This place was very busy at lunch, but the service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Mickey was in perpetual motion with a non-stop smile.

Food is usually a bit overcooked or undercooked. They treat app orders like they were beamed into the restaurant from some distant technological future, so check your order, because it might be missing things, if they haven't accidentally given it to the wrong person. We had avoided Panda Express because there always seemed to be mixed reviews at all locations. We finally decided to give it a try and found pretty decent food at a decent price. We have decided to add Panda Express to our list of options when we are out. We have come to accept that most fast-food places struggle to get competent and polite people these days. I love panda and go often , today 12-26-24 the young man that was at the window was very rude. My boyfriend asked if we could get some chili sauce ( not in a rude way at all) and the guy at the window proceeded to say " wanna say please with that " and mumbled under his breath some foul language. We came in here tired and hungry from a long drive. We were greeted right away. Asked if we wanted to sample anything. All the entrees were pretty full. The place was clean and one of the nicer Panda we've been too. Service was good but we waited just a couple of minutes from the time we walked in to them making a phone in order or drive up order, not sure. for $10 you get very small portions if you are a bigger person, this is not the place to eat when you go through the drive-through and ask is this the right amount for a serving they get really rude and snappy. You can go across the street pay about the same and get all you want to fill up no calorie counting portions. and they hire people that want to work but don't know how to work. read more

Went there and bought two small entrees I've never seen boxes so small! I asked the girl okay so is the orange chicken fresh she says yes and we get rid of it when it's not. So I got home after I spent over $10 on two small entrees broccoli beef an original orange chicken. There's two pieces of beef and packed with nothing but broccoli. During the crazy times that were in now with Covid, it was a great relief to walk into the restaurant to see how clean it was and to see all the happy people in there working. They were very welcoming, and the restaurant as I said was very clean. There was a large selection of all the items that were available and everything was hot and ready to go. at this point replace the whole front of staff and ESPECIALLY the manager Kaitlin. Or enroll them in some anger management classes. The food at panda is standard, hood for Panada. It is what it is. The 2 stars is for the experience I just had in the bathroom. An employee came out of the stall the same time I did. She made it to the sink first, quickly washed no soap. My turn to wash, soap dispenser broken. Gross. No soap. I left the bathroom to inform management. The first person I saw was the employee who clearly didnt wash. I informed her it was broken, she said, 'I know'. Sad... she just didnt care. The food here is comparable to the panda locations I've been to in the O.C. Only difference is they put less sauce on the orange chicken than I'm accustomed to at PE, which is slightly disappointing. Stopped in for a late night meal while traveling home after a trip. Hit Panda at around 9PM on a Sunday. I had never been to this location, being from Boise. I was being helped before I even figured out which end to start from. I ordered my usual 2 entrees of Beijing beef. The pan was nearly empty, but just enough to fulfill my order, so I assumed it would be dried out. It was surprisingly fresh and tasty. The only complaint is, that it was so cold in the restaurant that I was shivering. Guess you can't complain about that considering that the temperature had been in the high 90s. Also, the soda machine push handle was so far back that it kept spitting diet Pepsi on my hand. That is more of a Pepsi dealer issue though. read more

This place has slowly been letting go since it opened. First off, the staff is rude. Just went through the drive through and the girl couldn't remember the total. She came back to the window and still didn't know (12.10) until I told her myself. Then I had to wait for my food outside the restaurant for over 20 minutes. That's a huge reflection on how much time the chefs actually have to prepare the food. I legit ordered one plate with three Rangoon's. Either they don't have much time, they're horribly organized, or they simply just don't care. I just seen 2 cars go in and come out in less than 5 minutes with four plates of food.I honestly feel like they need to clean house in this business. I just watched 3 other cars go in and grab more than what I ordered.Giving attitude to customers is a poor representation of professionalism for the business. We have stopped here whenever we come thru on the way to Boise and This is, by far, my favorite Panda Express location. The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly and helpful. Always find close parking and a table to sit at. Other locations are often short handed and the food is less than fresh. This is a good example of fast food done right. read more

My experience at this Panda Express is the single worst experience I have EVER HAD at a PE! I might not ever go to any of them ever again after today because I'm just done. When I first arrived I was excited - there was no line! I pulled right up to the speaker and ordered my food, pull up to the pick up window just as another car pulls in behind me to place their order. The lady takes my payment then tells me that they need just another minute or two on my mushroom chicken and ask that I please move forward stating that they'd run my food out to me shortly...so I do. Fastforward ALMOST HALF AN HOUR! - countless cars have come through the drive thru received their orders and are on their way. I'm literally the ONLY CAR waiting for food. It's in the 90s and I'm sitting in the sun in a closed car with a mask on my face because of COVID for almost half an hour.... The employee finally comes out to bring my order. NOT ONLY was the Dr Pepper completely disgustingly flat [tasting more like soda water than anything else] but the cup was leaking from the bottom directly into my bag of food as they brought it out to me. I complained and the employee was so rude & had such a bad attitude. I asked for my money back stating I didn't even care about the order anymore I just want to leave and they refused. The employee also refused to simply replace the food that was sticky with soda since they wouldn't refund me....... but she then replaced the soda???? (which the second soda tastes exactly the same - disgusting) I just got home with my wet food, and I'm so pissed off right now I've lost my appetite and don't even want to eat it. The food is not only wet -it's COLD which tells me they got my food ready then someone forgot to actually run it out to me leaving me sitting in a hot car for half an hour. The spring rolls I ordered are wet and soggy too!
