Actually everything needs bacon! Anyway, the wait in the drive thru line after I ordered was a bit long but when I got home and opened my bacon ORTEGA cheeseburger, it was so beautiful. It spoke to me and said, thanks for stopping by Super Burger, I've been waiting for you! I even called to speak to the manager, which always scares the staff. Manager wasn't there but I had to tell the person who answered that the bacon Ortega cheeseburger I just tasted was the best burger I've had in years and years. When I pushed back, things got unnecessarily escalated instead of being handled with simple customer service. Bringing over two other employees while remaking my cyclone made the situation even more uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. After all the drama and attitude over such a simple mistake, I honestly didn't even feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away because I wasn't sure if it had been tampered with. If you don't like your job, maybe you shouldn't work there, or at least take some customer service training. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way. Save yourself the trouble and drive a few extra miles to Exeter for Frosty King or Burger Express. Much friendlier employees and far better service.

The tater tot's were overcooked and the cheese curds sitting in a pool of grease. I really hope they go back to how they started or if it's a new cook, I don't know.
