They say they don't have my money since l ordered thru the app. I call customer service and now have to wait 3-4 business days for them to call me before l can get a refund. Second time a situation like this has occurred. Beware.

The salads are always fresh and packed; the tempura green beans are always light and crisp, and the fries are decent. Their new garlic, parmesan cheese fries are good with a funky flavor. When they had their tempura avocado wedges, it became my habit, they were perfectly fried, crisp on the outside and warm and creamy on the inside with a hint of citrus. Their dragonfruit limeade is also my favorite, but it's seasonal. The staff are always nice and friendly. I order ahead to beat the wait. It's usually chill inside even when it's busy. There it's outdoor seating and the place is kept pretty clean.

It was very filling, it doesn't look like much, not too pretty, but it's a good sandwich especially if you want something a little different than a typical burger. People working at the drive-through window are always very nice and polite and I have not had an issue with any of my orders. You do need to wait a little longer than a typical drive-through, but I never mind. As I mentioned in a previous review I do wish it was easier to get in and out of the parking lot depending on traffic it can be a little tricky because of the location of the entry/exit spots and the timing of the traffic lights. They have a wide variety of foods so if you are feeding a family or group with different wants this would give you a pretty good choice of making everyone happy.

Creamy and cold soft serve with plenty of pineapple mixed in. The sandwich is delicious but unfortunately the pastrami was cooked as if it was bacon. Cooked until crisp which sometimes dries it out. Pastrami should be soft, tender, and moist. Luckily it had plenty of mustard and pickles to compensate. It definitely killed my pastrami craving. All in all, a decent sandwich.
