Rice choices are all seasoned, actually everything is. Rice was also cold. Spicy too. Not sure what all the hoopla is about, they seem to draw a decent crowd here. Prices were not cheap. You're definitely taking a chance ordering pick up. There was maybe 2 or 3 pieces of chicken and barely any plant based meat. The chicken pieces that I did get were chewy and inedible. The rest just tastes terrible. Maybe ask for all sauces/sour cream/avocado on the side because they will over do it. I even noted "light" on the app. Waste of money, throwing 3/4 of it away. If you want them to do it right, order face to face. Not a big deal, but when I went through the line, the only girl working there, rolled her eyes when I asked her for extra cheese. I approached her about a significant water or drink spill and lobby. she didnt respond and just looked away. she never told her coworkers. texting on her phone seemed more important. First time ever eating chipotle, got a burrito at this location. I have heard so many good things. Burrito was ok, smelled better than it tasted, I have been so sick with food poisoning since I had it for dinner last night. Within 20 minutes of eating it I was throwing up. I have been so sick since eating here I wish for death. I can not keep anything down or in my system, it comes right back out of me both ends. The cramps are horrible and I can barely get to the bathroom quick enough. I can't keep water down. Please be aware. Chipotle do better for your customers, I will never eat chipotle again in my life it has been a horrible experience. Fast friendly service, always clean at every chipotle I visit. The portions however are a little small. My go to is a burrito or bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and cheese. The food is always delicious and fresh. This location I recommend. read more

I have visited many many Chipotle's across the country and this on shocked me! I sat down to eat and noticed this little girl scrubbing the floors around the tables, poles, and baseboards. Now if your thinking what I was, well I asked, who'd she piss off? Well, no one, that's the manager of the store! Now how many managers would be doing that job? Most would delegate that to an employee that screwed up or that he/she wanted to get rid of. She laughed when I asked that question and said it was her store and she wanted to make sure it was clean! Hardly ever able to get live person on phone to assist with your order. App doesn't allow for you to put notes for how to prepare your order. The rice is usually undercooked. There's too much cilantro in the rice for me. I can't request the regular brown rice unless I go to the restaurant to order inside. They should have an option to order regular brown rice. They should have an option to order the brown rice with lime and salt but no cilantro. read more

Came to the location at the Quarry. This was my first time at this location. There were three staff members working the line and they were each so very helpful with telling me about the food options. I ended up ordering the steak bowl and my buddy had the tofu bowl. The servings were generous and fresh. Both bowls tasted amazing, I was hungry so I finished my humongous bowl but my buddy took about half home. I will definitely be back at this location the next time I need some good and filling food. read more

The past two times we have ordered through the ap, picked up our order and brought it home. In BOTH instances, we have received ridiculously skimpy portions. In our recent order, one of the salads had only 6 small pieces of lettuce!! It was supposed to be a salad! Likewise the chips and guac- the guac cup held all of 4 Tablespoons and although I didn't "count the chips," the portion size was also was paltry. Wow, for $4.50?!!! We understand inflation but this is not a fair price for what is received. I don't care about all the "feel good" promos of the company if they are cheating their customers in the meantime. For the cost of our meal this was HIGHLY disappointing and VERY overpriced. We really feel cheated esp. for the price paid! Once can be a fluke but twice seems intentional. "It doesn't look like it" was the response I got when I asked if there were going to be more veggies coming up. The server gave me that response as I asked when I noticed they were out of veggies. I was glad to wait if there were on the way but the server just responded like this. $13.99 for 1 bowl and the server acts like the food cost comes out of their check. I LOVE Chipotle, but the service at this location put a bad taste in my mouth... There was a BOGO special today for nurses' appreciation, so my nurse friend and I were super excited to take advantage of this deal! Let me tell you that from the moment we walked into the door, the first female we saw behind the counter was not happy to see us-- excitement gone. We were not greeted (maybe we didn't hear them?); not one smile (no big deal, right?); but to top it all off, my order was incomplete (I did not notice that until I came home to eat). I'm going to give one employee the benefit of the doubt--maybe she has RBF and/or maybe she was exhausted from delivering exceptional service all day, that by the time it was our turn at 9:26 pm she had none left. Chipotle has always been consistent for me in the quality of their food, but the principle of customer service is a quality I highly value from ANY establishment. Anyway, this experience won't keep me from returning to Chipotle, but it will keep me from coming back to this specific location. I love chipotle! I always get great, fresh food at all the locations I've been to. They offer burritos, tacos, bowls and salads. Then you walk down the line and pick what you want on it (like chicken, steak, barbacoa and then which hot sauce, cheese, beans, rice, lettuce and all that good stuff). It's fast and cheap, perfect for a quick lunch or when your on the go. I went to this location about a half hour before they closed so it was basically empty but that's not a big deal. I wanted a chicken bowl but they told me I would have to wait a few minutes for them to finish up some chicken which I didn't mind since it'd be fresh. Oh Chipotle...I love your chicken tacos/burrito bowls/anything made with chicken! There's just something about the flavor of the chicken that makes me want to eat a million tacos (but I stop at 3)! The carnitas here are really good as well...the margaritas are ok (for fast food margaritas, I prefer Taco Cabana's). The only problem I see is that the portions are super calcuated and I usually end up asking for more chicken/cheese/rice. That's ok...I've never had a problem asking and getting more.
