Food is bland and greasy. Tables are clean. Service is fair. Not too much to this place or anything that stands out.

The food is terrible! Most of it is overcooked and way too salty. The pictures of the sushi on the website look great, but when you get there it looks sad and gross. They only had maybe 3-4 sushi choices and even those were pretty close by ingredients. Even the desserts were old and nasty. I'll never return. I'm making this review so that others will avoid this place too! It was $40 for such a terrible dinner. I wasted a lot of food because I couldn't find anything I liked. The service was ok but she didn't break down my change in order for me to tip, then looked mad when I left the $2 she handed me back. Salad bar with soups, some of the things I ate were egg rolls, General Tsao's chicken, steamed dumplings, chicken that was coated in sweet sauce, rice, noodles, and a couple of short ribs. I am a person with a service dog. When I arrived for a Christmas party with friends, the manager asked for a TX service dog ID (no such ID in TX) and refused to let me enter. When the Police arrived, the office talked with the manager and then let me know he expanded the service dog requirements in TX. We left the place with the policeman for myself and the service dog's well-being. It is a wonderful way to run a Christmas party with friends. My husband and I went here last night 05/31/24 @9:47 pm(they close @ 10pm, we got home @ 10pm) and spent $18.24 the food was unedible and not fresh @ all. Even the fortune cookie was stale. My husband called today, when they 1st opened up and spoke to the manager John. He was advised that if the purchase took place before 9:30 pm, the food would of been replaced. I called back to speak to John and advised him that it didn't matter if it took place @ opening or closing, this was not a good business move to display. He started going back and forth with me. I told him I am not arguing with him, I would just leave a review online for other people to be warned about here. I then got a call back into my phone by John to advise me, that his manager said the next time I come they will give a discount on the next purchase. Enclosed is the receipt and proof he called me back to sweep this under the rug. I advised him as a business owner, he should make it right. Either redo my order or refund my purchase. I was advised that I needed to go out into my trash and bring him the portion I didn't eat to get a full refund. Please avoid this place @ all costs, the fact I have referred countless people/family members to this place before. I have eaten here many times inside as well as takeout, it really saddens me at how unprofessional he was to my husband and I. From the outside this place looks like hell. It's an old Ryans but the inside is clean and somewhat decent. The buffet is plentiful and fresh with well stocked items on all ends. The buffet lunch Mon-Sat is $8.18 and worth every penny. This is one of the better Chinese buffets. Enjoy. read more

Roaches Roaches Roaches My plate of food had a sauteed roach in it! The manager, Simon said it was there because the exterminator had sprayed poisons the day before! He was very argumentative and non apologic. Simon wanted me to believe that it was okay to consume a few cooked poisoned roaches. Contacted Greenville Health Dept.,BBB and my Attorney. So my husband got sprite to drink. Clear at the end of our dinner after the black hair we found in the sea food delight he found black in his drink so he picked up the ice and no it wasn't in the drink it was actually imbedded in the ice... we won't be going back there that's crazy the waitress cocked a attitude with my husband and umm unless ur me that's a big no no so at this point I get loud.. and go get the manager yeah they don't gaf eaither I'm sorry but crappy customer service crappy food sad part is my kids really liked the buffet setting and it was local I well we will just have to travel further. read more

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't this place was not worth the 40.00 charge. The food was cold and not fresh there was a hair on the hot wings and the lighting was very bad. After reading all the reviews, we decided to give this place a shot. We were satisfied with the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere! I would suggest NOT to try the sushi... it is not that great. However, their shrimp & chicken selections are pretty good. The waiters & staff were on point. They took our dirty plates off our table pretty quickly & were very friendly. Dessert is also great! My husband and I went here almost every weekend and the very last time we went my husband found more than just 1 roach in his food it was so bad and then when we told them about it they tried to give us a 50% discount on the whole thing then my husband told them y'all expect her (me ) to eat her food after seeing that then they said ok ok how about 75% off we said no we want the whole thing free because we will not be eating here he said fine we kept on posting about it on Facebook but it got taken down more then once because the admin of the facebook page was going through threats about being sued for the same incident read more

I had pretty low expectations for this place. Chinese buffet expectations. My wife and I came on Sunday morning. And what a SUPRISE! The best buffet we've been to in a long, long time. Where to start? The sushi was terrific, with a sushi chef making it fresh right in front of you. Over at the hibachi, you can get cooked to order, or as I did, go for precooked bbq. It's was a delicious med. well steak, probably sirloin. Grilled corn on the cob. And fruity, bbq spare ribs. Fabulous. The butter potatoes, to die for. The crabrangoon, great flavor on the inside and actually seasoned outside. You never find that. Fried shrimp and fish, both great. We both loved the chicken terriaki sticks. In short, my wife and I did not taste one bad, or even subpar item. Evert hung was delicious. I wish that I had caught our servers name, she was absolutely excellent as well. Surprisingly good buffet! They have a " hibachi " that would be referred to as " Mongolian Barbecue". The cook does a great job of plating the food! Better than anything in California which I left years ago. The sushi was average for a buffet. I would not return for that. The food was fine but the waitress was quite pushy and made me and my guest feel as if the waitress thought we were delinquents that we're going to "dine and dash". While I was up getting more food she approached my guest and kept repeating "you pay now! You pay now! When I returned to our table my friend had no more finished telling me this when the waitress approached me with the same "you pay now! You pay now!" Although offended I opted to go ahead and pay just to get her off our backs so we could enjoy the rest of our meal. Stopped here on our way back home from East Texas. Just me and my daughter and we were feeling a buffet. Lots of choices here, including a small sushi station and hibachi. We didn't try the hibachi, and the sushi we tried was just ok. Really enjoyed the honey chicken and the coconut shrimp and my daughter enjoyed the baked fish and of course her favorite part of any buffet, the ice cream machine. I prefer to get there when they open at lunch (not crowded , and better than another McSack Lunch. The interior is nice and colorful with a large seating room, a private party room, and a large meeting room. There is a grill-by-request option in the front, and a sushi bar. I don't eat seafood but my family likes it. I come here for beef and chicken. They have various cakes, cookies, and ice cream cones for dessert. Great place to bring employees or family. Around $10 a person for lunch and fountain soda. Canned drinks in the front if you want. The water filter is great. I always drink 2 or 3 glasses while I'm there. I mostly like the spicy pork and fried rice with broccoli. You can easily come in and get a takeout box to fill yourself. This is awesome for traveling when you want to eat later. Pretty good Chinese buffet. They have sushi, Mongolian grill (make your own), Chinese BBQ, and the traditional Americanized Chinese food (sesame chicken, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, etc). I tried teriyaki chicken skewers (not so good), honey chocken(awesome), sesame chicken (good), an egg roll (okay), pepper steak (delicious), and fried wonton strips. For dessert I did the Napoleon (awful), a mini eclair (thumbs down), and a fried donut (great). The place was clean and there was a full wait staff. The buffet was constantly tended to and nothing left empty. It was only $9 for my lunch. I thought that was a great price for a buffet lunch. read more
