Got mad at us when we said "just one sec" and yelled at us about some "timed drive thru" and when we asked for a frosty she continued to say "look at the time, we're not doing that" when we got to the drive thru she snatched the phone and when she gave us the drink she wasn't looking, nearly dropping the drink. read more

Went there around 1:00 after work to get food. There were 3 cars ahead of me when it was finally my turn to order they told me the 3 cars had overwhelmed them and that I had to wait a couple minutes and order again. We went to get an order to go from here. We were the only customers in the store. The manager came out and began to yell across the store at a young man who was an employee asking if he was on break and saying she was on break. Finally another employee took our order. As we were the only ones in the we were waiting at the counter for our order. The manager made us move from the counter so no one would think we were waiting to have our order taken. Her words not mine. We got our food and left. My husband's chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked and had to be thrown away. Fries had a old taste to them. They used to be good. However, for the second time in a row I've received a Big Bacon Classic without the bacon. It's literally in the name of the item. This time they also up charged me for a medium combo when I asked for small, and overcooked the Big Unbacon Classic to the point that it was just shy of burnt. Usually I wouldn't mind the 40 cent up charge; but that, plus two Big Unbacon Classics, plus almost burnt burger equals one star and a warning to others. read more

Waited with car parked in line for 10 minutes. 3 cars waiting behind me. Waited a few more minutes...nothing happened. Everyone drove away and left. I parked and walked up to the window to ask what was going on? Employee who looked half-asleep at the drive thru window stated un-enthusiastically "they were doing a 'shift change' for over 15 minutes" Just terrible staffing and weak management. By far the worst food u can get in town. Trust me go to the other Wendy's or literally anywhere else. Not only will u not get things u paid for, but the sandwich u do get will be inedible. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. If you ask the employees anything, they look at you frustrated and slam the window without saying anything. Then your food isn't ready and they send you forward to park next to a garbage can that smells as bad as their attitudes. I've never written a review on any place before but this was mind blowing to me. Then they hand us the food and we drive away, assuming it was all in the bag. Turns out they gave us 1 of the three burgers and were extremely upset when we had to come back through the drive through to advise them that we only received 1 burger. Then we were again sent to the trash can and waited for them to bring out the other 2. The grandkids like the chicken nuggets and I wanted to try the fries they are hyping on TV ads so my wife decided to pick up lunch. She went early to avoid the line at the drive through and brought lunch back. Not quite 10 min away. The fries were cold, greasy and tough, the burger was luke warm, and the drinks were wrong. OK, it's just lunch not the end of the world. But....the cashier didn't give her credit card back so my wife dropped off lunch and drove back. She asked the guy who returned it if it had been secured, no possibility of being compromised. His reply " we don't have time for this shit." So she will cancel the card and get a new one. read more

This location just can't seem to get an order straight or keep things in stock. Early this year they didn't have cups for large size chili for several weeks. If you order an Apple Pecan salad with the Blue Cheese crumbles on the side they either ignore your request or don't give you any. Yesterday they argued that the salad doesn't come with Blue Cheese crumbles (yes it does!). Pecans also comes with the salad, in a packet, and half the time time they don't include them. Their drive thru takes twice as long as it used too. The franchise owner needs to get this location under control or they're likely to lose their everyday customers. read more

For the record I like Wendy's food however I've been to this location twice in the last 2 weeks and the drive through is incredibly slow. Waited in line to order 10-15 minutes both times and 20-25 minutes each time start to finish. Ok I'll give them another shot. Tonight I pull up as a car is pulling away from ordering & I wait 10 minutes!!! Without hearing anything & nobody in line. As I drive of extremely mad I see no cars in front of me or at the window and 5 people standing by the drive through window talking to each other. Whoever owns this location needs to do something! Went to Wendy's tonight.... will never go back! We went through the pick up window and before we drive away we always check the sack. Good thing we did because my 10 piece nugget wasn't in there. Went inside to grab my nuggets and my BBQ sauce. The chick threw already opened BBQ sauces in the bag and it made a mess. I asked for unopened sauces and a new bag and she got pissy. Every table in the dining room we tried was dirty and one of the 2 garbage cans was overflowing. The area between the drink machines where the straws and lids were was dirty and sticky. read more
