Been here multiple times recently and have never been disappointed. Food is always pipping hot and made when ordered. I've read the previous reviews but I can attest that I have never had an issue. Horrible all the way around. There's always an issue when coming to this store. I should've trusted my gut and just went to Taco Bell next door. Ordered the brisket burger meal thru the app, pull into the drive thru and then am told they don't have any brisket, or any meal similar. Ok. Just give me my money back then because l don't want anything else from here. The lady gets an attitude automatically and tells me she can't do that. Asked to speak to her manager, but that's her position. She calls her boss and apparently they can't do sh*t either. They say they don't have my money since l ordered thru the app. I call customer service and now have to wait 3-4 business days for them to call me before l can get a refund. Went back to let the employee know he said he would make another one which was no problem and when he brought my hamburger back he proceeded to give me attitude saying next time I need to bring my hamburger back faster. I love rallys. My family have tried so many locations including this one and I have to say that they're consistent. I always get number 9, chicken popcorn and fries to share with my 3 year old kid. They advertise combos they don't sell and when they don't offer sauces so when you get your meal after you pay for it and you are not aware that they charge for sauces, I asked for bbq sauce they said it's 25 cents I don't have loose change and I'm not about to break out my credit card for 25 cents not a big deal but it is annoying. read more

I really had high hopes for my first time coming to Rallys, but I was disappointed. When I placed my mobile order on DoorDash, they did not get my order correct. I understand that some food chains are very very short handed my complaint is not with the speed of service. My complaint is with hygiene and food safety. I came last night 6/5/21 around 8pm ish I was picking up a order and I saw on the other drive their window a heavy set lady not wearing her mask or gloves wiping her nose and scratching her butt while handling food. The other employees seem to be wearing a mask but this lady was flat out disgusting the way she had no care for other peoples safety or health. Rally's was a staple of my high school experience, so I am sad to report that this place has gone downhill. The food itself still tastes good, especially the fries, but I am concerned with their current hygiene. The last time my family went, the workers were not wearing gloves and seemed to be annoyed that we were even there. The food came out quickly, but after eating it, my whole family got sick. I am not sure if this was a one-time experience; however, this combined with the behavior of the staff makes me hesitant to eat here again. I hope in the future that they improve. read more

I agree with the rest of the reviews the fries are awesome. But the service could've been a little bit more friendly. I could've been greeted properly. I think this staff plus management could use some training on customer service. If I was ordering something that most likely I'm going to want a dipping sauce with they could at least let me know at the intercom before I get to the window and then let me know that it was $.25. I don't carry change or cash I'll I have is my debit card, so it would be only common courtesy for them to let me know about that additional charge for a dipping sauce which is stupid anyway because at least ome dipping sauce should've come with something that you dip your food and then any additional dipping sauces should be charged. Amazing French fries. Got a large meal, drink was huge. All smiles from the workers. They answered all my questions about sandwich toppings. Gave me two free bbq sauce tubs for fries.
