This restaurant always has long wait times. If you go anytime after 7pm you can expect to be told you'll need to wait for your food, for at least 20 mins. According to Stephanie, the person left in charge for night shifts, they don't cook food in the evenings so they don't toss a bunch out. Was very confusing with 2 restaurants called Panda Garden and then Panda Express. Panda Express is a cafeteria style restaurant. All the food is laid out on a steam table and you just point to the entrees and sides u want. U can see the food being freshly prepared in woks behind the servers. We got "The Plate" which gave us 2 entrees and 1 side for about $9. There was enough food to feed 2 people. I loved the orange chicken! It was bite-size chicken dipped in batter, fried, and covered in a lovely not too sweet orange sauce with just a touch of heat. I will definitely order this again. Our other entree was a steak dish. Can't remember the name. Tender chunks of steak, vegetables-green beans and a mild sauce. Our side was fried rice. It had those dreaded peas and carrots but not enough to ruin the dish. You don't call in orders. Most cooked right in front of u. I've seen this chain on our travels but didn't realize how fresh and delicious their food was. I'll be keeping my eyes open for a Panda. I do not like this place at all. Nothing is homemade in house. Its all frozen in a bag and it tastes like it. Awful first experience at this relatively new Panda. It's been open for about a couple of weeks and so my mom and I decided to try it for the hell of it. Walking in as an avid Panda Express goer, I was anticipating consistent and delicious Chinese food as a late nite fix. However, immediately walking in, the cooks and cashiers seemed off as everyone working had either a blank or sad expression on their faces. Anyways, I continued with my order. The girl who helped me was very foreign and hard to understand. I had to practically shout my order across the counter and she still done goofed. I asked for a plate with white rice, steamed veggies, and teriyaki chicken. She started making me a Bigger Plate for some reason and so my side entree became a side along with everything else and she asked me what other sides I wanted. Hesitant, I picked Beef N Broccoli for the hell of it. Meanwhile, the rice looked pasty and cake-like for both my mom and I, my mom was also getting the same thing. So when we both asked for teriyaki chicken, they said it would be about a 7 minute wait but asked us to still pay. My mom said no because she wanted to see how much she was getting for her final side. She then asked "so our food is just gonna sit here and get cold for the next 7 minutes?" to which the cashier gave a slight chuckleand said "Uh... yes?" So then we both just said forget it, and took our business elsewhere. The sign outside said they were closing at 8:00 and maybe that's why they seemed careless as far as making fresh entrees and sides and providing excellent service was concerned. i ordered from the app and accidentally put the wrong pickup time, so i attempted to call SIX TIMES, BACK TO BACK with NO ANSWER. i decided to go down to attempt to get it fixed and they denied getting any calls and didn't believe me when i told them i called. on top of that, they told me there was nothing they could do. the manager "wasn't there" (convenient) so my family and i will be having $40 worth of cold panda express for dinner. i will not and would not recommend this location to anyone, ever. more of an "avoid at all costs" restaurant to anyone that asks. i wont waste my time or money at this location ever again. read more

I have to say while I do enjoy the food the service here is the worst, maybe its better during the day but we often get it around 7-8 pm. every time we go the staff does not care about the customer or doing their job. Last night my wife stopped there on her way home and they had her pull around front to wait for her food where someone else was also waiting and there was no one behind her waiting to order. she watched through the window as the employees were gathered around some customers that were probably friends and they were watching videos on their phone as my wife waited for her food for 20 minutes. when she got home we found out they didn't even give us the right food. we tried to call but no one picked up and if we would drive back they would have been closed. About a month before this my wife stopped in to buy some food and the girl on the speaker told her they didn't have what she wanted because they were in the process of closing, mind you, they still had 30 minutes till they should have closed according to their posted hours of operation. just save your self from some horrible service and either use panda house or go next door to taco bell or McDonald's. the kids that run panda express in the evening/night do not care about their jobs or customers. The food is good, but the workers are very rude. It feels like they don't want to work there. If you know what you want and how to order you should be able to tell them your whole order with out them interrupting you and rushing you when there isn't even a line. Placed a big order and all the orange chicken was dried out and semi hard. Just because you keep it overly glazed with with sauce doesn't mean the chicken stays moist and taste, on the contrary, it has a sour taste! I have avoided going here so many times, because honestly the franchise setting is not appealing when it comes to this particular cuisine. Price wise it is fair. Selection is limited. Also at This particular location the employees were not paying much attention to what was included in my order. First I was told there would be a wait for my orange chicken and shrimp.second I had to pull into the front to wait.(the parking lot is backwards in a sense)I was in a rush to get ready for work when I received all but my two orders of Rangoon. So I was leaving my parking spot to return back through the drive thru(as I did this not paying much attention except to the time I was running out of backed into another persons vehicle)Thankfully the expeditor was delivering to other people so I stopped her and she went in to get them for me. She also offered me a drink to calm down(due to me being distraught about the fender bender that just had taken place. So for obvious reasons I have given this place two stars. Please just take this review into consideration about maybe putting in designated areas for pick up. Also make sure the employees are paying attention to the orders before expediting them. And once again, another bad review for this location. Customer service is sooooo bad, they need better training. They don't have a specific area for drive thru customers to go to. So you are sitting there getting asked 5 times if this "is your food?" When my husband and I asked if they had law enforcement discounts the woman was like "umm I don't know, we have military" like can you ask a coworker if they know instead of I don't know? The woman kept interrupting my husband when ordering which was very annoying. Wait time was 15 minutes meanwhile everyone inside was getting served, the guy in his car next to us got mad, got down of his vehicle and asked for a refund, don't disagree with him though. The drive thru is so unbelievably slow and I was told 'Hi can you wait a minute' in a snobby tone as soon as I pulled up. Really unprofessional. Then they didn't have what I was ordering ready and I was told to wait 5 min. I declined because the last 2 times was told to pull forward and wait for my food I was completely forgotten about and had to walk in and remind them that I was waiting on my food. When we first started getting orders, the food was good and servings generous (other Panda's have always been generous). However, over the last few weeks on approximately 3-4 visits, the quality of the food has varied (sometimes good other times not so good). The serving sizes have definitely decreased. This last time on Sunday, July 15, The serving size was significantly smaller - barely coming to top of container. Don't know what's going on.
