Good food and fast but my problem is I cannot get the gift card reloaded on the account app or website. Plus how you gonna get your rewards off the card? You can't unless you put a credit card in there before you order online in the app. Still don't make sense to me. Stupid app and gift cards are not reloadable for people who have or do not use CREDIT CARDS. Tried to go on website and ask these general inquiries but so much information you have to enter that has nothing to do with your questions. Me and my friend were at panda getting food. We ordered and I realized I forgot my wallet at home and I told my friend and the lady I'll be right back to go get my wallet. While I was gone my friend said the service was terrible and they put our food back saying we weren't gonna pay for the food. A little racist to be honest I understand we're black but I left to get my card and my friend was still there at the store waiting for me to get back. I am giving Panda Express two stars for the great customer service I received from their staff. This was my first visit to Panda Express and it will also be my last. I was completely disappointed with their food. The chowmein was flavorless. The green bean and mushroom chicken were edible at best. This Panda Express is small and offers limited entrée choices. The Panda Bowl offers a generous helping of food for a reasonable price. The food was hot and delicious and received quickly! However, when the drive-thru attendant asked if I wanted to donate to a charity, I politely declined, not today. And as I was getting my money she said, "You could donate your change. Just make it even, and donate the change. Would you like to?" I said sure and had no problem donating to a charity, but what I didn't like is she basically left me with no choice anyways. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with 6 cars ahead of me and the line did not move at all! Not sure what the employees were doing since the line did not move at all. My order was wrong two times in a row, although they did fix it. I caught the second time before I left the parking lot. Most recently I came in to get Togo food and my 5 year old sat in a chair that was unmarked. The young woman behind the counter started screaming that it was for employees only. As a manager at a near by fast food place, I know how to be polite and patient when it comes to ordering food. Both of my experiences here were very mediocre. None the less, my food always tasted fine. On my first visit, the person taking my order didn't greet me, I was the one to say "Hello". I told her I'd like two entrees to go and instead of proceeding to make my food, she kind of just stared at me for an awkward amount of time. Then when I wanted noodles she said there was a wait, but couldn't tell me how long it would be til they'd be done. The next time I came, they were out of something my fiance ordered, so we stood aside for a couple of minutes. Then when they had more of that food, they helped other people who were behind us in line that were also waiting on the food they were out of. Not cool dude! read more

I visited this restaurant the first time yesterday. Everything about it was awful. It was definitely more expensive than I thought. My daughter and I both got the honey cashew shrimp. It wasn't until we got to the register that they told us there was an upcharge for that specific dish. The portions were small for the price that I paid. The menu doesn't list prices for each entree, it just lists the price that each entree "starts at". I wasn't asked which side that I wanted and was automatically given white rice. The air conditioning wasn't working and the place was full of flies. I definitely will not be returning. read more

I have a panda express near me that I usually go to and love, but this panda express is so bad it makes me want to not even go to the other!!! If you go here you'll be waiting in the drive-through for ages because they must not understand that they have to actually take people's order when they're in the drive-through!!! Food is always fresh and the server always asks me if I would like to taste something new. I am able to get Entree options separately from sides which is good for me because I cannot eat grains. Veggies and meat are readily available. The chef at the Springfield Mall location cooked me fresh beef and broccoli after 2PM for me to have a great experience. He offered to be sure I was satisfied. I frequent this store several times a week at different hours and am always treated great by the staff! The food is always fresh and delicious! Kung Pao Chicken with noodles is my favorite! I want to say also that about a month ago I was there at the drive thru late in the evening as were a number of people which caused a short wait. When I got to the window, the manager insisted I take a free drink because of the "long wait" which I didn't think was that long. The other day, my friends and I went through the drive through. It was a girls day and we were having a great time. The lady in the drive through was very rude to us. We tried to make three orders, which we have done before, and she refused to do it. When we came back around for the last order, she became even more rude. My friends and I did not appreciate the poor customer service. One of the orders was also wrong. This location has poor management. Everytime I have gone here past 8pm, they are preparing to shut down and act as though you are the largest inconvenience. I was there at 8:30 one night and they had all the lights off outside even though they didn't close until 9:30. They also did not have many of the menu items available and said if I wanted something else I would have to pull around into the parking lot and wait for them to cook it because they were "so close to closing time". Another time, they canceled my online order and lied about their closing time, stating they close at 8pm. According to the website, they do not close any day at 8pm. Only after I drove across town and got to the drive thru window did they tell me my online order was canceled. I checked my email and they canceled it 2 minutes before I showed up at their location, which was 22 minutes after I ordered it. I enjoy Panda Express, but this location seems to give me too many problems. Plenty of other great restaurants in the area to spend my money at! read more

Ordered in the drive through. Worker obviously had trouble with the computer and had another worker helping her with it when I got to the window. She didn't take off the coupon I told her I had and the other worker said they would have to delete the order and redo it to take the coupon off. Didn't seem willing to do that, so I didn't push for it?! I don't think there should've been a question as to whether to do it and I shouldn't be the one to decide when it was clearly the right thing to do. When I got home one of my items wasn't in the bag. I called and talked to a manager and drove back to the restaurant to get the item. It appeared the item wasn't on the receipt!? It was on the screen when i was asked to verify my order in the drive through. I had to stand in line and buy the item?! This isn't the first, second, or third incident at this restaurant. Needless to say, I won't be back and said this to the worker I spoke with inside the restaurant. He didn't seem concerned. I'm wondering if this is a common occurrence?!
