Great team in here today! Greeted kindly with excitement. The people behind the counter were kind and attentive. While eating we noticed that not a single employee missed the opportunity to welcome people thru the doors. The place was EXTREMELY clean and well taken care of. No over flowing trash, nothing left in tables or the floor. We can right at the end if lunch, they were still relatively busy, but you would never know it. We are just passing thru on our travels and I'm really happy that we were hungry and made the choice to come here. Great job! read more

Wanted a nice dinner for my birthday! Well this was not it for sure Everything was dry and had no flavor whatsoever. The fried rice had like just a couple of veggies and was dry and flavorless! Same for the steamed rice and let's talk about the chow mein it also was flavorless and I only saw one piece of a very small cabbage and one pea! All three of the entrees were also flavorless and cold! Nothing was warm at all! It was very hard to even eat any of this meal! But that is all I had for tonight! We got there about 5 mins early and they didn't seem happy to see us? If the food quality says anything else about it then yes they were not happy I know what I'm getting at Panda Express but this was pretty bad all the way around. Like bottom of the barrel bad! Panda Express you can do better! I might have overlooked and not wrote anything if just one part of my meal was eatable this unfortunately was not! I can only let the pictures speak for me as I had to get a ride to even go to get this! So returning this is not an option unless I get another ride! I haven't been eating out lately but decided I had this $5 bonus card, why not! I go through the drive thru and order my food. When I get to the window to hand him the card he says "oh sorry apparently when we handed those out my manager didn't know they had to load money on it" I said "okay so you're just not going to honor it?" He told me no. I then proceeded to tell him how I actually got it from another panda and could he at least try it incase they got it right? He grabs it and 2 seconds later says "nope" and then just stares at me. I said thanks and drove away. It had nothing to do with money and everything to do with principle. I'm sorry but In what world of customer service do you not honor something YOU GAVE OUT and a mistake YOU made... insane to me! We have plenty of other Chinese places in town. read more

When I arrived there were about 15 cars in line so I called to let them know I placed an online order could I walk up to door and get it. I was told "no" that I would have to wait in line behind 15+ cars for my ordered to even be made because they didn't schedule enough employees (only 2 working) due to them not thinking they would be busy... um... whose fault is that? I asked for refund and was told I would have to call corporate since I placed the order online, I asked for a manager was told no manager was working today... This is my usual lunch location when I work in weatherford. Since its on the company card I don't care that a meal plus drink cost $13. Now if it were my money I would be very upset. Lol This time I got Kung pow chicken and shrimp plate. I actually had to wait in the drive for a few mins before my order was even taken. Not sure why since there was only 1 person in front of me. The. I order. Drive up and they take a min to open the window to take my money. However the gentleman at the door was very nice me kind about the issue and in the end I got my good and water and went back to my hotel. Food was good and of course I will be back. My family and I like Panda Express. This has consistently been the worst franchise we have eaten in. Each time we have been here the food has been dry and hard. Today the string bean chicken breast was ice cold, the orange chicken had almost no sauce, the teriyaki chicken breast was tough, hard, and dry. The service lacked smiles, and the tables were dirty. I am writing another review, I called the manager on duty after my last experience and he said to come back and they would give me the items that were left out the last time I bought food at this Panda Express. Leo took care of my order at the drive through and also handled taking care of the missed items from my list purchase. He had great customer service and everything was in the bag! So your Weatherford, Tx location is severely lacking. It took 20 minutes from standing in line to get my food and paying and leaving. It was so unorganized. Employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Stepping over each other and so many wasted steps. There was no organization or plan to expedite things along. The drive thru was on fire. They were getting served quickly. It looked like there was 4 people serving and 3 of them (and sometimes all 4!) Were working on drive thru, call in and online orders. Leaving the customers in the building very little service. I noticed the woman working there start putting chow mein or rice or an entree in a bowl only to dump it back into the serving trays just to put something else in the bowl (apparently getting the orders incorrect) It was just horrible. It happens way to often and I won't be back. Someone needed to step in and get it on tack. I saw no supervision. If you need a real manager let me know because I can bring a better plan. A plan where the employees aren't walking all over each other and reaching over each other and getting orders wrong and wasting steps. All which contribute to slow service. Get your shit together guys! Oh and top it all off tell me if you can find the chicken in my String Bean Chicken and chow mein. Oh and I forgot to mention there 2 or 3 empty Cici's pizza boxes sitting on a table. Is it cool to bring food from other restaurants in? FINALLY! Weatherford got a new food place. It's about time don't you think, aha?! Anyways, super glad to see that Panda Express came to W'Ford. I'm glad that I'm able to get my Chinese fix without having to go all the way to Fort Worth now! I haven't been able to go inside the resturant, so I can't tell you how clean it is or not, but I've been through the drive-thru quite a few times. Whether it be for lunch or dinner, service has always been great. The staff is friendly and so far, they've always gotten my order right. They are fast and they remember to put extra napkins in the bag when you ask. Whenever I happen to go inside, I will comeback and add to this review. So far so good. read more

The last few times I have been here there were never any vegetables to have as the side item (you get a choice of fried rice or steamed rice or chowmein noodles or vegetables). I have always chosen something else, just to make the trip faster. This time I decided to just sit and sit how long it took for them to make them. 10 minutes later, they still hadn't made any. It would appear that they don't make them except on request. I decided I would order and see if they could make them or if they were out. The said it would just be couple minutes while they made them. I ordered 2 bowls with vegetables and choose the lower calorie items for each of the bowls. Guess what? They were out of both of them. All of the higher priced items ($1 extra) were in stock and full. They said it would be another 5 minutes before the 2 items were ready. All this took place at 3p on Saturday. There was pretty low volume. I think the whole time I was there, there were 3 cars through the drive and 1 table of customers that had already been served. It would think they could have easily kept up with stock with this low volume in the mid afternoon. Decided to go somewhere else instead of waiting longer. If I come back, I'll just look and see if they have any vegetables. If they do I'll order, if they don't I'll leave. People after us were getting their orders. Even a to go order went out and it was placed after ours. After another 15 minute wait I got a refund and left. Never again! read more
