Outstanding Service -- Daniel Made the Difference From the moment my wife and I arrived, this visit felt different in the best way possible. As we walked up, Daniel was cleaning the front area. We made eye contact, and without hesitation he immediately opened the door for us. That simple gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional experience. We placed our order and expected the usual wait, especially since the restaurant was completely full. To my surprise, our food came out in about half the usual time. Even more impressive, everything was perfect -- truly perfect. The food was on point, and the entire staff seemed genuinely happy, working together like a well-rehearsed symphony. That kind of atmosphere is rare and doesn't happen by accident. After finishing our meal, I began cleaning our table when Daniel appeared again and politely asked if he could take our trash. I recognized him immediately and made sure to thank him for how much I appreciated his service that evening. Throughout our visit, I watched Daniel consistently interacting with customers, cleaning, and making sure tables were ready the moment they became available. His attention to detail, work ethic, and positive attitude stood out in every way. I honestly don't know if this is the result of exceptional leadership at this location or if his parents did an incredible job raising him -- but either way, I was blown away. Please make sure this feedback reaches Daniel and his manager. He deserves real recognition. He is the kind of employee who makes a lasting impression and elevates the entire brand. A future leader for sure. I usually visit the Eastlake location, but after this experience, this restaurant is officially my new favorite -- and Daniel is a big reason why. Not gonna lie I'm not the biggest fan of In N Out, especially their lines, who waits 40 minutes for a burger with no bacon, WHO? Not I but I do go when it ain't too busy for my kids. Over the years I have grown to respect their freshness of their burgers, their prices & simple menu & how clean they are. And the customer service how friendly the kids/young workers are. That's why I like the Eastlake one the kids/workers their take pride in their work. Here, it's a NO, it is faster but honestly In & Out shouldn't be fast & there is where the problem is here. I've notice the cooks & most the workers here are Tio's & Tia's that would work at a Burger King or Jack in the Box. And that's fine because they are faster but that's not a good thing for In N Out, tios & tias (older people) should not be working there because they rush their cooking & don't take pride like the young people who love working at a In N Out do. It shows in the food at this area, I've gotten sick 3 times & my kid 4 times, most the time meat is real pink & the burger is sloppily made & greasy. Then why do you come Andy you might ask, well because it's convenient & close to us but no more, we going to the Eastlake one when my kids want to go. Main Street In N Out please hire younger workers who love working there or retrain your older cooks, I shouldn't get sick 3 times in a row. And hopefully one day you guys will have bacon on your burgers, one day.... one day... For now it's the Eastlake In N Out for me. read more

Remains a great location off the freeway when you're down south. It was popping on a weekend evening, but we went in to place our order. The line moved quickly and the cashier was kind. This location is everything one expects from an In-N-Out Burger, clean, well taken care of, and that delicious divine burger. No other mass produced burger can come even close to how delicious this burger is, I remember when the secret menu really was kind of secret and today you can google it. Today September 16 at 5:30pm me and my wife dined at this location. Food was great as always, but the cleanliness at this location is by far the worst I have seen at In-N-Out location. Trash cans were overflowing with trash. Napkin dispenser's were empty and the dining tables that were not being occupied were dirty. Usually there is a staff sweeping and cleaning tables or picking up trash from your table. My wife opted to contact a staff member to speak with the manager. We waited approximately 10min and No manager arrived to speak with us. again we asked for the manager waited another 10min. Nothing, apparently this place is not concerned with customer feed back or the operation or concerns of their customers. This location is Lacking proper supervision and management staff. Service was great while placing our order, the employees are friendly; after finding seating, a crowd of people arrived and the line was out the door. The interior needed a lot of attention. While the workers were good about wiping tables down, and asking if you'd like for them to deliver your order to the table, the floor is a different story. Cleanliness has a lot to do with the desire to patronize. The food was good, worth the wait -- instead of the usual soggy spuds, the fries were hot, fresh, slightly crispy, though a little too salty for my taste.
