Mathew is a dynamo! I watched him move at the speed of light serving, spot cleaning, assuring the food was well presented and interacting with Bridger and one other whose name slips my memory. All three were exceptional...and always are. Very impressive representatives of Panda. The food was freshly cooked/prepared and not skimmed-over or glazed-over from sitting. Okay I've gone here maybe 10 times. Every single time I've gone it's been absolutely garbage. They're SO SLOW. I knew this always but yesterday my experience was so bad I'm just done. I went there yesterday to get food with my sister. We got our food and I paid and sat down to wait(they didn't have orange chicken ready and said it would be 30 minutes.) I'm filling up my drink when the cashier walks over and says "I asked for your name." I said "oh sorry" and then gave her my name and apologized again. The employees are wearing masks so it makes it hard to hear. And I had some big personal issues going on so I wasn't fully aware of my surroundings. So she walks away and then proceeds to go to her coworker and talk badly about me in Spanish. She's pointing at me, and the other coworker is laughing. I'm already about to break down into tears and this is how I'm getting treated just because I didn't hear her ask me a question? Like I understand having a bad day at work but I didn't do anything wrong. I'm actually very upset by this and I think your employees need an attitude check. I won't be back. read more

This location has excellent service. They try hard to serve everyone quickly and are very friendly. The orders have been accurate every time I've come here. There have been a couple times I opted to wait for a dish instead of getting something else and they gave me a free drink while I was waiting. The food is pretty good, as long as you remember it is fast food. Go during the busy times and it tends to be fresher. read more

This is probably the worst Panda Express I've ever visited. A couple weeks ago we went about 30 minutes before closing and they had stopped cooking. There wasn't any food left and the server behind the counter said they all wanted to go home too. If your restaurant is open till 9:30, please continue preparing and serving food till closing time. Otherwise, close your doors at 9. If I walk into a Panda and you only have half the items on the menu...shouldn't I get to pay half price cause you're missing half the things I want? My family and I went again last night hoping our experience would be better, but it wasn't. They were out of half the stuff we ordered including simple things like fried rice, orange chicken and vegetables. The server said it would be about 20 minutes till more food would be ready because all the cooks were on break and pointed at the 3 cooks in the corner of the restaurant. Why did everyone go on break at the same time??? We decided to get chow mein instead, and the server gave us the smallest portions I have ever received at Panda. I'm assuming he was trying to ration the food because he didn't want to run out while all the cooks took breaks at the same time. Every other Panda is very generous with their portions and our family LOVES that! Needless to say, we are very disappointed with our last 2 experiences there and we won't be going back again. I try to be understanding with lunch time, however, I went in and there was only a manager helping get peoples orders. I purchased the 3 entree meal and I asked to have 2 of the grilled chicken teriyaki, she said she only had one order left and I needed to pick something else. I had asked if they were going to make more, she replied no. I choose my 2 other entrees and by the time she handed me my food the ONE cook they had brought out more chicken. I am a little upset that she would not have just asked him to make some since it really did not take him that long to make, since he did it while I was standing right there. I probably wouldn't worry as much normally, but I drove 10 miles from my work to get lunch. I could have just gone somewhere closer and gotten better service. read more

Apparently this Panda doesn't honor their own coupons. I received an email offering $3 off $5 or more. I tried to order online, as the email requested, but apparently their online ordering system was down. I think that sometimes the portions are a bit scanty. I don't expect a ton of food but I feel that often they skimp a bit too much. When I would go there a few months ago, they were generous. I usually only get the bowl, but they fill it full of noodles, then only a few pieces of the entree' were put on top. For me, I would rather have a little more of the entree' and a little less noodles. Thanks for letting me let you know. Andy checked on us at our table asking how everything was and if we needed anything. I have NEVER experienced this at any Panda Express i have ever been to. Exceptional! He was so friendly and engaging that it was awesome talking with him. Thank you Andy!! He also let us know that Marco was a new cook in the back. The food was good because it was warm and tasted fresh! Great job Marco!!! I've been to other Panda's and the food tasted blah and old. I didn't catch his name but the cashier at the time was also very friendly. I like how he said hi to my three year old i was holding. Because of these three employees, we will return! read more

I have to say this is by far the worst customer service I have received at a restaurant ever. I knew they closed at 9:30 I got off work at9:00 and walked thru their door at 9:11 waited in line got to order all the pans were empty except the orange chicken and dry up broccoli and rice and noodles. I asked for two orders of shrimp and the server Chris told me they were out and all they had was orange chicken and broccoli I asked if they could make some I would buy all they had to make and he said no we closeung in 15 minutes. I said I know but you are not closed yet he said all you can order is orange chicken or broccoli. I told him I work in a customer service position and I felt like getting there 19 minutes before they closed and being willing to buy all they had to make for a batch was fair. He said were not making saying for you if you want the orange chicken and broccoli you can. I asked if I could talk to a manager and he told me he was in charge. I will take my business to a store who wants it. Sad for Pleasant Grove we don't have many places to eat but the ones that last are ones with good customer service. I will never go back to Pleasant Grove Panda again I'll go where I am appreciated. read more

I loved my visit to this location! I've read all of the other reviews on this website and it seems that there is a completely different staff than the staff that served the people that gave previous, outdated reviews. The staff was very friendly, and I got my food very quickly. Everything was very tasty, and I LOVED the honey walnut shrimp. Highly recommend it to anyone that's wondering what to get for their next visit! Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. read more
