This place was right next to our hotel so we went and it was amazing! Our server was very sweet, and we ordered a buttload of food. The salad is absolutely to die for. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the Hibachi Chicken. The veggies and rice are good but the chicken itself was not the best out of the options I had. I recommend this place!

I don't know what this is, but it sure ain't chicken!!! This is so disgusting and I can't believe I wasted an hours worth of work on food I can't eat.

We love Rice Box!! I haven't been able to have wheat for a while but Rice Box was the first place I wanted to go when I could add it back into my diet! I had orange chicken and hibachi rice and it was perfect! The kids shared lo mein and they ate it up! My husband had beef and broccoli and had no complaints. As always they lived up to my drea Note: they can't guarantee 100% that they won't cross contaminate food which is why I haven't eaten here. Someone was in while we were here and yelled at poor Susan because they would not 100% guarantee it would be allergen free. For the patrons safety they would not guarantee it be allergen free.

Love this spot! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is friendly. I ordered spring rolls and the sweet sour pork. The food came out quick and fresh.

I Tried Rice Box Friday night for takeout since I didn't feel dining in. Ordering by phone was easy since the app didn't have online ordering available. The staff was polite, took my order quickly, and provided the total, though they didn't mention how long it would take to be ready. The food was done in about 15-20 minutes when I picked it up, and the server was friendly. I ordered the Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp and the Coconut Curry with Beef. Both were delicious! The basil fried rice was amazing--hot, fresh, and full of flavor. They were very generous with the shrimp, giving about 6-8 large ones, not the skimpy 3-4 you sometimes get. The curry was rich and came with a side of rice. While the portions were generous and the food was fresh, they didn't include any utensils, chopsticks, or napkins in the bag--just soy sauce and fortune cookies. Luckily, I was eating at home, so it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant is located in the Kroger parking lot, so there's plenty of parking. Overall, the food was great, service was fast, and the place seemed clean. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try, but double-check your bag for utensils if you're taking it to-go!

The shrimp green curry, and the wonton soup was hot, and delicious! Service and the waitresses were fast and so nice. I give this place a thumbs up.

The food was okay. I would have to try something else on the menu to give a better review. The spring rolls were delicious.

My partner doesn't even like sushi and even he said "this is the best sushi I have tried" & yes it was that good! The eel sauce is a must!! The fried dumplings were very different from any other fried dumpling I have ever tried, but in a good way. The crab Rangoons were different too the inside was yellowish, which I'm used to seeing a white cheese interior, the filling melted perfectly in your mouth as you take a bite of the crunchy exterior. Amazing! For the main entree both dishes were stars packed with flavor and comfort; crispy chicken pad kee mao & the thao sai chicken noodle curry soup. We both had left overs as the portions here are great! The lychee fruit tea was so refreshing and delicious. The service here is pretty good and the inside is spacious with TVs, they were even playing a Harry Potter movie. Overall, I had a great experience and will certainly be back.

I usually stay away from pho at Thai spots, but my husband ordered it and it was actually really good, with a flavorful broth that surprised us both. My favorite dish of the night was the Panang Curry. I haven't had Thai curry in years because it's been so disappointing in middle TN, but I decided to give this one a shot and I'm so glad I did. It tasted fresh, the sweet coconut milk came through without being heavy, and the chicken was incredibly tender. They don't skimp on meat or portions here - we left full and happy. We'll definitely be back. Sorry I don't have photos. As soon as I saw the food, I could tell it was authentic and got too excited!

I don't want dumbed down ethnic food, I want it to be authentic. I got summer rolls & a small veggie Tom Kha Gai soup. I got everything to go. I went to my iron infusion at Vanderbilt Hendersonville then waited until I was hooked up & alone to eat. When I saw my food I was kinda shocked. $20 for about six bites of summer rolls & five to six tablespoon fulls of soup was disappointing. These rolls are the smallest I've ever seen. There was so much rice paper & so little filling! The soup was not a favorite either as it was extremely sweet. Tom Kha can be sweet, but this was like sugary milk water. There were hardly any veggies in the tiny styrofoam cup as well. All in all, the best part of this experience was the lady who took my order. Everything else could have been avoided & will in the future.

We were greeted nicely by the hostess and waited roughly 5 minutes for a table to open up. A family of five came in right after us and decided to sit at the bar to eat. I knew in my heart that this was the best place to go to for my husband's birthday dinner. We sat on some barstools while we waited, discussing the hockey game playing on the tv behind the bar. I loved the low ambient lighting that spread across the ceiling. Our waitress was nice but she never gave us her name so I unfortunately can't shout her out. She gave us recommendations so I ended up taking one of hers. Now, if you have read my Thai restaurant reviews, you know by now that I judge a Thai restaurant by ordering their Pad Thai the first visit, however, I broke that rule because I just KNEW this place was going to be good. We ordered the Tom Kha soup with chicken, Pad Kee Mao with chicken, I ordered the Khao Soi Gai (it comes with chicken, no substitutions), and one Thai iced tea. You guys. When the Tom Kha soup touched my lips, I was SO excited to get the main course! It was made PERFECTLY. I haven't had true Tom Kha since probably when I lived in California over a decade ago. The Thai tea was strong and delicious, exactly how it should be made. The Khao Soi Gai...that first sip of the curry broth nearly made me go Meg Ryan-mode in the restaurant. If you know, you know. "I'll have what she's having!" Our waitress recommended this dish and I'm so glad I was adventurous and tried something different outside of my "I'll judge you based off of your Pad Thai" attitude. It was perfect and when I say perfect, I didn't even add lime juice to it because I didn't want to mess anything up with the flavor profile. Sure, lime could have added another element to the dish but when I say it was perfect the way it was, it's true. The night at Smiley would have ended perfectly if it weren't for the miserable couple who sat beside us discussing how unhappy they were in their marriage and decided to accept the waitstaff into their broken marriage by being completely rude. But the staff remained professional and kind through it all and I give them HUGE props for that because I was a moment away from telling that wretched couple off. In short, the staff here are wonderful, and the food is memorable, delectable, delicious, perfect...it's HEAVEN. We will DEFINITELY be back to try other menu items!
