1×Crying Tiger (Beef Brisket) - it was cooked to an appropriate done-ness but, it lacked flavor, was chewy, and there were pieces that were just fat. There was a decent amount of meat given, but you could just go to the grocery store, get the cheapest steak they have, throw it in a pan and slice it. Honestly, that'd probably taste better. 1×Chicken Yellow Curry - This was the saltiest curry I've ever had in my entire life. Okay amount of veggies and chicken, but the coconut curry sauce itself tasted like it was from a can and very, very salty. Inedible. I rinsed it off in water so I could dilute it somewhat. 1×Crispy Pork Belly - Absolutely, soaked in the oil they fried it in. You could only taste the fried taste and not that it was pork belly. I wanted to support a Pho place but this was one of the worst meals I've had. The rice that came with the dishes was wrapped in tin foil,and was hard as a rock. There is no way it was cooked the same day. The one container of rice that wasn't wrapped in tin foil, had a little brown speck in it that could not be identified. Customer service was good, clean place, smells good. I got the pad Thai and to be honest I've had better, this pad Thai is MID. Gave 3 stars because of the food. Could have more flavor and portion is "ight" for the price .. also the Boba is "Ok" it's more of an icy/smoothy than an actual boba.. still need to try the pho so if that will be good I'll edit this review . Yummy food with great prices. My husband had the lo mein with chicken and veggies and I had the fried rice with chicken and pineapples and added vegetables for $1. My meal was $8.75 and my husbands was around $10. I also had the pineapple boba tea, which was $5 something I don't remember the exact total. The food is super yummy and flavorful. The portions are also very large which is nice because I took mine to go. We didn't have to wait long for our food, maybe about 10 minutes. My boba tea is so yummy. The pho is very good I prefer mine without the vegetables and with chili oil. The broth is great it has a very savory taste. And the beef works well with the broth. Their papaya salad was the worst I've ever had. It was drowning in fish sauce it looked dirty brown, brown, brown. No fresh green beans or peanuts. They served it with huge chucks cabbage. We came here when it first opened. They still have few minor issues that were soon to be fixed. You basically walk in and grab a small paper menu and order there at the counter( don't forget to order your drink!) (they hand you your drink at the counter also. ) and you pay right then and there. They might hand you a number for whatever table you chose to sit at. Food do come out a but slower than normal. The pho is just ok. The broth in the pho is not rich enough for my taste But it'll do for right now. The crispy pork belly os awesome. It comes with white rice or Sticky rice and a small pepper dip. The broth was a little heartier than I have had at other pho places but it was good. The fresh roll was packed so loose you couldn't even hold it in your hand and it had no taste. The service was awful. It was slow and we were approached with the wrong food four times. The only reason we eventually were served is because everyone in the restaurant had their food except for us. The sprouts were rotten and when we asked our server to replace them she brought us more rotten sprouts. I think our experience was less than desirable in part because we went on a busy Sunday afternoon and that they are still so new.
