual. I couldn't even eat the noodles.

Ordered the plate to go didn't know it came with a side of plastic..

Ordered the beef and broccoli and the kung po chicken with chow mein today went through drive. in there was plastic in my food.. they did refund my order.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The chicken was one big chunk of nerve and bones. Disgusting! Noodles were under cooked.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give this place less then 1 star I would, truly the worst restaurant I have been too, not only do they not understand what you telling them but they get upset for not understanding them, I had asked Merna for 2 plates and 1 bowl I then see her making 3 bowls I then ask her if it was two plates she says yes, I have been to many Panda Expresses and never have I seen a plate be served in bowls unless it's a side, she continues to serve my food on one of my "plates" I asked for teriyaki chicken she didn't even put teriyaki sauce on it, truly the worst Panda Express I paid 32.64 for 3 bowls this is ridiculous.

    Honey walnut shrimp bowl... sad.

It was an interesting restaurant as we walked in. The decor didn't come across as Chinese. I'm glad my daughter was familiar with the place because I would not have known to go to the back counter to order. I tried asking a couple things about the menu but could not understand the worker that well. It seemed that he couldn't understand me either because he initially put in the wrong orders -- my daughter caught it before we paid. Very reasonable prices. I ordered the Roast Duck Noodles with the Marinated Egg added. My daughter got her usual "Build a Bowl" of Chong Qing Broth, Sliced Noodles, Steak and Fried Egg. I thought I had ordered a Shrimp Wonton appetizer, but a bowl of soup arrived. After asking the worker about it, he just kept saying it was soup (I know), so I just left that alone. Overall quite delicious -- very authentic Chinese flavors. Excellent house made noodles. The depth of flavor in the broths was fantastic. The proteins were seasoned nicely and cooked well. The bok choy in my soup still had a nice bite. The fried egg was crispy on the edges and perfectly runny in the middle. Unfortunately, I found the marinated egg too salty. Service was minimal -- after ordering, the food comes out and that's it. If you need something, you have to get up to ask. No one checks in. The area wasn't busy when we arrived, so parking was very easy right in front. I'm told it does get tough during peak times. I would definitely return for the food, not the service.

We ordered chicken and mushroom dumplings, hot and sour soup, and some boba teas. If you visit Dumpling House, you absolutely have to order the chicken and mushroom dumplings! They are hands-down the star of the menu. The dumpling skins are rolled perfectly thin with just the right amount of chew. Inside, the filling is incredibly flavorful and savory--the earthy richness of the mushrooms blends beautifully with the tender, juicy chicken. The dipping sauce complements them perfectly, too.The service was fast, the staff was welcoming, and the entire dining experience was wonderful. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

I'd definitely recommend dining in - we went in on a rainy Thursday around 6 and it was already packed, but a table for two opened within about five minutes. Service is great and food hits the table quickly. We started with the fresh rolls, chicken and cabbage dumplings, and the tom kha. We added a side of peanut sauce, which was a game changer for the fresh rolls. The tom kha was a little tart for my taste, but was loaded with veggies that were cooked perfectly. The dumplings were super tender, and the fresh rolls are my favorite in town! For entrees, we got the pad thai and pad see-ew with rice noodles. Both absolutely delish, and we loved how the pad see-ew was prepared simply and traditionally with Chinese broccoli. Those portions are not to be reckoned with... we ended up taking two boxes full of noodles home! Their sticky rice with mango was our favorite bite of the night. The rice was the PERFECT texture, in a not-too-sweet sauce, topped with toasted coconut, and the juiciest, sweetest mango. What a treat.

I ordered their tom kha soup as an appetizer. The broth was good, but the vegetables in it were not cooked at all. It felt like eating a crunchy salad in your soup. Only a minute after ordering the soup we were asked to go ahead and order our main dishes. My pad thai was good, but there was nothing particularly special about it. I had just started eating my food when the server asked us if we wanted to-go boxes and how we were splitting the check. I looked at my phone, and it had only been 30 minutes since we had sat down that we were handed the check. I would have tried their dessert if I hadn't felt rushed out the door. Also, the restaurant wasn't busy/didn't have a wait on tables, so I'm not sure why they rushed us out.
