Not sure why this location has so many negative reviews... it's literally the cleanest Panda I've ever been to. I came in during dinner time (4pm) and was sat down eating within 5 minutes. I always order the family combo and I'm really careful what I order to make sure I get a good value. Made the mistake of ordering a bowl (9.59) tonight and got 4 pieces of shrimp (see image) and I paid extra for the shrimp. I dunno why I got soo little food for ten bucks after tax. Went shopping and decided to grab some panda express, sign said it opened at 0930 for winter hours. 2 employees (one of which was apparently late) went into the store. The second employee said "yeah I know it says 0930, but my guys didn't show up today so we're not ready, it will be 1030". I'm not sure if management allows this or if they even know it's going on. Hopefully this review will help to coach the staff a little on customer service. Personal conversations in front of customers specially when you have us waiting for food items to be ready is extremely unprofessional. Added that the attention to the customer isn't there when caught up in a conversation with your coworkers. Order was incomplete, thankfully we check our orders before leaving but we would have had to come back and that would have been a lot more frustrating. Anyone who eats at Panda knows it's always a hit or miss depending on when you get there (i.e., sometimes you get food from the bottom of the bowl right before they refill it with fresh food). At one point we had four workers standing right in front of us and not even a hi. The girls Grecia and Lesly were rude and kept making comments that sounded sarcastic. While taking my order Grecia actually walked away to take a phone call not even letting me know if she was coming back or not.
