We have traveled the entire US and have been eating at Panda for 10 years. This was by far the worst we have seen. When we arrived, all of the trays were wet and dirty with rice and egg littering each one. Going through the line we were told it would be 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken, which is the only thing our 3 yr old eats there. As a consolation, the server literally said, ".. unless you want the burned pieces." Um?? If I wanted burned food, I would cook it myself ;) We get through the line and they are out of fortune cookies and spoons. There were no clean tables, so we had to wait for someone to come wipe them down. In the restroom, one of the toilets was over flowing and the other stall was filthy. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Truly disappointing. And honestly, nothing that good management couldn't fix. read more

Came in at 9:15 on a Friday night; they close at 10. They were out of orange chicken, five flavor shrimp, mushroom chicken, and chow mein. The cooks were cleaning the tables and floors and standing around talking. It was obvious there were no plans to continue cooking. Several people in line had to wait 10 minutes or more for food to be cooked, and one customer behind me asked for the corporate office number. She said that's a typical occurrence at this location about an hour before closing time, and she was fed up. When she left, several workers moved to the side and started laughing and making fun of the situation. To his credit, the manager and one server attempted to make things right, but his other staff seemed not to care. The manager told his cooks to keep cooking until closing. read more

Horrible service, staff was moving quite slow, they had no systematic organization going on. Which lead to me receiving someone else's order. I feel bad for the poor lady who got my meal because she will get home with food didn't even want. Now her days ruined. Luckily i always perk to make sure because the staff already looked cOnfused. I will applaud them on fixing my issue quickly and getting me my correct order however. Where was the Manager during all this chaos! Like is there even a Manager. My husband and I loved going here most of the time! Not until today's incident! My husband had a sample of firecracker shrimp, there was a staple wire inside the shrimp and my husband almost ate it! When we told the people at the register, we showed the staple wire from the shrimp, they took it and didn't even bother to apologize! Even though I'm not always big on Asian food, I do like Panda Express. I didn't actually visit the location this time, but someone picked up some take-out from this place and brought it back to the house where we were staying. Their food is delicious, & the menu has great variety, even plenty of vegetarian-friendly options. This time, I had some of the vegetable noodles, 2 spring rolls, & a fortune cookie (which reading them together is a source of fun for us). read more

It's a Panda Chain so the food is about what you find at any other Panda. That's the good thing since the Orange Chicken and the Chow Mein are always pretty tasty. The not so good...no leadership at this store. No matter what time or when I drop by, the line is slow or the food pan is empty of something I want. You would think since the food is in the pan and the person just needs to scoop, it would be fast. Nope! Always some confusion with roles on the line...one person, two, or three it does not matter, they do not talk or even act like they know each other. You can get a real sense of an hourly worker who is not a profit sharing partner by how slow these people move to serve and get to the next customer. If you are in a hurry at lunch, skip this place and go anywhere who will take your money and give you something to eat fast ("Express"). read more

Usually a good environment for dining. Employees were highly rude and disrespectful. These immature and unqualified employees should not be allowed to take orders or be behind a counter. Absolute no respect for their customers. read more

Giving a 1 bc the costumer service was terrible. We love Panda Express and eat it all the time; However, the blatant disregard of our presence from Noah was very disrespectful. All we did was ask for sauce and Noah looked right at us then pretended we weren't even there. Learn some respect. Your sass was not needed when you finally acknowledged us. 45 minutes before it's time to close and there is no more orange chicken nor are they making another batch. I do give this location credit with online orders because just last week I had a large order for a party and they took care of it quickly. The service is usually slow but this just took the cake. Everyone except one employee is shutting down the restaurant. This is likely the reason it took 15 minutes to have my order placed. By this time all of my top 4 entrees are gone. I frequent this location often and am used to the speed but usually the customer service is much better. If this is the normal at closing hours, it's worth the extra time to drive to the other location even though they close earlier. At the other location, the wait is usually shorter and they usually aren't out of items further your wait. read more

If I could give a 0 start I would. We walked in at 8:20PM, it is now 8:57PM and we are still waiting for our food. I understand they are busy but it doesn't take 40 minutes to get food out even at a steakhouse. When we ordered we had to repeat our order at least 4 times because the employees weren't listening. As we sit here and wait we see customers come in and order, eat and leave...literally. This will more than likely be our last time to visit this location and a Panda ever. 0 stars for sure. read more

"Superior" service is a little too much. Service was good, there were issues: busy meal time, empty entrees, long line...but we made it through in good time. Food was good, as always. Veggies always seem a little raw, but i know once they sit on the line they will cook more, i understand. they just never seem to sit on line long enough to soften up much...they are always a little crunchier/more raw than I prefer....but again, not a big deal, just an observation. This has nothing to do with your restaurant but it is something that happens. We were standing in line behind 6-8 people, a large group of 12 or more came in and immediately "saved" the last 3 empty tables. It is just aggravating for people to do that. not sure you can do anything about that....just rude customers. read more

WORST PANDA EXPRESS IVE EVER BEEN TO. Always out of everything, always rude, don't keep the place clean. Never coming back

Went Sunday night to place a 3 entree to go order. Ordered 2 plates and 1 bowl. The bowl was made correctly but the fried rice was way too dry. One other was done correctly but 1 was supposed to be orange chicken, wontons and chow mein, but got super dry fried rice instead. Had to wait on the orange chicken. Total order time was 15 minutes. My main complaint was when I was getting my order, they put the wontons in and set the container on the counter, getting cold for the 15 minutes while waiting on orange chicken. Then, I asked for some soy sauce and they said they ran out yesterday. I asked if I could get a small to go cup full from their kitchen stock and he told me NO! I got no S&S sauce or soy sauce for my wontons. So, basically I didn't eat them. While serving my order, they posted a sign on the door of other things they were out of. No offense, but there are grocery stores near by, go and buy some soy sauce. Being out for 2 days is poor business. They did give me 1 free small soda for me waiting. I went to Panda Express at 1pm today and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and that the tables were clean and no food or trash on the floor. The staff was very upbeat and cheerful. The person serving me listed carefully to my order and did exactly what I asked him to do with my food order. The food is fresh and there were two cooks working and three employees serving the customers. I will be happy to eat here again! It is a good value for the money! read more
