Food is good. My kids and I love Panda Express food restaurant. Kids and I recently moved from the bay area. We found this panda to be the nearest to my house. I usually order through Dordash for delivery but I've been having issues when they drop off the food, so I order through dordash to pick the food myself. Well, it did not work much. I was missing a plate. I called to work things out b/c I know I'd continue to come to this place and I spoke to a person name Lali. I do my pickups drive through. Lali mention to come next time I order and they will not charge me for the bowl order next time I come. The only thing to do is to show the Dordash order. This was on May 26. I went today but this time I decided to go inside instead. I did what I was instructed to do. It was a different person whom I explained the situation. This person confirm to Lali the situation and smile, looked at me and denied everything making me feel as if I am a liar. I confirmed with the person whom was helping me that it is not okay to make your customers feel the way they did. I will continue my service here. I just don't want Lali to be more thoughtful and honest to customers. read more

My last visit to this restaurant food was cold and old. And the cashier was charging $4 more for a Bigger Plate no specials. Definitely the quality has fall. Next time I will try other brand. read more

Although my food has always been hot and delicious I did take away two stars after today's visit. This is the only restaurant that I have ever been to that has yet to complete any of my orders. I don't know if this is my fourth or fifth visit but I have yet to be able to place an order and get exactly what I wanted. Today they did not have the super greens available and they did not have iced tea. They did tell me it would be a very short wait for the super greens if I would like to wait and I did because I don't want the other sides and they told me to just stay there at the window at the drive-through but I felt really bad because they left the window and it was another 5 to 7 minutes before I got my order and I know the people behind me we're getting impatient they should've had me pull around to the front and park somewhere and wait so all the other people could get their orders and leave. Although this location is more convenient for me when I'm out running my errands I think I'm going to switch over to the other location again because I have never had a problem with any order there. I understand they can only work with what they have but I don't understand why Every single time I order they are out of something. Like I said the food is very good but if you like a particular item like I do you may be very disappointed in this location because they are often out of menu items. read more

Fried rice and chow mein are tasteless, no seasoning at all. Worst ever and my mushroom chicken was hard to chew. The honey walnut shrimp was edible but the rest of the meal was not. Start adding seasonings to rice and chow mein might b a start to improving the food. read more

Please be careful with this Panda Express branch when you do online order or to go. Check your order inside the restaurant before you leave because most likely your order will be different from the one you submitted . I've several orders wherein they replace my premium order which had add on cost . I guess that's the way they get more profit by short changing customer. Most of the time you will not go back to the restaurant to get it change because of the extra trip and hassle of driving and stress. read more

Really delicious food, close to home, affordable, what's not to like? I see that people are reviewing this place semi poorly, but I honestly don't understand why. The things they complained about are perfectly normal when a place opens up, of course they are going to be short on stuff when they have a bunch of people trying to check out the new Panda Express. No food we asked for was available. We finally made selections and got on to the drinks. I asked for unsweetened ice tea and that wasn't available either. Got sodas and went on to pay. Before we left we asked for forks since we wanted to eat in our car. Guess what? They were out of forks. I'm very disappointed in this new Panda that opened. read more
