I came here with my daughter to have lunch...and my timing was bad. I ordered the 2 entrees and these entrees I got were my favourites. Unfortunately, I forgot to check the food before ordering...and what I was given was a mix of the old and new batches of the dishes I ordered. (This happens when the dish is almost finished and a newly cooked batch comes in. They put the new batch in and pour the old over the new). I ordered Mushroom Chicken and String Bean Chicken (Holy Week...so no red meats...Ha-ha-ha!). Some of the string beans were all soggy and some were nice and crisp. Same with the mushrooms and the courgettes. So my tip of the day: Check for the tell-tale signs that the old food batch was mixed in with the new... Don't worry, Panda...I still love you...Ha-ha-ha! read more

This place is by my work and I decided to swing by for some Beijing beef while running some errands during my lunch break. When I got inside, there was already a long line (it was about 10:45 am when I was there). Some lady had called in 11 plates! Took forever to get my food because there was only 1 girl doing the whole line! And helping the lady with 11 plates! I'd say management there did a poor job! Should have more people opening the restaurant. Shouldn't be 1 person doing the line and 2 chefs running the whole restaurant! Felt bad for the girl doing the line. The food was good. Beijing beef is still my favorite. =) Nothing was over cooked or under cooked. Everything there was fresh (1045 am it better be fresh! Place just open). Environment was clean. read more

This was the first meal I've had all day so it couldn't have possibly been anything else. This Panda's customer service has gone downhill since the pandemic started. Since they stopped letting customers inside, all of my orders have been wrong. It is like they need the customer watching, to make sure they put the order together properly. Either that or they just don't give a crap anymore. I can't believe that they haven't been able to get one of my orders right in the last three months. It doesn't matter whether it was ordered for delivery from their website, or if I walked up, every time the order was missing something or had the wrong items. Oh and if you want chopsticks, not only do you need to tell them when you order, so that it is on the order ticket, you also have to remind the person handing you the order; because either they can't read or don't give a crap. For Pete's sake, I haven't eaten Chinese food with a fork since I was two, how hard is it to give someone chopsticks? I mean really, how hard can it be? Especially when they are listed on the receipt? Oh and forget about ordering Teriyaki chicken, because you have to literally beg them to give you Teriyaki sauce for your Teriyaki chicken. The sauce is literally sitting next to the bin of grilled chicken. WTF? This one Panda has got to have a surplus of Teriyaki sauce, because they never put any on my Teriyaki chicken or in the bag! I even had to make my own Teriyaki sauce, after a delivery, because I wasn't going to drive there after having the order delivered. Thank god I know how to cook. I just didn't want to that day, that is why I went to them. It literally feels like it is a screw you and what you want type of attitude. Good news though, the corporate office is just as incompetent as the store. When you call them you feel like you are staring in "Dude Where's My Car". After a bunch of "and thens", they promise to fix the problems and email you a coupon. Well that didn't work. Problems still exists and I haven't seen a coupon. I used to love their take it on fast Chinese food. From now on I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. They need a complete restructuring and some severe retraining. read more

Manager Bowen is a jerk who played on his phone with a huge wait and line out the door. Online orders were in a huge unattended stack. Cashier asked him for help and he responded "Your a shift leader you need to do it". Stood there an additional four minutes on his phone at the register then clocked out and walked outside to his black Mercedes and lit a cigarette in view of the massive line. Terrible management. Amid the Vovid 19 pandemic, I walked into this Panda Express to place an order because they're online app failed to work, three times. A costomer handed their phone to one of the employees who accepted it and placed it on the stainless steel counter right next to the food. A fellow employee told her to go wash her hands, but a failed to wash the stainless steel and continued serving food and touching everything. Needless to say, I walked out of the establishment immediately after having informed the manager who didn't seem to understand what the hell I was talking about. read more

