The food gave me food poisoning it was the teriyaki chicken I'm never eating this Panda Express ever again

The Pandas in our part of the woods are great, this one not. They were very busy and the staff was working their tails off, but the service area was a disaster. Crispy almond chicken breast tasted like overcooked hard balls of breading drowned in a sweet sauce. Honey walnut shrimp had no flavor. Chow mein was dry. Chicken egg roll was dry and old. The veg spring roll was good and fresh and the black pepper angus steak was good so that's the only two saving graces to this meal. read more

Today's customer service was a Zero in my opinion due there being 1 whole hour left of business and Manager Brenda working between 9-10:30pm said they are out of white rice it will take 1 hr to make just didn't make sense I wish workers weren't trying to take the left over food home so we can enjoy what we like to order.. read more

I wanna leave zero stars . I don't have any problems with this place if I come early in the daytime, but if you come after 9pm they are too lazy to make anything once stuff runs out . First of all, I love Panda Express. Just not at this location. I went there last night and ordered a plate with Chow Mein, orange chicken and firecracker shrimp. I was told they were making more firecracker shrimp and it would be ready in a few minutes. No big deal, I paid for my order and sat down to wait. After more than "a few minutes", they called my order and said it was ready. She repeated my order so I took the bag and left. When I got home and opened the container, it was wrong. Decent inexpensive Chinese food and large portions. You order here cafeteria style, so they scoop out your food and you're on your way immediately. They have a one item bowl with choice of side for only $6.50, and a two item plate with a choice of one side for only $7.70. You can't beat that! The food is by no means gourmet, but what do you expect at these prices. It's a good place for a quick and inexpensive meal. read more

This Panda Express on Channel Islands and Victoria is hands down the worse Panda Express in all of Ventura County. Haven't come here in 2 years and usually drive to the one further up Victoria. I was in a hurry today thought maybe things have changed... boy was I wrong. Out of almost everything, had to wait 10 mins for chow mein and I wanted veggies but it was gonna be another 5 mins to wait for that so just got all noodles instead. Got to the car and realized they loaded a massive pile of noodles to hide the fast there's only 4 pieces of orange chicken and very small scoop of Beijing beef. I stopped coming here cause if the insanely smaller portions the other stores and the atmosphere of the employees working is always to negative. They all seem so upset with horrible attitudes and then give horrible service that takes way too long to just scoop some food on a plate, especially when they are barely scooping anything. Go to Ventura panda on Victoria or the one further up channel island blvd. and avoid this one all together. It'a horrible service and terrible value make it a completely terrible eating experience. read more

I served my youngest food and started to dig in and this was in my chow mein! I called Panda Express mostly because of how dangerous this is and wanting to let them to know what happened...and the manager on duty had the nerve to accuse me of LYING! It was my first time creating an online order to pick up from this Panda Express location. The order said it would be ready at 7:55pm so we made our way over and arrived around 8:05pm. Upon our arrival we went to the registers where there was a few employees talking to each other. We let them know we were here to pick up an order and they looked at us confused. They said our order never came through and after showing them how we placed it 30 minutes ago. Another employee comes up showing us the order ticket with it crossed off as if it had already been completed. The employees let us know that it was going to be another wait because they said they had no food ready since the thought they were going to close early. I was confused when she said that since it is barely 8pm and they close at 10pm. Regardless we had to wait another 20 mins and they got backed up with a line. Probably won't be going back to this one or ever use their online app again. read more

I do enjoy the food... my problem is, once I place my order online. I specifically ask for condiments to be included with my order. such as : soy sauce, hot sauce, or dipping sauce for egg rolls or spring rolls. I have never received any in all my online ordering with Panda. I do not blame the driver delivering the food. my blame is to the restaurant employee fulfilling the order.
