My first and last visit to any Panda Express. Rice was dry. My chicken and mushroom had three bite sized pieces of bone. My chow mein was lo mein. I understand it's fast food so my expectations weren't too high. But this was bad.! read more

I was very excited to hear PE was coming to Canton. I've been here a few times since it opened, and I only have a few complaints. Otherwise, the food is always good and the service was great. It can get very busy during peak hours, like most restaurants, and because it's a food line it can get crowded. The only real issues I've had is having to wait for some of the food, though they allowed us to checkout and brought whatever we needed to our table so we could start eating and not hold up the line. The dining room was kept pretty clean in all my visits, so I have zero complaints about cleanliness. I placed an online order here once back in February and when I arrived a few minutes early my order was already ready to go. I usually check before I leave to insure I have every thing, but this time I didn't and when I got home they forget my shrimp, which was an extra charge at the time so I got cheated out of a few bucks. I was given a free entree for my next visit, so it worked out in the end. read more

I've always had a great experience here! Their mixed vegetable side is delicious and the orange chicken is soooo good!

The food was alright ... we have had worse but had much better too. Small portions except rice for the price. We are not big eaters but we had to get a snack afterwards .... first and last visit!! read more

This is probably the worst choice if you want fast food , considering the fact that every time I eat there I get sick I tried it twice maybe thinking it was something I ate the first time but nope it was the Panda. This place has an amazing atmosphere and group of workers. The food is delicious and well prepared. Service was prompt and friendly even during busy hours. The workers were extremely helpful and patient as we had our three young children with us. When we were at our wits end with our one year old, the owner came over and made a point to help keep him occupied while we finished our meals. He was very personable, patient and considerate of our one year old's tantrum. With small children, it is hard to find places to eat where we don't feel like a burden to those working and eating. The staff was an amazing and considerate. It was a great experience and would recommend to all looking for an enjoyable meal and atmosphere. read more

We had no idea Panda Express closed at 9:30 and we showed up minutes after that in the drive through. Not only did they take our order when they didn't have to, they made us fresh orange chicken. When I looked up when they closed I felt so bad but I was very grateful and happy with the service. When I got home, I realized they had given us a lot of extra food since they were closing. I am never letting anyone talk down on this establishment I am now a stan. read more

I have been to panda expresses all over the country. I should have never given this one a chance. Went threw the drive threw since I had my kids with me and thought it would be way quicker. The guy who attempted to take my order was either messing with me or seriously was not paying attention. I clearly tols him what I wanted. He would say oh half and half or read back the wrong items that I just told him. After ordering just two meals he told me to pull forward and he would have my total. I was not done ordering. After all of that we decided to leave since I dought he even got our order correct and we did not get to finish ordering. Please take this man off the register let alone a drivethrew menu. I went to the Panda express in Belden Village and it was the worst experience ever. I reach out to them to try and make this right but i have not received any type of notification of their concern. I order string bean chicken and mushroom chicken and i did not get that at all. However since i was already 30 mins away and was not going back up there i decide to just try what they gave me . My very first bite into it there was THREE LONG CURLY PIECE OF HAIR wrapped around the food. I called to complain the lady on the phone stated that if i wanted to bring it back up they would replace it and when i said no she offered to put my name in the book for a credit. I found hair in my food im NOT COMING BACK. read more

This is based off probably 5 visits total. I actually like the food personally. However it seems like anytime I go anymore they are either out of things forcing me to wait or it's been sitting for a good amount of time and isn't very fresh. The real topper for me was a time I went, first they were out of chow maine and told me it would be 5 minutes. Ok no worry. Then they told me they were out of Teriyaki Chicken and that would be 10 minutes. Ok frustrating but not the end of the world. So then 10 minutes pass, then 15, then finally at 20 I go ask what on earth is going on, still not ready. Pretty ridiculous a fast-food place takes over 25 minutes to make Teriyaki Chicken when you are told 10. Again not the end of the world, but pretty silly. Last time I went they ran out of Teriyaki Sauce and told me they would bring it out in a few minutes. Well that never happened, but I just ate it anyhow. My point here is, they can definitely do better. I go there to eat partly because it's supposed to be quick and not a sit-down with a server, but anytime I go anymore it seems they are insanely re-active to refilling food items and never seem staffed well during dinner rush times. This place is horrible! I have been to Chinese restaurants throughout the country, and never had I ever had Chinese food this bad. How do you even call this place a Chinese restaurant?! They do not offer some of the most basic Chinese dishes. Also, everything is so dried out and bland. Their lo mein noodles is hard and bland. I do not recommend this place. read more

This location had outstanding customer service! The server welcomed us to the restaurant and asked if we would like to try any samples. He was very pleasant and friendly! He also allowed us to look over all of the menu options before rushing us to place our order. He also allowed us to look at the choices, then say what we wanted while he put that menu item on the plate. The last 3 times I visited Panda Express (recently in Las Vegas) those locations force you to choose what you want before viewing all of the menu options. They also are required to write down what menu items the customer selects onto the box. I am so glad that this location in Canton, Ohio doesn't fill orders this way. The other thing I like about this location is that it is clean, with no trash and dirty napkins on the floor, like at some of the other ones. Please tell the staff at the Canton location to keep up the good work! The best part of the experience was getting to eat the always great food! Also, I was excited to see many new menu items and will definitely be returning to this location to try them! read more

This is the worst Chinese food place I ever been to. The food here is TERRIBLE. My questions is how can they open so many locations by serving so bad food? The orange chicken is hard as rock, and the rice taste horrible. The noodles are super dry and bland. They do not give you enough food for the price you are paying. I would not go to this place even if I have no where else to eat. I made a huge mistake of even trying this restaurant. I wasted my time and money. Also, they take a super long time making your order. You can go to the worst Chinese restaurant in town, and it is still better than this place. You have to exit through a very busy intersection, which is very inconvenient. If you want to eat a good meal, then I would recommend you visit a local Chinese restaurant. Overall I was very unsatisfied with my visit to Panda Express. Don't make the mistake I did, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! read more
