Oh Panda. Sometimes some fast, greasy Chinese takeout just hits the spot, you know? This Panda Express location had a friendly and helpful staff, they were very fast, and all the food tasted fresh. We especially love the sweet fire chicken, Mongolian beef, orange chicken and broccoli beef! And whenever I get the chance I get those cream cheese rangoons. *drool* Don't forget to keep your receipt, take the survey and get a free side the next time you come! So worth it. This isn't top of the line quality food or anything, so just don't expect that, but it's a great bang for your buck, and we are here for it! read more

I live 5 minutes away from this location, so I've ordered here quite a few times and I never write reviews.. I usually pick up orders or Uber eats or DoorDash so I don't have to wait in line, but honestly I don't know which is longer. They ALWAYS forget something, whether it be utensils, my DRINK, sauce, or just giving me two pieces of shrimp or chicken and mostly vegetables. When I went to get my pick up order today I waited 25 minutes for black pepper chicken. After so many unpleasant experiences, It's safe to say I will no longer be giving my business to this location. read more

Panda is panda, but this place was clean, very busy at lunch time and the staff seemed overwhelmed but did a great job! Orange Chicken- so good... probably more sugar than any chicken should have, but hey it tastes good. Beef & Broccoli- not bad definitely no different than the stuff you can get in the frozen isle. Worst experience ever! I usually LOVE Panda Express however this time when I ordered my meals (family) for my 2 plate of black pepper chicken I only had three pieces of chicken on one side and four pieces of chicken for the entire meal! The rest was filled with celery and onions! The rice had clumps of it together that weren't mixed with any sauce...like I said I usually LOVE panda but I don't think I would ever order here again...which makes it hard to find Chinese food. I went there with a huge appetite. I ordered teriyaki chicken and orange chicken the teriyaki chicken was cold and rubbery. The teriyaki sauce that give you now is in a cold packet. It is not wonderful and warm and flavorful like they used to have and they give it to you in a cup. So Cold teriyaki chicken with strings of cartilage holding the pieces together. Cold teriyaki sauce. And the rice was not fully cooked and was very dried out. I went home with a very sick stomach ache that lasted for hours. Don't like the teens hanging around looking to loot my wallet. Creepy guys sizing me up for kidnapping for human trafficking. Not a safe place to eat would not go there alone or at all. AMAZING!!!! Normally I don't write reviews, but they totally DESERVE 5 STARS! I just barely ordered 43 bowls, 14 combinations in total. I was expecting... I don't know what I was expecting! But I definitely got surprised! Not only it was neatly packed into two boxes, one with everything Fried Rice, and the other with everything Chow Mein. Each bowl clearly labeled! and ON TIME!!! Absolutely NO HICCUPS! Everyone at work was so appreciative and made me look like a complete STAR!! Thank you for making my job so much easier!!! The older Asian lady was pushy, she's very disrespectful and disregarding towards other customers and regardless what the per portion sizes are the customers have their rights to want to get more because were paying for it regardless whether it's a smaller or larger portion sizes. We ordered before hand and brought food back for the whole family. It was still hot when we got home and so fresh UGH ITS SO GOOD the Chow Mein is amazing, Orange Chicken is my girlfriends favorite, the Kung Pao chicken is super good and spicy except for the actual peppers in it are annoying. I don't normally review chains like this, but felt I should share my experience. Our company does takeout everyday from local businesses. Companies regularly screw up orders when you're ordering 15 meals at once. They always forget something of something gets switched, and we learn to deal with it and joke about who the next victim will be. Sometimes I plan to come here for a meal, other times I hit up this Panda Express because it's late and I'm on my way home and it sounds like it'll hit the spot. Every time I've come, it's been a positive experience. The servers are fast and personable, the cashier has never charged us the wrong amount, and the food quality has been on par with other Panda Expresses we've eaten. Our favorites: The orange chicken. It's a favorite for a reason - it's sweet and tangy, not spicy so the kids like it too. The honey walnut shrimp. It's medium to large quality shrimp tempura deep fried then tossed in this white-ish sweet sauce. And then there are candied walnuts. Can't go wrong with the candied walnuts. A new favorite: Honey sesame chicken. A little spicey, but sweet too. I can see why they brought this back on the menu. I typically get half rice and half chow mein and 2 entrees. Hubs says the noodles are too dry for him, so he sticks with the fried rice. Tweenager has gotten the rice and teriyaki chicken bowl and really enjoyed that. Toddler could eat white rice until the cows come home, so she loves Panda Express. I've dined in only once, and that was during a library fundraiser night. It was chaotic, but the workers handled the huge crowd well. Not a ton of seating for such an event, and larger families (more than 4) may want to plan to eat elsewhere (or rearrange the seating). Overall: if you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this isn't the place you're looking for. But if you want a Chinese food-type of experience fast, I'd suggest giving this Panda Express a try. read more

They did unfortunately scrape the side of the chow mein bowl and gave us a few over cooked crunchy noodles... but nothing to stop us from going back. read more

You've gotta keep an eye on them when they're dishing your food because they overload the SIDES (rice and chow mein) so they can SKIMP MAJORLY on the protein. I got a bowl that was nearly to the brim with rice and noodles and literally had 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN on top. They are supposed to be open at 11:30am on Sundays. We showed up at 11:35 and tried opening the door and it was still locked while employees just looked at us. It is now 11:45 and the doors are still locked. We have called 3 times and no one answers. If I could give zero stars, I would. My boyfriend got food poisoning from orange chicken and white rice. He got sick around 7 hours after he ate the meal. He also said that it tasted fine, but I don't believe him. He was so hungry after work, that he ate the entire meal. Came in pretty late about 2 weeks ago. They were about to close up shop but one of the employees (Bridger) was SUPER friendly and helped me out. It was obvious we both had a really long work day, but he put forth the extra effort to be super positive and made sure I had a good experience even though they were so close to closing. Let me start off by saying that I love Panda Express. Always tastes great and although it may not be exactly "Chinese cuisine", this American style is unique and always good. This particular location has horrible customer service. Whenever we order online, which makes us wait an hour because of the size of the order, we get there and they finally start making our orders. So we always sit there for 15-20 minutes while they halt all current lunch line progress and start our order. What's the point of having an online ordering system if we have to got here and wait for it? Just my $.02. read more

If you want Panda, take the extra 10 minutes and drive to any other location. You will still save time. I have never been able to get my food in an even somewhat timely manner here. This store is ALWAYS soooooo slow and out of everything. Only 3 staff during the lunch rush. I felt bad for them, but it just wasn't enough staff to keep up with orders. Not only that, but the food is somehow worse than at other Pandas. Not sure how that's possible since it's all bagged and pre-made, but it's somehow more dry and stale here than other locations.
