I scrolled through them until I saw the picture for the Super Tripas Plate at Taco 16th Street Northwest. They looked really good, so I decided to take a chance and order them. Thirty minutes later, they were at my door. I was amazed by what I saw when I took the foil off the plate. There was a large pile of tripas topped in a white cheese, an equally large pile of caramelized grilled onions, a small pot of refried beans, a scoop of guacamole, 5 street-sized corn tortillas, and two different containers of salsa. I put a little bit of everything on the tortillas. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the flavors of the two salsas. It was the perfect tripas dinner. I can't wait to tell my son about it and order it again.
