Orange chicken, Beijing beef, and honey walnut shrimp are always solid choices. Today I tried the BLAZING BOURBON CHICKEN and it was AMAZING. Employee warned me it was spicy. I love spicy food and usually end up disappointed when people tell me it is spicy because my spice tolerance is high. However that was SOOOO GOOOD and yes....it is spicy! Terrible service, charged for food we didn't receive, refused to acknowledge us when we mentioned it and when we called to get a refund hung up on us and refused to answer the phone. Found we did receive was cold because we were told we'd have to wait 5 minutes for the Kung Pao Chicken, which we did and then they completely forgot to put it in the container they handed us. Not our first rodeo there it's an absolutely awful Panda Express which is such a shame because they are usually reliable and good service. Not here!! read more

I went in 30 minutes before closing and I received the best service! I was being helped by a young lady with red hair and she was so helpful and nice especially being they were closing so soon. She offered to drop more spring rolls for us, and was very generous with portion sizes. I wish I had caught her name but it was great service!! every time I order my food over drive through i always have to pull up to the front and wait for my food forever.. at least 15-20 min. They serve people that are inside but I have to wait just bc I ordered through drive through. It's messed up how long I always wait for. I rather go to Greenville Panda Express then go over here. This is simply one of the worst run restaurants I've ever witnessed. Why is having food ready such an impossible task for a restaurant that's entire system is based on having food ready?? I had given up on this place. I was to tired to cook tonight and thought it sounded good. Told it would be a 5 minute wait for chow mein. Foolish me for believing them. Well, it's Christmas eve and with all the preparations and cooking I didn't feel like cooking dinner so I ordered out. So what do I want hmm so many choices so panda express it is and let me tell you I didn't go wrong for a low price I received the family meal that includes 2 large sides and 3 large entrees. I love this place. Yes it's a chain. No it not Chinatown authentic! I don't care! I love it. It's the best Chinese I've had in Spartanburg. Easy to eat low carb here. Always fresh, and i can get exactly what want and see it being dished up. I literally crave this stuff. (I never get rice nor anything fried nor the sweet sauce items). Tonight just didn't feel like cooking. Haven't been here in a while as the last time I wasn't really satisfied with the food. I have loved the green bean chicken in the past and ordered this tonight along with other menu items. It was actually cooked fresh as the space for this was empty. Service is terrible and food is rarely ready. Ordered online and gave then 45 minutes lead time before pickup. Went to drive through to pick up order and was told I NEEDED to come inside instead and have a madk. I am avoiding contact by coming to the drive through now I have to come in for an order I placed already and paid for. What is the piint of that? I park, mask up and go inside to get my order they have had 45 minutes to prepare and surprise it is not ready. I am now asked to go back out to my car and wait. *Update* 5/30/18 Let me preface this by saying the service was good given the circumstances & the food was delicious. Had my order been correct, this review would have been 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, I'm starting to feel like this place may not be able to get it together. I was impressed when HR reached out to me regarding my previous review and offered a meal voucher for my next meal. The meal voucher was sent in the mail & I'm alone tonight so I figured it would be the perfect night to get take out, Netflix & chill. When I got to the window to pay, I handed the cashier the voucher. A moment later, another employee returns to the window and says, "excuse me, where did you get this [the voucher]?" I explained where it was from and he just stood there, looking confused, flipping the voucher over & over in his hand. Fortunately, I still had the letter that was attached to the voucher when it arrived and was able to show that to him. I'm not sure if he had never seen a voucher like that before or if he thought I stole it from behind the counter. Who knows. ‍ He allowed me to use it after seeing the letter from Panda Corporate & handed me my food. Awesome... until I get home & open the bag. A portion of my order was missing... a very simple order that was repeated back to me not once, but twice at the order station and a third time at the window. How, oh how, can you be so thorough that you repeat an order back to the customer three times but don't check the physical order to make sure it's correct? QTNA. I then called Panda and the phone rang for what felt like an eternity before a beep followed by a message saying the mailbox is full. Cool. I call again and someone answered. His name was Jack. I explained the situation and Jack quickly realized a portion of my order was still sitting in the window. He gave me two options- 1. Drive back to panda to retrieve the missing item or 2. Have the plate remade on my next visit. I opted for the second as it's 8:40 on a work night and I'd rather not have to drive back to Panda, then back home. Jack said to simply bring my receipt next time and the food would be remade. Problem solved, right? Wrong. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A RECEIPT. Since I don't have a receipt, Jack instructed me to speak with a manager on my next visit and my food will be replaced. Jack was great and did all that he knew to do, but unfortunately, I can't imagine having to speak to a manager and explain this entire situation weeks or months from now going smoothly if my past 3 experiences are any indication of overall service. Ordered a two entree plate, but I really shouldn't have bothered. There was no meat in one entree and barely any meat in the other. Beef and broccoli without the beef is just broccoli. Front line healthcare worker here. I was unable to fit my ambulance through the drive through. I proceeded to ask someone if there was any way I could call in an order and walk in to pick it up, or go through the drive through, or give one of the workers my card to charge it and bring it back out to me, or any other way I could just get my order as my vehicle physically cannot fit in the drive through due to height. They refused any sort of service to me, and I had to leave without ordering. Glad to see Panda Express, express such support for our frontline healthcare workers. read more

Great Chinese food the way it should be. Not an instant meat or soups like a lot of Chinese restaurants have, but quality food. I had the Broccoli & Beef. The broccoli was crisp and the beef was fresh, it was the right color and flavorful. Will visit them again in the future! read more

This location, first of all, was out of white rice. Seriously. They got our order wrong, but we made do, although they barely gave my daughter any chicken in her kids' meal. My mom's teriyaki chicken was barely cut up, and there were no knives available. The orange chicken was hard. We bought Mexican Cokes, which is a cool thing for them to have, but they have no bottle opener available. We had to ask, and they had to search in the kitchen for something to open the bottles with. It's like it had not even occurred to them that people would need a bottle opener. They also played obnoxious music very loudly. read more