I am sad by what has become our local panda. Food was over priced. It cost more than a sit down restaurant. The food was extremely greasy. Like the grocery store Chinese. They serve each customer in to go bags. You Only get a tray IF YOU ask for it. Kind makes you feel like they are ready for you to go as soon as you arrive. Nobody is attending the dining area even though I see plenty of employees. Family after family are using the same tables and just cleaning themselves with their t"to go" napkins. So we just had a 45 min. + horror show at this particular store. We're used to slow reponse time from this store but this one took the cake. 7 repeat 7 people behind the counter and that included the 2 "cooks" arguing, and one without a mask still cooking. They served three people who came in without masks before they served the 8 to 12 people in masks who where standing in line. Had orange chicken and chow mein for lunch from here today, noticed the chicken was a little pink but the outside was fully cooked so i (stupidly) trusted it. It is now 8 PM and i've spent the last 10 minutes throwing it back up. Yuck. Update ** 8/29/29 Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and eat here again today. Ordered the same thing as last time and same deal with the chicken. Slightly undercooked (probably didn't get to a safe temperate inside the actual meat idk if they use a meat thermometer or anything to check) but here i am AGAIN hours later sick as all hell as my body tries desperately to get rid of the food i ate there. Disgusting, do not eat here unless you like eating undercooked meat and spending your nights in your bathroom. $8 for a bowl of less than flavorful food that will almost certainly be seen by you twice in one day. read more

Walked in to get a two item plate for the wife with a coupon for another free side. Well, the gal behind the counter at the cash register then says that I do not get a free side, if I order the 3 item plate they then take money off for the side so you get it free. Now mind you I have a two item plate in front of me, with the side it comes with. We go round and round as it makes no sense. So she rings me up and I leave exasperated, I get home and in trying to explain it to my wife I look at the receipt and low and behold she charged me for a 3 item plate and took $2.75 off. Looks like Panda at this location being stingy on portions of food that is given out this is not normal. It maybe an employee that is new. I also noticed that that some main courses have been sitting there and completely drying up in the heat lamp. I think the moral of the story is that Panda Express, no matter where you go in the country, is consistently bad. This location not only has mediocre food, the girl behind the counter this morning had a terrible attitude and treated me as though I was putting her out by ordering. I get the bag back to my home office and I find no utensils, no napkins and very small portions. Perhaps she was telling me that I am too chubby, which may be the case since she was looking at me kinda jacked. Anyhow, food and service sucked and backing out of the parking spots is like taking your life in your own hands! Avoid this place and cruise around the corner to Kim's chinese. They are nice and the food doesnt taste like left over chemicals from Breaking Bad. read more

I just ordered here from their catering: I arrived 15 minutes prior to my pick up time and the lady at the front register (I believe she's the Manager) was hustling and got my order right. What I appreciated was that she was generous with their silverware and she made sure I had my serving utensils!! I've ordered from other restaurants and they wouldn't provide any serving utensils which was a pain in the butt. It was expensive, but worth it as it had made my life easier. Brianna was rude and unprofessional and she was giving me a dirty look when she refused to ring up my single order that already got packed which was just an a la carte chow mien while the others in front of me was still placing their order and this is during lunch rush hours and I am on a 30 min lunch. She then placed the customers order right in front of mines so I would be helped next and after that she didn't even try to help me after them, having me standing there and ignoring me & the cashier Christina is very slow she should not be working that position during lunch hours. The food is as expected. It's always super busy so I think the staff are doing the best they can. But it's not a big place, and people pack in. And people wear masks below their noses. In such a small space and the air conditioning on, it's just not safe. Also, twice now I had to wait 15 minutes for steamed veggies. Every time I come in they are out of teriyaki chicken and orange chicken ! They say 9 minutes and I end up waiting 13-15 minutes. They need to get a better system with notifying the cooks when a replenish is necessary. Today we were approached by an employee while waiting for the food to cook. She kindly told us they were closing half the dining area with at least 1 hour til close. She asked us to notify anyone who tries to sit on this side it closed, but we could stay put.. Why would I want to tell people where they can and can't sit? That's not my job. Why close half the restaurant when you still have at minimum one hour for people to dine?
