Dinner time. I crave rice. I love shrimp. They welcome me when I approach the counter. I talk to them, ask how their shift is going because they can see that I am in my work uniform every time I go there. Suddenly, my interest in them causes a pleasant reaction, now they care about the customer, me, because I expressed sincere care about them and their experience at work. It's fast food, it's a restaurant, it's all labor, it's often a thankless job, and it's certainly average pay. So you communicate on a universal level, a smile, a show of concern for their hard work day after day. It won't change the flavor of your food, but it will, for a moment, feed joy to one another. Last night the cashier took my order through the drive through.. took 10 min then when I recieved the order it was wrong. She said it would be another 5 min for the right food. I gave her my food and receipt, as requested. I had to drive away because I was already late for work. She refused to give me the receipt back or give me her name.. called today and the GM said he doesn't believe his customers! Hang up on me 3 times while I was asking for a district managers number. So now I'm still craving panda and no money because I spent my last on food I didn't even receive. read more

I've gone to this location several times, since it's by my job. All my visits have been during my weekday lunch break and I've never had an issue, other than table being a tiny bit dirty when they're busy. The floors aren't sticky and the food is fresh and ready. The staff has never been rude to me and always answers whatever questions I might have. I've never gone through the drive-thru, so I can't comment on that. read more

Here's an example of the worst effects of covid on restaurants. This franchise manager sends the cooks home at 8:30 p.m. even though the drive-thru business is open until 9:30. Since the restaurant interior is closed, the lines stack up in the drive thru. If you get there at 9 p.m., what you want to order is likely not available. My last trip through the drive through was an exercise in order-chaos (explaining why the line was moving so slowly ahead of me). "We do not have String Bean Chicken, Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, Angus steak, etc. etc. It would have been easier to just tell me what is available--very little. Further, the portions of entrees in the bowls were skimpy--as if they were trying to ration the meat to serve the drive-thru buildup that was growing. Pay the employees more, and ask them to stay until the business is closed. They work their tails off, and employees should be compensated for their work. The managers are to blame--one star. Not the employees--five stars. read more

I love this location! Kihn is an awesome manager, always friendly with a smile on his face. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh. Drive thru is extremely slow. I have been waiting over 10 minutes and I am the 3rd vehicle from the window at this point. What happened to the get them out of line quick???? If I would have known it was going to be this slow I would have gone somewhere else. My most recent visit was this evening. I wanted Chinese food and quick and decided to go to Panda. I went through the drive thru window and ordered the two entrée plate. It came with white rice, orange chicken, and beef and broccoli. When I came home food was still hot and fresh. The only thing that bums me out is when you order beef and broccoli you get more broccoli than beef and if your a fan of this and a meat eater, don't be surprised. Drive through didn't have a line at all and cashier was pretty quick taking money and handing out food. That is the definition of what a fast food drive through should be. Take notes other fast food restaurants! This is by far the best Panda Express restaurant to go through. read more

Panda bowl with fried rice and orange chicken = yummy. The gal behind the counter was super nice! She gave me the two last wontons, and since she gave me two, gave my friend 10% off her order to make it up. Totally went out of her way and didn't even have to do that! Only reason I'm not giving more stars is because my tummy feels a little upset today and I suspect it might have been this place. Can't say for sure, but no place is worth having intestinal problems the next day. Since I'm not totally sure this place is the culprit, I might give it one more chance in the future just to be sure. read more

Every Tuesday my office orders lunch and this time we wanted Chinese. Panda Express was the closes to our office. Everyone gave me their order, (3 total) and left. To make it easier we always just pay as one ticket and divide the prices later. I didn't know they had a drive threw and decided to try it so it be easier for me. The attendent was very considerate and made sure I understood that certian things with certain things cost a $1 more. When I picked my order at the window I didn't even think of getting sauce and she asked if I wanted any. I was unsure what my coworkers wanted and she volunteer to put a small bag together with a bit of everything. It has been a long time since I had such a pleasent drive threw experance. read more

Don't go here! This is by far the worst Panda Express in the city which is unfortunate considering I actually do like the food from the other restaurants and will frequent the other locations. Went through the drive through for the implied speediness. Waited 4:30 minutes to place order, was told the teriyaki chicken i wanted would take five minutes. Already waited that to get to this point and there are several cars in front of me. Totally do able. Get to the window and pay. Young woman tells it will be a few minutes. Ok. Still doing ok. Wait 5minutes. Am asked by the drive thru worker to pull around front. Ok. Slightly irritated now. Pull around front and wait. Finally after 15 total minutes of waiting for food and officially about to be late from my short lunch break I decide to walk in. Am met with "oh! Are you waiting on teriyaki chicken?!" Done! This location used to be pretty good in terms of food quality but recently, everything had been tasting just terrible, which is unfortunate because Panda Express has the capability of delivering quality, hot food to customers. I saw another review of someone saying they forgot about their entree order, well that's happened to my friends and I on at least 3 separate occasions. Only once did they seem to care about the mistake and offer a free drink. I'm definitely not coming back to this location for a while. Had a T-mobile Tuesday deal where a small order of Firecracker chicken was given out for free. Ordered online but food wasn't ready when I got there on the designated time. Had to wait 20 min before another person (who also ordered online but came in after me) started to complain. Staff was rude and then a couple min later, gave us our orders. Got home and opened up the tiny box to find it full of noodles, no chicken. Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Complained on their website since I wanted to give them a chance to make it up and didn't want to make it public yet and I was sent a followup email in which they said they would send me vouchers, but I never got them.
