We showed up for the tattoo BOGO yesterday (June 13, 2025) and we had a great experience. I have been to several other Chipotles and while I like the food, I do not like the cleanliness (or lack of) or the customer service. This location had everything down for a busy hour of service: the store was clean and organized, there were five employees on the line serving people quickly and efficiently and politely. Went in today for lunch 11:55am to be exact. Only 1 worker was present who was busy working her behind off on the mobile order station. No other employees in sight. There was 1 gentlemen standing waiting at the counter when I arrived. We both stood there for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. They all begin working on dishes as another is serving rice into the warmer containers using her belly to not spill rice onto the floor but pushes it into the serving container!! HER BELLY!!! Finally at 10 minutes of standing waiting a gal comes up to the counter to take orders. Guy in front of me places his order & same gal has to ring up his order. She comes back to me for my order & the meat selection was DISGUSTING!!! No steak but extremely dried up pieces sticking to the sides. All the other meat options looked like they had sat all morning, DRY & very unappetizing looking. Chicken was the only option that looked half decent. All the other condiments were low & not looking too good either. I only purchased the bowls because I had very picky eaters with me who were insistent on Chipotle for lunch. The service was rushed & rude! So much that I forgot to order 3 tortillas & had to go back in to order those. I would not recommend this location with all that witnessed today. Order a burrito bowl with the new garlic guajillo steak, brown rice, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, fajita vegetables, corn salsa, and red salsa. When I first opened the package, it was funny because all you could see was lettuce but once you got everything mixed up, it did look a little better lol everything seemed fresh and as usual it was a lot of food. Plenty for two meals I don't know whether it was the steak or the salsa I chose, but every once in a while, I would get a super hot bite. One thing about the bowls is they do have so much food in them that you could easily have one meal and then the next you can make at least one burrito. Occasionally, I order a bowl without any lettuce because I know I will be heating up the leftovers the next day, and I usually have lettuce at home that I can add once the leftovers are reheated. Nice selection of drinks here as well, they do offer delivery through the food delivery services, which I have been using since Covid began. I finally understand the one star ratings. We came here all the way from Sequoia National Park, despite the 1 star ratings and while I understand this isn't a Michelin star restaurant, we still deserve to be treated like human beings. The service here was absolutely downright awful. The woman behind the counter grabbed the bag from me like I was trying to steal it and kept on insisting the bag wasn't mine seven though I already showed her proof it belonged to me multiple times. The other staff members backed her up and gave us extremely insulting looks. The food had insects in it, and half of the items in my daughter's burrito bowl were things she didn't even order. The place was extremely dirty and smelly and the whole thing was just a terrible experience. Do yourself a major favor and do not come to this location. But in all honesty, I wouldn't recommend Chipotle in general, even to my worst enemy. read more

I cannot be partial on Chipotle. I love this place. I always get the bowl and I alternate the meats. The meal is usually enough to make two meals. The chili salsa is great. The red salsa is hot but brings out familiar flavors to the meal. Service at times is quick and sometimes it's very slow but once served the meal is so good. I would wish they had better seating available. The wooden seats do nothing to make you comfortable. The ambiance is so so. Sometimes clean other times there's food scattered along the floor. The tabletops need cleaning most of the time. But with all the cons I still make it through the line and enjoy the meal read more

Today I had unacceptable service. I placed a Mobil order at 5:30pm so my food could be ready at 5:40pm. I had a meeting to get to at 6pm and ordering through the online portal seemed to be the most convenient and logical to save me time. I figured I would park, run in there, grab my food and be on my way. There wasn't a whole lot of staff (one cooking, one cashier, one cleaning) but it also wasn't busy either as there was no line when I walked inside at 5:43pm. I went to the online order pickup area... no food waiting for me under my name. The cashier asked me for my name, look up my order on a different computer, and I THOUGHT got started on my order. NOPE! 2 young girls walked in, she greeted them and began making their order instead of mine. She finished, completed their transaction, sent them on their way with their food, and then started my order. I was shocked, how did I get skipped? My order was placed before theirs, she greeted me first, then put me on the back burner. It made more sense to me for her to greet the girls, tell them she'll be right with them, do my order, then get to the customers who are in line whom got their AFTER I was there. Once she handed me my order, I told her that I should have got my food first? What was the point of my Mobil order being ready at 5:40pm, if I walked in at 5:43pm with NO ONE in line. I would have been better off just getting in line. My food finally got handed to me at 5:51pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service on the cashier's part. read more

There is no other way to review this restaurant other than being straight out. Me and my husband both ate chipotle around 8pm together.... we have visited the restroom 6+ times (each) and it's currently 1:52am, we are still cramping and feeling like we are going to need to use the bathroom soon again. Our back ends are fully traumatized and we will never EAT CHIPOTLE AGAIN!!!!! It's not worth it, we feel like . We have never felt so sick in our lives, we ordered the vegetarian bowls with black beans because we ate chipotle over a year ago and thought maybe it was the meat that messed up our stomach last time, NOPE. Whoever they get their ingredients from is not good, or the people who cook it must not know what they are doing.... The few times I've been here I have tried many different bowls and each time the portion size and ratios are so off, I either get a ton of rice and little to no meat (even after asking for more) or almost no rice. Placed an order through DoorDash. There isn't an option to make everything double scooped so I usually call to have an employee write it on my ticket. Chipotle changed their automated voice system and it didn't let me through to the restaurant until I asked to speak to corporate. Once I FINALLY got through to the workers they said that my order has been "sealed" and they aren't going to open it back up. They had the most monotonous and jaded tone of voice. I told them that workers at this location have opened it back up for me before to add the extra toppings on the side. I went to Chipotle on 08/22/19 I had to ask multiple times for extra rice just so I can have the same portion size as the Tulare or Visalia locations.
