The food here is OK, and the staff is relatively polite. However, the restaurant is very dirty with many tables never cleaned off before the next customer arrives. Their napkin dispenser was completely empty and the employee trying to refill it couldn't even find new napkins. Keep your expectations reasonable and you'll be fine.

I'm a big panda fan and the food was very good and tasted fresh this time. Employees were super nice as well. I knocked a star off because I was given all fried rice instead of half chow mein and half fried rice like I ordered but it's not that big of s deal to me.

Long line in here, one girl doing it all working very hard to service customers. Had the one bowl of sweet and sour chicken look alike with fried rice. It was delicious. The sit down area needed a good clean up which was the problem really but when there is only one girl doing it all you can't keep the tables clean. I found a cleanish table with an ant fest going on underneath. Pic attached. I would go again because I like Chinese food.

The decor is so organic, it doesn't feel coroporate. It's a nice feeling, I hate to say it but I have a soft spot for stereotypical burger spots. First, I wanna give a shoutout to Nicki. She was so sweet, and an amazing chef. My milkshake certainly tasted like love, and it was absolutely delicious. Burgers were amazing as well, a little salty but with the milkshake, perfect. This is my favorite place to go. I want to say kudos for the incredible effort this place is given.

The Food: * Chopped Cheese: This sandwich really delivered on flavor. It was incredibly rich, largely thanks to the adobo seasoning and the creamy American cheese melted throughout. The beef quality was evident, and they got a great char on it from smashing it on the griddle. It came on a plentiful baguette that held up well, nicely dressed with LTOP, mayo, and ketchup. If you usually go for the burgers here, this is a worthy switch-up. * Fries: These came out fresh, hot, and nicely salted. They were solid, though I personally would prefer a fresh hand-cut potato over the hand-cut frozen style they seem to use here. The Vibe & Service: The staff was great right off the bat--super friendly and helpful when I had a couple of questions about the menu. The space itself is casual with plenty of seating, making it easy to grab a table even during a busy lunch. They also have a self-serve soda station, which is always a plus. Verdict: Solid lunch spot with great service. The Chopped Cheese is a winner if you want something savory and rich!

You grab a number and enter that number in the kiosk. They bring the food to the table without saying anything. They guy didn't asked if we needed anything else. The food is good, but in my opinion is is overpriced. It has small portions. I got the chicken sandwich and spice cheese fries. Both were good. My coworkers got smashed burgers. They have patio seating. They also have plenty of parking.

The location is easy to get to from Manchester rd. and they offer plenty of parking spots for customers. When we got inside, they have 4 kiosks for ordering so you can review the menu and then order when you are ready. During the ordering process, you can choose if it's a dine in or take out order and then you grab a number and type that in so they can find you when the order is ready. Of course, before paying, they have an option for tipping so do with that what you will. After paying for my order the kiosk told me that when my order was ready, a team member would bring my order out to me so I went and sat down at a table after picking up napkins, a fork and some ketchup. They also have a self serve drink station with a tap just for water, but the cups are really small so I recommend bringing a reusable water bottle if you have one. After a few minutes, I received a text to let me know my order was ready and that it would be brought out shortly. After about 10 minutes, my friend already had her order delivered to the table, but mine was still missing. I decided to go up to the counter to ask about it. The workers were busy, but one of them did ask me what I needed and I let them know my order was missing. They could not find the order and so I had to show them my receipt (thankfully, I had it emailed to me because you could always decline a receipt). I showed my receipt and the text that my order was ready and so they told me they would start a new order for me since they didn't have mine. All I ordered was a coffee milkshake and some cheese fries so it shouldn't take too long. I just stood there awkwardly waiting for my drink/food and after about 5ish minutes, they were handing it to me. I was shocked that they didn't apologize or acknowledge their mistake and they did not even say anything to me either when handing me my tray. The customer service could use some work in my opinion. The cheese fries were good as usual and since I was trying the coffee shake for the first time, I was not overly impressed, but it did taste fine. However, there are other places with much better coffee shakes so I probably won't order it again. I am not someone who frequents Shake Shack so I don't know when or if I will be back.

This location was very close to where we were. It was the perfect time to try it! Ambiance: I really love the esthetics of the restaurant. The floral arrangements in the front is very inviting and added a great touch. I also loved the covered outdoor seating areas available, along with the indoor option. We surprisingly opted to sit outside, because heat is not my friend. The industrial fan definitely helped! I felt like I was sitting on one of friend's veranda in the carribean Food: I really enjoyed the food. Tacos are a la carte. For appetizer we opted for the Trifecta which came with guac, queso, and rojo salsa. Let me just say, their happy hour deals are a great steal! Order: There are a couple different ways to order & pay. Use the traditional way of having the server take our order by raising the card "Lets Taco Buddha it," or by scanning the QR code and placing order yourself & pay online. At first, I started the online order because I felt like this would allow me more time to read the menu and order on my own terms. I ended up raising my card and having someone take my order despite having it all in my cart. Tacos are served "family style" comes out on the same platter. We opted for the Baja ( battered pallock) & The Jodhpur (marinated grilled chicken). The kiddos opted for the quesadillas and fried chicken taco. Everything was flavorful (with the exception of their hot/mild sauces, those were flavorless, however not necessary to add). Not going to lie, I made a joke to my mom about the food being served on a surgical tray or "doggy platter." LOL lol. Service: They use a team model. I saw multiple staff going throughout the restaurant checking on needs & refilling water pitchers. Everyone was really nice, they had small toys for children to play with at the table and it's always a plus when they strike up a conversation with my kiddos. Parking: We arrived shortly after 4pm and there were lots of spots available. By the time we were leaving, there were two cars waiting for spots. It is also located alongside a busy street, the restaurant did get packed for dinner on a weekday. Pricing: Prices does add up very pretty quickly, however 1 Taco can be very filling especially if you opted for appetizers. The only thing I would have changed is not to order my meal the same time as my appetizer. It came out almost together. I would have liked to enjoyed the appetizers prior to my entrée.

First off, listen to your server when they tell you 2 tacos is enough! These tacos are LOADED. We thought we knew better and ordered 3 each anyway. No regrets though because they were ridiculously good. I ordered the Truth or Consequences, the McCausland, and the Nashville. I'd absolutely order all three again. The Nashville was really solid, but the Truth or Consequences and the McCausland are the real stars. Both are super unique and absolutely packed with flavor. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu. 100% love what they've got going on here.
